Selfishly, I want to gatekeep Erica as my own secret treasure, but it wouldn’t be fair to her or the rest of the world since she is magic. I have dealt with acne for more than half my life (I’m well into my 30’s); I have been THROUGH it- everything Rx, drugstore, natural/DIY, change in diets, high end brands-low end brands, literally everything except for accutane (which I really really wanted to avoid)- finding Erica was my last resort before going down that road. I took a chance and trusted her and hoped for the best. It was the best chance. She was one million percent invested in my well-being and care and very much in it with me, every step of the way. She genuinely cared for me and without a doubt has been my “cure” (follow her rules!) I trust her with everything and she has done more for me than any other Derm or prescription has. She is dedicated and pours herself into every client. I can’t say enough good about her, she is the real deal.

I absolutely loved my facial with Erica! The space and ambiance combined made it a very relaxing atmosphere and my skin looked noticeably better. I would highly recommend going here!It was also the best experience I’ve had having blackheads removed. Erica was great at knowing when to move to different sections of the face and made the process not so bad at all (a rare talent in my opinion). I was very content during my entire facial and could almost nod off in between shaking my head yes or no to answer questions😂.Direction wise: When you turn into the complex you make a quick left and it’s the first building right there. She has a door that goes directly into her room (the door faces Wiles Rd), therefore you do not need to go into the main lobby area and then walk down the hallway (although you can).

Amazing experience! Beautifully peaceful room that is also extremely clean! Erika is a master at her profession. She knew exactly what my skin needed and that’s not an easy task! I have suffered with severe rosacea and sensitivity my whole life. I honestly gave up on wearing make up because my skin was so dry that the makeup would cake up and look awful. After my facial, my skin was hydrated, smooth and I didn’t look like a tomato. Anyone with rosacea knows what I’m talking about! I ended up purchasing the products that she had and my skin has NEVER looked so good. I HIGHLY recommend Erika for facials, brow care, (my daughter goes to her for that… mine just don’t need it anymore) and product knowledge. Oh and beside being good for my skin…. That facial was heaven!!! I fell sound asleep!!!
