    Dr. Warren, Mrs. Stephanie, & Mr. Keith were the best trio! Everything in the procedure was explained to me, and any questions I had were welcomed. They all went out of their way to make me comfortable; Dr. Warren shared stories throughout the procedure that helped to keep my mind at ease. I mentioned that I was warm, and Mr. Keith immediately placed a cold pack on my neck, and Nurse Stephanie was so mindful the entire timeā€” even checking the height on my crutches to make sure I was safe.     Excellent experience all around. My lovely bride was referred on Tuesday and fortunately she was able to be seen promptly on Friday due to a cancellation. The online check-in went smoothly and that showed when we checked in in person.My wife is in a rather fragile state and our nurse Claire was just wonderful in getting her settled and comfortable. She explained the procedure and what to expect clearly. Dr Warren and PA Keith did a marvelous job and took great care in letting us know step by step where we were at in the process. Highest recommendation.

    Dr. Scott Warren and PA Keith are knowledgeable, personable and caring, and the entire staff is impressive from the warm welcome at the front desk to the nurse providing thoughtful follow-up instructions. This is a first-class operation in every respect ā€” even down to having individual patient rooms with 42 TVs showing any cable channel you want (a perfect way to take your mind off your surgical procedure).

    I saw Dr Howard. He took two biopsies of growths on my face. Dr Howard is very good at what he does and has a great manner and personality that you donā€™t see often in medical professionals. The assistant Stephanie was great too. The ponte vedra location probably has the best waiting rooms in town!

    I always have a great experience at this office. ALL of the staff is warm, welcoming, and puts you at ease. It can be very stressful to go in for a procedure, but the doctor, PA, nurse and other medical staff, do everything they can to help calm your nerves. They want to make sure everything is painless and will make sure you are as comfortable as can be. They make you laugh and forget why you are there, but make sure they let you know exactly what they are doing and why, as well as how to take care of yourself after the procedure. I am a big chicken and this staff calms my nerves right down and makes sure that I feel confident in their skills. Great practice! Thank you for your excellent care.

    From the time you enter the door you get a feeling of calmness, organization, and exceptional quality care. The front staff was friendly, respectful and professional.     Dr. Howard was wonderful in providing a thorough skin examination and addressing my concerns. He also did an amazing job removing Basal cell carcinoma from the top of my husbands bald head. He was not only able to remove it fully, but it healed nicely, with very minimal scarring. We highly recommend Dr. Howard & his team at First Coast Mohs!

    From the moment you sign in at the office, you are warmly greeted by office personnel. Check in is quick and easy, and office staff answers your questions pleasantly. Wait time is short, 15 min. Stephanie, (Dr. Howardā€™s nurse) was pleasant, took my blood pressure and answered my questions thoroughly. Dr. Howard, completed my long Mohs procedure, and explained each step. His upbeat manner is reassuring. After my Mohs procedure was complete, Stephanie gave me detailed directions about wound care, and patiently waited, while I write down comments on the ā€œwound careā€ directions sheet. This is my 2nd Mohs procedure here, and I highly recommend Dr. John Howard and his competent staff!

    Yesterday I had Mohs Surgery on my forehead. I was very impressed with the entire process starting with a very sincere and friendly greeting when I checked in. This was my second Surgery with Dr. Warren in the last two months. My first incision, also on my forehead healed extremely well.     My experience has consistently been top notch! I have been to see Dr. Warren a number of times over the years and Ive always been impressed with how thorough he is.     Dr Howard is better than greatI have been in Florida over 65 years and need the continuous care of a dermatologist and he always takes the time to care for the issues I have with my skin. The front desk, the schedulers and the doctors/surgeons at this practice are truly excellent and the place runs like a clock.I always have the highest confidence in their care and guidance. They donā€™t over diagnose, yet are very thorough and offer surgical expertise second to none in my experience having been to several Dermatologists prior to finding them. Within a couple months of stitch removal, I can barely find the scar that was left behind. Just a great team of professionals.

    Iā€™ve had multiple MOHS surgeries in the last 10 years with Dr Warren who is an excellent surgeon removing my basal and squamous cell carcinomas after doing the shave biopsies. He is talented and can find the smallest suspicious lesions. You cannot even see the reconstructed areas. He is very caring person too. Never felt rushed. His staff are professional and make me feel like I am the only patient there, when in reality, itā€™s a very busy practice. Highly recommended.

    As a 30+ year patient of Doctor Warren and First Coast Mohs, I simply cannot highly recommend them enough. I have had so many Mohs surgeries I have truly lost count. Amazingly enough I donā€™t have scars! Then about 5 years ago Doctor Warren brought in Debbie Perez as Aesthetician and Kelly John, Physician Assistant. Over the years I never used anything on my face other than sunblock and an over the counter moisturizer. Yes, I looked it! During my annual skin check I learned that both Kelly and Debbie were highly skilled in guiding us to a healthier younger looking skin. My decision to allow them to guide me towards a more glowing complexion was and continues to be one of the best decisions ever! My friends, family and business associates claim I look 10 years younger. I have other women asking what I did and how can they achieve similar results.
