I’ve been a customer with Benita for over 10 years, when I say she a BEAST at what she does. My nails stays on for over a month everytime she does them an I LOVE her shop because we can talk and encourage each other, and it’s very professional, and I love the atmosphere. I LOVE ZTL LOUNG N IM NEVER GOING NO WHERE ELSE! Thanks Benita for EVERYTHING. She is the NAIL GOAT ❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍😍.

I have a very detailed review about this establishment. I was introduced to ZTL nail lounge via Groupon. There was an amazing deal for a gel mani and pedi so I purchased the Groupon.Booking: Upon booking the appointment via phone I was greeted by “Benita” she was extremely well spoken, polite, and accommodating with my last minute schedule request.Appointment: Arriving at the salon it was extremely clean, great smell, and temperature. Godly ambiance with Christian movies playing on the tv. I was immediately greeted by Benita whom was servicing a client, she allowed me to sit in the chair and offered me a glass or wine and snacks while I waited for a nail tech. I was serviced by a tech by the name of “Ms.D” I was very disappointed and my manicure and pedicure was subpar at best. Towards the end of my appointment Benita officially came over to introduce herself to me and check on the techs works. Benita immediately saw the lack of craftsmanship on my manicure and pedicure and began to correct it. I was so pressed for time at this point she apologized, and graciously told me to call back at my convenience and she would redo both services personally and at no cost.Re-do Appointment: Benita did my nails and toes and I must say she gave me the best pedicure I’ve had in an extremely long time. She took her time in my manicure and it came out excellent.I’m very impressed at the professionalism and customer service displayed by Benita the owner. I would definitely recommend this nailSalon if services are don’t by Benita. 10/10

I had the pleasure to go this place on Saturday. Since I enter into the local you feel the good vibe and comfort. All the employees there were so nice offering me snacks and drinks without waiting too long; which I really appreciated. Benita was the person who did my nails and talking to her was like going to a good therapist 😂 she is super sweet.I will come back for sure!!

Absolutely love my nails every time I go there I leave feeling like that girl 💅🥰💁🏾‍♀️ Perfect place to go to treat your lady and never disappoints . The prices you can’t find anywhere else with quality my favorite place to go. I highly recommend especially if you need a self care day ❤️

I have been looking for a nail tech for YEARS. I walked in ZTL nails shop about 6 months ago and it has been the greatest direction I have ever went. Nails/designs stay on for moths. AND..... they are really nice and personable to your life situations! They really do care!LOVE THIS SHOP! IF YOU MISS IT, YOUVE MISSED IT!

Omg this is a great place to mani- pedi. I felt so relax. The woman was very sweet and friendly. That is my new nail salon!
