    Full gel set acrylics, the original color I had was a pale peach, but I colored my hair and the red dye stained them to look pink now. Still a beautiful set with no chipping or uneven nails. Second photo is day 3.

    I enjoyed my experience here. I am from out of town so it was my first time visiting but I will definitely be back next time I am in Ft. Lauderdale. I got a refill and a pedi. There were so many nail colors to choose from and a variety of pedi services.

    I visited yesterday for the first time in months. I have been going through a tough time mentally and financially from a bad break up to switching jobs. I finally decided I wanted to treat myself and go for a pedicure and full set so my friend and I went in. My friend recommended Chloe and Im do glad she did. She was great! Chloe was polite and respectful and made me feel so comfortable. My pedicure was relaxing and my feet look amazing. Her attention to detail on my dip nails is what makes her someone I would definitely come back too. I love them! I left happy and Im still in awe of how nice my nails look! I highly recommend this place and Chloe as well!!!

    Ive really liked this place since they opened in the Promenade in Coconut Creek. I never have trouble getting an appointment. There can be somewhat of a language barrier but that doesnt impact the quality of service. I got a basic manicure for $22. The shop was very busy when I arrived at 4 oclock for my 4:30 appointment. I selected my polish from the wall of polish and was serviced quickly. All employees appeared busy servicing customers. I have been offered water, soda or wine in the past but was not offered anything this visit. There are a lot of signs throughout the location, dry off before you enter, sanitize before touching the polish bottles, dont leave pedicure kits here. There is plenty of parking.

    The gentleman who did my nails did a great job. He wasn’t very talkative but he became that way because I wasn’t going to sit and be silent. 😊 The manager stated that he rarely talked to customers or anyone. I think I knew more about him in one day then she knew after years.This is a great nail shop with a wonderful manager and staff. I highly recommend using this chain.

    Today was my first time going here, and yet, this is already my favorite nail salon ever. I LOVE my nails!!!! Also, Miss Tien was absolutely wonderful--a true artist and such a friendly lady. She was super sweet throughout the entire visit and incredibly kind with an engaging attitude. In fact, all of the nail technicians there were just so sweet, friendly, accommodating, and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting this salon!! Overall, this salon is excellent in terms of its skills and service. I really absolutely adore the color of my new nails that they did for me! :) Amazing service. Will definitely come again!!

    They fit my daughter and I in and we sat next to each other. We both had a great experience. Friendly nail techs. The teen girls at the front desk were a little aloof but the actual people who work on you were amazing.

    Ask for Jenny. Best manicure and pedicure in this side of the world. I get regular polish. My pedicure lasts a ling time. Manicure not so much. Depending on the service you get a massage. Youll leave feeling like youre floating on air. Amazing!!!

    So came here and took my sister out to get her pedicure. We called ahead just to make sure we had an appointment set and ready to go. We had Becky work with us. Becky was fantastic. We both got the deluxe massage pedicure which is always always awesome. They took necessary COVID precautions by not letting anyone sit immediately next to us, which I sincerely appreciated. The pedicure was not rushed, and Becky did a great job with the massage portion leaving me feeling relaxed once we were done. I have been going here for several times and would definitely highly recommend this place especially the deluxe massage pedicure.

    I had a wonderful time getting my nails done with my friends. We were able to sit next to eachother for our manicures and pedicures. We all love the way our nails look and I still feel good after the trip to the salon. I also loved how clean and opulent the whole place looked like something out of a magazine. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a quality nail salon. We made an appointment ahead of time to make sure we could all have our nails done together. So it is a good idea to call and book ahead.

    I scheduled an appointment with Penny today and she was really great. She greated me at the door and took me to her station. She asked me how the water was. She made sure that I was comfortable when she was doing my pedicure. If I was uncomfortable with something she was really kind and considerate to make sure that I was comfortable. She gave me a really good massage and her polishing skills were on point. I definitely would schedule an appointment with her again. Definitely look at the reviews that’s how I found her name. She is a very great asset to the Venetian team. Thanks Penny!!!

    Great Service Gel polish manicure AMAZING - switched from another local nail salon that I had been using for years (quality went downhill as did their respect for customers) so I decided to try Venetian. It is a little more expensive but to me it was WORTH it. I didnt get the name of the woman that did my nails but I plan on going in to find her (I didnt really look at my nails until I was already in the car - my nails have a strange curve when they grow out, somehow she did my nails perfectly, no curves). My nails have NEVER looked this good. I dont do a lot of reviews but felt they deserve the praise.

    PAMPERED! First time here, got the paraffin wax pedicure, and I would do it again in a heartbeat!! Sandy was wonderful, gentle and did an awesome job! I will absolutely be back! Love that they had enough techs to get me in right away.

    Im surprised to see such bad reviews. This is place is always packed so i try to always make an appointment to avoid a really long wait. I love how they always offer you water soda or wine( complimentary. ) overall this place is great i love their wax pedicure and gel manicure color selection. Their prices are competitive and the facility is really pretty and clean it makes you feel like your in a spa environment especially while getting your pedicure.

    I’ve been going here for as long as they’ve been open. They’ve always set the standard for high-quality service and results. Recently I feel they’ve hired some new people and I haven’t been pleased. Struggled to find another salon I can trust for my much needed mani/pedi and wax for Thanksgiving weekend so I figured I’d give them another shot. Amazingly enough I got Kira, whom has been there many years and is the best (puts her ALL into it) and I am in love. I’ve come to the conclusion I’ll be having to book appointments with her! So thankful for her awesome work!

