    I was recommended to Tiffany by my previous nail tech and I am so happy she did because I love Tiffany and her work ethic. I have been called picky because I like my nails a certain way and Tiffany is so sweet and patient with me. She is so talented and professional. She is not your typical nail tech, she truly cares about our time that we are there to receive a service. I must admit that I am particular about my pedicures and Tiffany does an excellent job with cleaning, scrubbing, and massaging my feet and legs. I am a huge fan of the volcano pedicure, I feel like I am walking on clouds afterwards.     I have been Simon’s client for about 4 years now. I started with him while he was still in the Davie location and I followed Simon to Coconut creek as I love how he does my nails. My manicure and pedicure last for a month. I get the liquid gel manicure and regular pedicure. Simon and his wife Grace who own the spa are both professional, fair and knowledgeable. I enjoy going to the spa as the staff is professional and warm. Always making me feel at home. They offer beverages and snacks while you wait or are being taken care of. I have referred many family and friends to Toi Spa and I have not received any complains. Will continue to visit the spa as I have not found a place like it ❤️

    I was house sitting in Parkland and popped into Toi - the nail spa is stunning! Alahna was at the reception desk. She was so efficient and friendly as several clients came in at the same time. Alahna informed me that the spa was totally upgraded. Everything looked brand new. As this is not near where I live in East Boca, she let me know where all there locations were located. I purchased a gift certificate for a mani / pedi for a friend for $57. Awesome nail salon - hughly recommend !!!

    Hannah at Toi Nail Spa in Coconut Creek is absolutely AMAZING! She is by far the most talented nail technician I’ve ever worked with. She takes the time and care necessary to make sure my nails are perfect every time. She is also incredibly skilled with different nail designs, using both acrylic and dip gel techniques, and can do ombré designs, rhinestone designs and all other brush techniques and designs. I get so many compliments on my nails after every visit and could not be more pleased with the results. I highly recommend booking with Hannah for any and all nail services!

    The best salon in all my years of doing my nails.. more importantly, I followed Simon who worked in Davie and was asked to go to the Coconut Creek location and get this location up and running… I followed him here… 1/2 hour from my home, but he is worth it! Great Spa, friendly professionals and clean and welcoming!

    This is hands down the best nail salon I have ever been too. The staff is so kind. Jerry is my nail tech & i have nothing but wonderful things to say about him. Usually i am extremely picky with people who do my nails, but Jerry never misses. He checks off all of my boxes! He pays such close attention to detail. You show him a picture, and he can replicate it EXACT. I have standing appointments with him every 3 weeks because theres no one else i’d rather go too. Andrea at the front desk is so sweet and is an overall great person to talk too. The new manager (i’m not sure of his name) is awesome as well. Overall, its a great establishment and i am so pleased every time i go here! 10/10 recommend🥰

    Finally I’ve found my new favorite nail salon! Toi Nail Spa Coconut Creek is an extremely clean and well decorated salon with a modern look. Em did a fantastic job with my gel mani + organic deluxe pedicure, the massage was excellent and her attention to detail with my nails was much appreciated.

    I have always gone to Dan or Tina as they both do great work. Even though I no longer live close to this spa, I still make the drive. Dan has primarily been who I have been seeing over the last few years and I would never trust my nails to be done anywhere else. The few times I’ve strayed away due to distance I always had regrets and ended up back in Dan’s chair. He does such an amazing job and makes any nail ideas I have come to life!

    My first time here I was shocked as I frequent other stores in the plaza i.e Publix and Dunkin Donuts. The area is quite large spacious and very calming. I got a dip powder with tips and classic pedicure with gel polish nail tech was very attentive and asked each step of the way if I was satisfied with the process. And will be returning

    Recently moved here and was looking for a new go to salon. Called here on a Saturday morning and asked if they had availability to squeeze me in for a full set & pedicure, surprisingly they were able to! I came in and was attended to immediately, the team worked together to accommodate people with appointments and walk-ins. The manager was very involved in helping his team. My full set which was a French with a design on 4 nails were perfect. Jerry was fantastic and took his time to make sure my nails were perfect. Tabetha did my pedicure- I opted for the “Sole Searching” one at the recommendation of the manager. It was super relaxing and Tabetha really took her time with the process. I will definitely be back!

    I usually go to the coral springs location but sadly they were all booked so I took a chance and said hey let me try out the coconut creek location and What a great experience.. Monica was great she took her time with my pedicure and Antony did a great job with my acrylic refill. I just love knowing now that I have two great locations to choose from now.     I love this place! Their customer service is great, Steven is always so helpful and cordial! But now let’s talk about my nails... I always had a hard time growing out my nails, but ever since I started coming here and doing dip in with Tina, everything change.     First time customer, certainly not the last. I had found this place not too long ago. Looked thru the window and it looked beautiful & clean. Fast forward, called & made an appt. the staff was friendly & all of a sudden, I got a notification on my phone for the appt. (quite impressive) walked in & received a friendly family like greeting. The color selection was beautiful & trendy. Received a beautiful pedicure & even more gorgeous gel fills with a Valentine’s Day decor on my nails. Pricing was reasonable but the service, finished product, friendly staff & cleanliness.. priceless. This is most definitely my new “go to” place ❤️

    I have been here a few times before, always with someone different as I hadnt found someone who fully understood or executed what I was looking for. Everyone has always been very nice and did an overall good job, so I was hopeful Id wind up with the right fit. Today I stopped by as a walk in to get my nails and feet done as a treat to myself and to enjoy my day off. I wound up luckily being able to be seen right away, and even luckier to have gotten put with Anthony. He did an incredible job, took his time and was friendly. I was extremely impressed with his thoroughness and attention to detail. He will definitely be my go to nail tech moving forward.

    They do a really good job. Overall everyone is really nice. But they DO NOT DO REFILLS, they will take your entire nail off and start from scratch and CHARGE FULL PRICE for a full set that was not needed.

    Love this location. Michele is awesome! She did my pedicure the first time I came last year and still does it until this day. She listened to how I wanted them filed from the first day that I have never had to say it again. She polishes really good and doesnt leave streaks like other techs have done in other places I have been. She takes her time and doesnt make you feel rushed. She is so sweet and highly recommend her if your looking for someone new to do you nails.Appts online are recommended but they accept walk-ins if you need something last minute. The place itself is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

    I just love Toi Nail Spa at Coconut Creek . They are so amazing ! My nail tech is Anthony5 and he is always nice , patient, neat with his work . If I ask him for designs he nails it and if my feet are very complicated that day he’s patient and nice about it . I also never feel rushed.     Although I don’t know the managers name (he is always at the front desk) and I have been coming here for the last month and it’s one of the best places I’ve been too in a while. Considering covid, I haven’t went to a nail salon in months and I decided to try a new place and this is my overall favorite place. My manicure by the manager is fabulous and gel pedicure (by Andy) is terrific as well. So blessed I found this place!! Very clean and affordable and knows how to take care of customers.     Toi nail spa is great! They did a full renovation about 3/4 years ago and the place is stunning! Aside from that their service is also amazing. They are super prompt. Especially eyebrows, because i’m very picky with who i let touch. i’m so happy that i got it done with Lam. She’s so sweet and listens to my concern and needs.
