I could not have been happier. Everything from start to finish was fantastic. I spoke with Jody, the office manager, when I called to make an appointment. She recommended a doctor that fit my personality and concerns to a tee. The receptionist was nice and personable (sorry, didntget her name). From the moment I got called back by Sara, the medical assistant, I knew I was in good hands. She was very nice, obviously competent and had a good sense of humor. I then met Dr. Hecker who was excellent. He was super nice and just a great demeanor. Sara and the doctor worked great together and they made what couldve been an embassasing visit absolutely enjoyable. All my concerns were addressed, my procedures accomplished and Dr. Hecker even recommended the best way to save money when it came to billing and my insurance. Last but not least, I met Aimee, who checked me out and scheduled my follow up appointment. Aimee was very sweet and funny and I could not have been happier. All around, this visit exceeded my expectations. Thanks to everyone!

10/10. This was my first time ever going to the dermatologist and what a great first impression they gave me! Starting with Annette at the front desk being the first face you see when you walk in. Great energy, had me checked in quick, answered all my questions and was overall just an awesome way to start this appointment. Wismathe called me back, and the great energy continued from there. Super sweet, made me feel so comfortable and was very attentive to getting all my info to pass on to the Dr. I then got to meet Dr. Green and again with the awesome energy. I felt like he truly listened to my concerns, thoroughly answered all and every question I had and really made this experience so wonderful. Would recommend 100%

Updated from previous post. Since I thought I wrote a review from a year or so ago.Grateful to Dr Sandy Goldman. My skin was peeling off my hands. Previously treated by another Dermatologist at a different location and practice and after a year of testing, treatments and follow up Appt without any relief my brother recommended the Glick Skin Institute, and thats when I met Dr Goldman and within 5 minutes he knew what it was, and changed my prescriptions and within days all healed!! On top of ..helped with coupons for discount on cost. Saved me and my hands!! I only wish I did this sooner. Forever grateful 🙏

I’ve been going to this office for probably 25 yrs. Obviously, I’ve never been disappointed… The office is clean, beautiful and their schedule runs very timely (unusual for a doctor’s office, right?!) The front desk staff are polite & accommodating, the office manager went the “extra mile” for me just yesterday… the medical assistant/nurse was friendly & efficient, & Dr Goldman (who I saw for the first time) was professional, friendly & thorough. I have been going to the Glick Skin Institute for several years now. The facility is beautiful and very well maintained and clean. I enjoy looking at all of the sports memorabilia on the walls. I have been treated by Dr. Glick and Dr. Goldman, who are very friendly, knowledgeable and very good listeners! I recently had a filler injected on a facial area that was really bothering me. Dr. Goldman explained the type of filler I had selected. His assistant took before photos of my face and prepared it for the filler. The procedure went extremely well, and I am very happy with the results! I highly recommend the Glick Institute for all of your dermatological needs.

This is a fantastic practice! I made an appointment to have something on my scalp checked out. The person who answered the phone was very nice. She was able to get me in the following week, so I didnt have to wait long for an appointment. She directed me to the new patient forms online so that I could fill them out and send them to the practice prior to my appointment. Im all about efficiency, yall.On the day of the appointment, I was greeted by a very friendly lady at the front desk. She checked me in and asked me to have a seat. I was called back to an exam room at the time of my appointment. I was asked for the reason for my visit, and if Id like full body scan/exam as well. I quickly agreed, because 1. Im already there, and 2. I live in sunny Florida, so getting checked out isnt a bad idea at all. Dr. Patel came into the room in less than 5 minutes. She was professional, friendly, and asked me if I had any concerns or questions. Clearly, she loves what she does, and really is a great patient advocate!The check out process was super easy. I needed a follow up appointment for the next week, and I was scheduled for that before I left.Im so happy that Ive found this office. I will definitely use them for all my dermatological needs! I highly recommend them!

Dr Glick rocks! I go 2x per year and he keeps me aware of any sun damage or concerns. As a want to be professional fisherman I’m off shore quite a bit and I feel safe knowing he’s got my back on my exams twice a year.He’s thorough, very friendly and I feel very comfortable with his knowledge. I would recommend him to all my friends who spend multiple hours in the sun like I do.

The office is very clean and modern. Every time I have been there my waiting time is minimal and I am seen on time. Dr. Green is very congenial and knowledgeable. He spends an appropriate amount of time and listens to me well. I don’t feel rushed as is sometimes common with doctors these days. The office accommodated my needs for an expensive medication treatment that others declined. Very responsive to my needs. My one concern is the temperature is set fairly cool for me. I’m sure it perfect for some who like that. They do have laser equipment that probably requires that. But this is generally a common issue for me at other doctors offices.Bottom line is I highly recommend this office for dermatology.

I would normally rate Glick with a 10, but recently I called first thing in the morning to try to reach Dr. Greene. I was transferred to another phone where I had to leave a message. By noon, I did not receive a call back, so I tried calling again. On this call, I again had to leave a message. At 4:00, I called again, but the office was closed, so I left another message. At 8:30 the following day, I called again, asked for Dr. Green and I was told he was with a patient. I told the person on the phone that I called 3 times yesterday, but did not get a call back. She told me Dr. Greene was off yesterday. Needless to say I was extremely upset and angry about the way I was handled and told the person why. Evidently, they dont have thorough coverage of all of their doctors, which gives me cause to think about whether or not I want to continue my dermatologic care with Glick and Associates.

