I have been seeing Angela for my waxing needs years before she opened her own shop. She has always been nothing but professional, friendly and great at what she does.When my teens needed their brows done, I took them to her without hesitation.Today, I bravely got my first Brazilian and she does such a fine job entertaining you and making you feel welcomed I actually did not feel pain or any real discomfort. I’ve been going to Angela for over ten (10) years! I’m so glad that she’s finally opened her own space. It’s beautiful, clean and the perfect space to relax and unwind. I primarily see her for wax services because she’s thorough, gentle, and only uses the best products. She is an amazing esthetician and very professional. I recommend her to all my friends! The best and most thorough waxing experience I’ve had in nearly 20 years of body waxing.It can be really hard to find good waxing services, so after 3 awesome visits I really wanted to describe my experience in detail. I happened upon Monarch Skin and Angela in a Yelp search so I reached out to make an appointment, she got back to me the same day and directed me to the site to book which allowed me to see the services and timing/pricing. I booked for full legs, a Brazilian, and underarms. She reached out to send me her location and make sure I could find her in the plaza.First, she’s prompt with time - something I absolutely value. She was super nice when we met, oriented me to her quick intake form and her space then we got started. It’s kind of an odd thing to describe a wax as relaxing because it’s not exactly a massage but Angela’s approach, her style, her reminders to breathe during the special areas (you know what I mean) — just made it relaxing! I’ve been to many, many places over the years in the different cities and states I’ve lived, and I can honestly say Angela is simply superb at what she does. She’s patient, funny, and just really thorough! She checks for any fine leftover hairs and pops them out with a tweezer quickly as needed; I didn’t even see some of the hairs she wanted to remove! Comparing that to my last experience at european wax when the waxer went over areas 4/5 times, burned my skin, and STILL left hair behind; that lets me know that it comes down to the skill of the waxer and the tools they use. I’ve waxed at Monarch 3 times now and I just keep booking my monthly appointments before I leave. I have found my place!

I visited once thus far for an anti-aging facial and met with small business owner Angela. She was very profesaional; has a great demenor. She has years of experience which i relied on when learning treatment options that were best for my skin. Angela has a great hand, and i love the products offered. Many other services are available that i havent taken advantage of yet, but am really looking forward to it. This facility is small / private, clean and super cute decor. Prices are great compared to other business; considering Angelas experience. Easy and convenient to make appointments on the website. I loved this place, and even more ... the multitude of services offered at great prices!

TL:DR: Angela is the best. I will let her wax me till I die. GO TO HER!I have followed this Aesthetician for years. Angela is most detail oriented aesthetician I’ve been to for the past 3-4 years. She is my forever aesthetician. She as important as my primary doctor and OBGYN. She’s that important to me. It’s hard finding a “FOREVER” person. What makes her even more wonderful, is she’s and strong independent woman who is constantly growing in her field, and branching out to offer more services such as facials. She’s awesome in her career and I adore her as a person.My primary services I go to her with are Brazilians (front and back) and eye brows. I know there are means to do these yourself, but if you have the means to have someone else to do it for you, find a professional that is consistent and will continue understanding you as a client to make your experience a great one. GO TO HER! I’m in my 40s and I’m a point in my life where I want to only deal with people who treat me with care. Go to Angela!
