    Stopped by the salon today for a gel pedicure and dip set. Not only is the salon absolutely beautiful, it is extremely clean. The color selection is top notch and my nail tech took her time and made sure my nails were perfect. If you are looking for quality service and good work this is the place! 10/10 recommend. I will be back!

    Beautiful clean establishment. They took my mom and I in without an appointment, and we had pedicures together at the same time. JOHN gave me the most awesome foot massage that I’ve ever had. Even better than a reflexology place. Everything is clean the atmosphere is nice and people are sweet. Really enjoyed it!

    Lost another great nail tech at a different business so I decided to finally try this location in the Citi center; very glad I did!Ive met a lovely woman named Daisy who gives 110% into her work. Shes nice, a great conversationalist, attentive and takes the time to make sure your hands + feet are at their best before leaving. Never once have I felt rushed or been greeted with negative attitude. Anyone whos trying to this location for the first time I advise you book with her, guaranteed not to be disappointed.Daisy is now my new go-to for nail services moving forward; heres to hoping shes at this location for a long time 🤞🏾🌼

    I noticed it just opened and thought to give it a try. I went really early. The receptionist was very kind, not a long wait. I met tech she P.A.She was very friendly, we had nice conversation as well. She took her time with pedicure and dipped manicure. I would defenitely comeback. Great experience.

    Best place to get eyebrows waxed. I never have an appointment and theres always someone available! Quick, clean, and friendly service! Now I come back for pedicures too and same quick great service with little to no wait. I dont have much time off but when I do have a couple free hrs in my day I know they will be available for me

    We saw van and Kathy for deluxe pedi and mani. They were awesome. Detail oriented and friend salon. We - my friend who is a professional in the industry- give 5 stars and we booked our next appointments already. Happy hour included by request ;)

    I had a wonderful time at Venetian! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My French gel pedicure stayed pristine for weeks, which was amazing. It was obvious that everyone left satisfied, a testament to the salon’s excellent customer service. Definitely worth a visit!

    I went for a Pedicure, I had a 10am appt. on Tuesday, not crowded. I arrived early, didnt have to wait. Jenny was my technician and did a great job.The place is clean and new.Im definitely going again.You should too !!

    The nail techs are very experienced and quick. Love this place.But….it is the only place I know that charges extra to pick out your color so I bring my own. Great place. Highly recommend.

    Probably the best nail experience I’ve ever had. I had an amazing mani pedi and brought my daughter along. She also had a mani pedi and they made her feel so welcomed. It’s really hard to find a good nail salon and I am so thrilled to have finally found my new nail place. Very professional and extremely clean.

    After reading someone trashing (remember you can’t believe everything someone puts on platforms) I want to share what I have both felt and observed at THIS location of Venetian Nails.1. SPOTLESS and isn’t cleanliness important - YES!2. Up to date (latest releases) of nail colors to choose from. If they notice a polish getting “old” they are on top of it3. Receptionists who are friendly and know how to manage appointment scheduling (In my multiple years of going consistently only ONE of my appointments began late and I was ASKED prior to if it was ok if previous customer added a service4. Water/wine beverages available but please be kind in asking versus “demanding”. These goods are not added to their costs5. Fair/competitive prices (do your research)6. Staff who respects one another and works as a TEAM. I have never been and again I go regularly where you see or hear staff arguing or stealing each others clients. Good energy can make a difference where you want to spend your valuable time7. Your wishes come first. Be kind and tell the nail tech what and how you like your service. I have not witnessed one time where a tech or manager would not take every step in order make it right, right now if you are respectful, clear and proactive.8. My FAV nail tech Aylin (Brazilian) spelling of name may be incorrect. One my 1st appt with Aylin I shared exactly what I like in both mani/pedi services. One visit was all it took. Now I go regularly and don’t have to say a word. That’s professionalism!9. When Aylin and I’s schedules don’t match up I can still go and get great services from others like DaisyI am not paid to trash or support places. I don’t need followers and there is no need to leave my IG or TiKTok. I don’t get paid to trash locksBusiness or to write them rave reviewsSharing IRL honest experience and observations to assist my fellow neighbors in zip code or those visiting our great areaI was not asked to write this review

    This place gets 10 stars. From the moment you walk in, not only are there beautiful fresh flowers everywhere, you get greeted so nicely. Debbie did my pedicure and its the best pedicure Ive ever had. She painted them so nice, she was extremely gentle and the foot and leg massage was amazing!!! The ambiance here was incredible. So clean, gorgeous and relaxing. There was no chatting between employees while my pedicure was taking place. I received her FULL attention. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

    Venetian Nail Spa has great customer service. They really care about their customers. Today I experienced a customer take a phone call and placed it on speaker phone. The manager was low key and politely asked that the call not be on speaker phone. Cant tell you how much I appreciated that, and the customer complied. The chandeliers and pedicure areas transport you to a spa experience. The tables all have matching lamps, esthetically pleasing to the eye. All of the professional technicians are wearing black, professional looking. Van is my technician, she is experienced, soft spoken, accommodating and soft spoken.     Very clean, beautiful salon. Kelly gave me a gel pedicure that I love. Hate when some salons dont do enough coats and the color doesnt come out right but Kelly was patient and made mine perfect. The front desk lady was also very helpful and sweet, I definitely will be back!

    Omg!!!! I’m so thrilled they finally opened. I had my first set of services with Candy! She is amazing. The place is beautiful, clean and they are all so courteous! I highly recommend the Volcano CBD Gold pedicure when you go. If there were 10 stars I’d give them. Fabulous experience.

    I am a diabetic and was feeling very dizzy and feeling like I would pass out. My daughter called paramedics and ,the staff was very accommodating. Kelly was able to do both manicure and pedicure without making me move. I am grateful the staff is so understanding.

    This nail spa is absolutely beautiful! I was greeted with a smile and shortly introduced to Candy, my assigned nail tech. I told her I wanted a mani and pedi with gels. She helped me select my color (she’s good) and led me to her area. Candy gave me a 10 star experience. She kept the water hot as she gave me my pedi. My fingernails were damaged and she recommended that I Dip Powder until they get strong again. I’ve never had service like this, my nails look beautiful and have decided to switch salons to the Venetian Nail Spa in Pompano. Candy is awesome and once you use her you won’t want to use anyone else. Thank you Candy for the wonderful experience!!! Kathy

    I got a gel mani and gel Venetian pedi on a weekend walk in. First time here and I was impressed.The craftsmanship and attention to detail from my technician Sam is on point. You get pampered here and they know what they are doing. Definitely recommend and will come back!
