This is my third time here. They are completely professional. None of that weird gossipping. This time I brought my mom and niece with me. They treated my mom as if she was their own mother. I have been coming to this a salon for many years as I live in the neighborhood and I am not in the habit of writing reviews but they deserve it! Katie does an amazing job with my eye brows and my daughters eye brows too and i dont always get my nails done there as i have a private tech but when i do they always looks good. (Alex does and amazing job) As for the negative reviews I do believe there is always room for improvement and this salon employs new staff and or new to the industry nail techs so bare in mind that you can be serviced by someone who may still be in the process of perfecting their craft. So if you arent satisfied speak up so they can fix it. I wouldnt say they are rude however there may be a language barrier as to where one may not know how to respond to and un happy customer. I wouldnt call that rude and owners have a right to a zero tolerance for disrespect as i have witnessed customers down talking them at times which isnt called for. No one is perfect and we sometimes need to be patient as these people work very hard to make a living servicing us. I hope this helps!!