From the moment one enters this light and airy office, one feels positive. The staff is timely and efficient. The professional staff, from nurses to Dr. Glick, is warm, concerned, and exceedingly knowledgeable. The residents are relatable and the medical students interesting. Dr. Glick enters after the resident does an exam and then he does his own, invariably finding something which the resident did not catch. After giving a complete once over and talking to the patient, Dr. Glick allows the resident to carry out his instructions. This is all done through a kind and human interaction. After a short while, one is on her way. What a great appointment! See you in six months!

Dr Glick is one of the most caring and thorough doctor I’ve ever met. I first went to Dr Glick to treat my alopecia, and he did a thorough check of my head for other bald spots, as well as checking my fingernails and toenails for other indicators that could be causing my hair loss. My previous dermatologist did none of that. She gave me my shots and sent me on my way. Dr Glick went into detail explaining to me what was going on with my hair. And when I thought I had to wait two months for a return visit, he said “Oh no, we can’t wait that long. We have to get ahead of this as fast as possible. Come in on….” How wonderful is that?! Dr Glick truly cares about his patients and it shows.

Dr. Glick is the best! I have been a patient of his for quite a while and he truly cares about his patients. When I was first searching for a dermatologist when mine retired, I was recommended to a few. When I met with Dr. Glick, I knew he was the right choice as the others did not compare. Having had melanoma at an early age, I was required to visit my doctor for checks every six months. He is very thorough and always remembers you and why you are there. From his knowledge, his surgical skills and the passion he has for what he does, he is the best in my humble opinion!

The staff who work in this building are so professional and love what they do that they immediately thanked me for my review.. that gets them an extra star and a perfect score from me! I am very impressed..This doctors office is very difficult to find. The advertise it as a fantastic facility which is freestanding and they are very proud of it but it is at the very back corner of a huge parking lot of a large grocery store that has since closed and the rest of the shopping center is pretty much all vacated and bankrupt! If you werent looking specifically for this Dermatology office you would never know it was there. Once there the staff was helpful they have at least three doctors of Dermatology two of them were very unimpressive and unfriendly and not helpful but the third named Dr Green was extremely impressive, knowledgeable, he explained everything and what would be good to try to improve your health condition Dr Green was so impressive and friendly that on subsequent visits I always requested appointments only with him. Every time I went back and saw him I was happy and felt that I was getting good advice and it was hopeful that my health problems were going to finally get solved. I give Dr Green a definite 10 out of 10 rating. If you need to see a dermatologist anywhere in the North Broward area I would highly recommend this office but only get an appointment with Dr Green!

The entrance to the skin institute was a bit too commercial for my taste. So much so that I was really confused as to which way to go into the waiting room! That being said the staff at reception was extremely professional, noise level from staff was like a library. I saw Dr. Goldman who is an extremely polite affable and knowledgeable physician. He took care of my problem immediately after giving me choices of course. He worked with speed and expertise and I was very impressed. As a retired practice administrator I believe that the physicians should be very proud for the practice that they have built. I would recommend this practice highly for anyone in need of dermatological treatment.

I dont have medical insurance, and price I had to pay for my treatment have been very affordable. I appreciate all the service I received from Dr. Glick Institute and more specifically from Dr. Goldman.

The physicians assistants are incredibly patient, attentive and detailed in describing diagnosis and treatments. There was very little wait time even though we were a few minutes late for our appointment. I would highly recommend them to anyone with dermatological needs.

Dr.Glick is the best! I know him for years! I think he really cares for his patients I dont think its just about making money The only problem that I have is that when I need to go there I like to see Glick himself but it is very difficult to get an appointment to see him because her is ALWAYS booked, unless you make the appointment waaaay ahead of time, witch for me its difficult because people do have emergencies and how do you make an appointment ahead of time when you dont know if you have an issue unexpectedly? Besides that, I think Dr. Flick is the best dermatologist ! I highly recommends him.

Dr Glick saved my life, no other way to describe it. His dedication, knowledge and professionalism are simply amazing. Showing up in my hospital room at 10 pm when most doctors would just leave it for tomorrow was the first sign that this man was special. His diagnosis was 100% accurate and did in fact save my life. He could have deferred my case to anyone of the nurses or other physicians but instead he personally stayed on it and followed up religiously. He took great care to explain every aspect of my condition (extremely rare) to both my wife and I, and that went a long way to ease our concerns. I have lots of family and friends that see him. He does have a bit of a wait list because so many people trust him and wont go anywhere else (the guy does need to go home and sleep sometime..!). I have had skin issues my whole life and I have had the same dermatologist for 15 years. I thought that I was happy with him until I realized that he failed to properly diagnose my plaque psoriasis and kept treating me for generic dermatitis. My primary, Dr Laura Ziton, referred me to Dr. Glicks office. I called and was told that they were booked until February. I told them that I was referred by my primary and after a brief hold was told to come in first thing the next day. I arrived to find a beautiful free standing building that I never knew was there. The office is immaculate, the office staff very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I wasn’t able to see Dr. Glick but I was seen by Dr. Goldman and he was very kind and he actually gave me hope. If I followed his instructions, he was very confident that we would see dramatic improvements within three weeks. This was the best news that I have heard, dealing with this chronic condition can be very stressful and overwhelming during a flare up. I will continue to use Glick’s Skin Institute for all of dermatology related issues and will definitely recommend it to other people.
