    Everyone here is always so sweet. Frankie is the absolute best and makes every experience so enjoyable. She knows what she’s doing and very educated on each product & service. My skin has been a slow progress but I’m so happy with my results so far. Get my facials with her every 4 weeks and recommend everyone to do so! 😊

    This spa has been amazing! I moved back to Ponte Vedra earlier this year and had to find a new place to get laser hair removal and Cassandra has been awesome. Not only was the process super easy but she’s also been super helpful in prepping my face for my upcoming wedding. We did the erbium laser treatment and I can’t recommend it enough - results were insane! Everyone’s super friendly and knows how to advise you to get to your aesthetic goals. Would recommend!

    So beyond happy!! Cassandra is fantastic!!! I started laser hair removal with her back in November and I have had the most amazing experience. I have lighter hair so I was a bit nervous it wouldn’t take but Jovencia has the most up to date technology and Cassandra is so careful and detailed that everything is working great. Also the fact that it’s pretty much painless is a plus. Carré is always so accommodating and has made the spa so aesthetically pleasing. I can’t wait for my next visit.

    Such a beautiful and clean spa, with friendly and knowledgeable staff that are eager to help you look and feel your best! Cassandra did my laser hair removal and she took her time to make sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on. Answered my questions and even told me about some of the other great things they have to offer. Worth the drive and will definitely be going back.

    I’ve gone to Franki many times. She has helped in transforming my skin from irritated, cystic acne to brighter, more beautiful skin! I feel so much more comfortable without make up. It’s been a process, but Franki has been there every step of the way— answering any questions or concerns I have (even when I’m away on vacation lol). She also helps in educating you about your skin type and what needs to be worked on in order to control and repair. Can’t recommend her enough!

    Incredible service and incredible experience! I had the opportunity to get a Radio-frequency (RF) Micro-needling procedure done. Carre helped me get scheduled and from start to finish was so professional and friendly. I was greeted by name at the door when I arrived at Jovencia and immediately taken care of. Cassandra was the technician who did my Micro-needling and was extremely educational and took her time to explain to me how everything worked. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and having a pleasant experience. I was impressed with how painless the procedure was and it was fun to learn about the benefits. Both Carre and Cassandra were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and all around wonderful women. Looking forward to my next trip to Jovencia!

    Love this place! Franki is the absolute best. After my most recent facial multiple people were telling me how much I was glowing and another person asked if I had Botox since my skin looked so good. The spa is clean and relaxing. Don’t be nervous about PV prices, their prices are a fraction compared to what I used to pay at a spa in Town Center.

    The best spa ever!! They were so accommodating with my schedule and helpful when booking. The spa is BEAUTIFUL, very clean and sanitary, not to mention so stylish and feels very high end. My lip flip looks fabulous and I could not be more happy with my experience. 10/10 would recommend!!

    I had my first ever Botox injections at Jovencia and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The office is extremely well kept, clean and overall very aesthetic. They offered me a beverage, asked me if I needed anything and even provided a blanket. I had a lot of questions and they did an amazing job answering everything very clearly, thoroughly and in an assuring manner. Dr. Neuman knows her stuff! She is incredibly talented and knows exactly how to make you feel relaxed while educating you on the process simultaneously. I’m one week post injections and my goodness I have never felt better. Thank you Jovencia for such an incredible experience; I will be back!

    I’ve been seeing Dr. Caminero for Emsculpt Neo and Emsella and am having fabulous results. I just finished my 6th emsculpt treatment, and I know it takes time to see the final results, but so far I am thrilled! My abdominal muscles feel so much stronger. Before starting I could NOT do a single sit up thanks to having 4 babies. I now have abs to work out with!!! The Emsella helped me with urinary leakage issues, and I needed pelvic floor therapy from all the babies. Cool machines!!The spa is so gorgeous and clean. Dr Caminero is probably the sweetest human on the entire planet. I’ve been her patient for many years and would follow her to the ends of the earth. I can’t wait to explore other treatment options with her. I think Kybella is next! 😍DO THE EMSCULPT and the EMSELLA!!!

    I have to highly recommend the newest addition to Ponte Vedra; the Jovencia spa! It is a medical spa as well as a beauty spa and I was impressed with the cleanliness, style, and knowledgeable staff when I went for my initial preview. I signed up at the grand opening for my first procedure -which was a laser resurfacing of my face using my own stem cells.I had an idea what to expect because I had used Dr. Carole Neuman previously for a micro needling of my scalp. At that time she had also resurfaced the back of my hands and they still look good about six years later. The treatment on my scalp worked quite well. My hair had returned nicely. Then I contracted Covid. After six days in the hospital and four months on oxygen I thought I was past the worst of it. But my hair began to fall out three months after I got Covid. Which is why it looks bad in the photos. I should also write a review for Jean’s wig shop in Jacksonville Florida. They tell me it will eventually come back in. If not, I will be having Dr. Newman repeat the procedure.Carre’ McLain, who greeted me at the door when I arrived, had also advised me what to expect and told me to have taken a Tylenol before I arrived for my 5 p.m. appointment. They also told me to have a large tube of Aquaphor on hand ,as well as some ice packs. After she got my payment information and waivers signed, we were ready to begin!!The first thing they do is apply an anesthetic ointment to your face and neck which takes 45 minutes or so to totally numb the area. Then they take some of your own blood and put it into a centrifuge to extract the stem cells. These are the “liquid gold“ serum they will be putting on my face after the laser treatment. Excited and only slightly nervous, I paid close attention as Kyle explained every step to me and said they would not be going all the way up into my hairline or anywhere near my eyes or under my eyes. He then systematically began to apply the laser light across my face in very even and coordinated pulses. It didn’t hurt exactly, more like stinging. Carre’ thoughtfully provided a rubber stress ball for me to squeeze if I was anxious. I thought that was a sweet gesture, but unnecessary for me. Your eyes have been covered and protected by goggles which actually was the most uncomfortable part of the whole deal. Dr. Newman was assisting and talking me through the entire procedure. I showed them my areas of concern , which were sun spots from growing up in Florida and a saggy neck from age. We agreed to go only halfway down my neck. You can see in the pictures below if you enlarge them, exactly where the lasers went. It was only about 20 minutes total time after that point. I was fascinated the next day at how many thousands of tiny little holes had been punctured in my skin! In no time at all I was done and out the door! Dr. Neuman gave me instructions on when and how to apply the healing Aquaphor ointment at home and called to check on me the next day. She told me I could gently wash my face and then pat it dry before reapplying the Aquaphor. That made all the difference! I had been instructed not to wear make up for a week and to avoid the sun as much as possible. I took it easy for the first day and it did feel hot , but not painful. Day two was a different story! It was very hot (like a bad sunburn ) and I was constantly aware of it. I took one Tylenol and it subsided. Day three was just warm and I was hardly aware of it . I almost forgot to apply the Aquaphor! Day four was also a big nothing. Day five was my “itchy “ day , as it had begun peeling much like a sunburn will. On day six my skin was pretty much back to normal other than a few rough , dry spots that had not peeled yet. On the seventh day I was thrilled to wear my moisturizer and make up again!I hope this explanation helps you in conquering your fears. Many girlfriends have expressed hesitation and asked about my specific experience. Thanks Jovencia for making me feel beautiful! When you feel good about yourself the world is a brighter place.