    My favorite nail salon to go too! I think they’re so great I get my nails done more than I should but they always keep making me want to come back. I don’t have one specific person I go too because I just think they’re all great. Each person I have is super friendly, takes there time and my nails always look perfect. With waxing as well, they’re so delicate and make sure everything looks exactly the way you want. They don’t try to upcharge or push me to get anything I don’t want. Definitely recommend going to this place more than anywhere else!

    I have been going here for years. Some nail technicians are not nearly as good as others. Make an appointment two weeks in advance. Ask for whoever has the busiest schedule. ;) With a great nail specialist, it is worth the price. The atmosphere is very nice, and they always offer you a refreshment or wine --on the house.

    I had the pleasure of visiting Venetian Nail Spa for a mani pedi today and I enjoyed the service and quality of work. The spa is clean and inviting, and the staff is friendly and professional and quiet. My nails look and feel amazing. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Venetian Nail Spa. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great mani pedi!

    Been going there for about 4 years I go to Jennifer she is the best always on time does great with gel or powder. Friendly and accommodating. The owner Steve is nice and the girls at the front desk are great . Won’t go anywhere else if Jen is unavailable I try to wait till I can get an appointment with her . If you go there get Jen and book your appointment in advance .

    The place is very clean. They always offer water or a glass of vino. The people are friendly. Gets busy during peak hours. Great nail polish color selection. Pedicure chairs are fantastic (always work!). Music is always pleasant (not too loud). This place is perfect in my book.

    My boyfriend wanted to treat me to get a gel manicure and chose this place because it is close and looks beautiful. This place is always full but most of the time an appointment isnt needed.My nail tech went really fast and wasnt too welcoming. The nails were not fully cured before applying another coat so my manicure lasted a week (promised 2-3 wks with gels) before it started to chip. I called them and spoke to Steven who said the chipped nails can be fixed. Linn fixed them and shes great, let my nails cure right and was precise.Overall, an average nail salon for a higher priced service and lovely looks. But like all salons, theres a chance you find a good or bad nail tech.

    Just left there. Very good quality, its pricey but Id rather pay extra for a good job. Ive spent less other places and trust me you get what you pay for. Very relaxing service. Enjoy the exfoliation and hot towel. Clean establishment, no strong chemical smell.

    Everybody has their favorite nail tech and it took a few rounds here before I found the right person for me. Now that Ive found them though, I really enjoy this nail salon and return every 3-4 weeks for mani/peds. There are higher end nail salons in the area, but this location is extremely convenient for me and Im satisfied with the price and quality of work.

    Depends on who you get...i shopped around with different ladies before i picked the best....If you are going for the first time...I would recommend the following ladies... Lena- my #1 pick! Absolutely amazing with pedicure and manicure. She shapes the nail perfectly and applies gel without the lumpy texture some specialist do. She also has really good taste when it comes to matching your nail color with skin tone. #2 Penny- Penny is my go to girl when I cannot get Lena as she is equally fantastic at what she does. #3 Kim- Her pedicures are amazing! She goes above and beyond with the massage and gives you at least a good 30-45 min pedicure with the BASIC pedicure package!Overall rating for this place gets 5 stars because of how SANITARY they are!!!! Cleanliness is huge to me so the fact that they not only use sterilizes instruments like most BUT they go beyond that by using plastic wrapping for the pedicure spa...ensuring that the pedicure you get will be in a brand new tub each time...Love this place

    Darlene is AMAZING!. My sister, mom and I cant go get our nails/toes done together because we fight over who will have her.     This place had been my manicure place for the past 4 years! I ALWAYS have a pleasant time there, the staff are very friendly , they ALWAYS try to accommodate you ad much as possible, their message is great very relaxing, the way they treat you from the moment you walk-in to the moment you walk-out is TOP NOTCH treatment . I definitely recommend them to my co-workers ,family and friends . They are NOT the cheapest but you definitely pay for what you get AWESOME PLACE.

    This is my go-to nail place for sure! Consistently great customer service. The moment I sit down on a massage chair, Im offered water or a glass of wine (yes, please!). There are several service packages to choose from depending on the time you have and level of pampering you like to indulge :) Great selection of colors and types of polish. I particularly grateful for these guys after I went to a typical nail place and ended up with yellowed brittle nails for months! Its difficult for me to understand who would give this such low ratings. if youre not pleased for any reason, the owner will make it right.

    I think they are always professional and honestly the nail tech Dao is the only person that I have had and she is the ONLY person ever that has given me a gel/shellac manicure that actually lasted 2 weeks. So if you go ask for her she is awesome and pays attention to detail.

    Overall, I like this place. When I saw the reviews I was a little skeptical, but I took the recommendations of a few reviewers and asked for Dao or Tien my first time. I got Dao and shes amazing. I have no complaints. One day I was a walk in and Dao wasnt available and I got this other lady who was really rough and messy. She cut two of my toes during my pedi, her toe polish job was sloppy and my gel mani had way too much gel. Im sorry I didnt get her name, but the best I can describe her as is the angry looking one with black eyeliner all around her eyes.I also got Kahlia once and she was also really good.

    Today I went and had a mani pedi. I was unimpressed with the cuticle trimming because Im sure I have cuts where I shouldnt. That being said, the experience was good. I typically really live this place but today it was sub-par. I will be back as I really havent had an issue here.
