    Bonnie was all around amazing. I went to her with home bleached hair and 4ins of grown out dark roots and she worked her magic and blended it together so nicely. Not only did she understand the assignment 100% she was great to talk to. I will be coming back regularly and also referring her to EVERYONE I know.

    Alicia was amazing! I went in a very picky and doubtful person and came out happy and excited!!!! She bleached, colored and cut my hair! I couldn’t be happier with the lovely ladies here!     About 3 years ago I was shopping Walmart and stopped at SmartStyle for advice on my hair. I had always done my own cutting and color and was ready to have it done by a professional. I was so lucky that day because I met Bonnie. Bonnie is truly a professional in every way. She is so patient and friendly and is the reason I finally love my hair! I am so happy I decided to stop in that day 3 years ago and I will continue going to see Bonnie for many years to come! Thank you!

    I arrived earlier today with hair that was wildly overgrown and Melissa took one look at me and said I had nice hair that only needed thinning to look great. Tabatha is wonderful, youll be happy you got an appointment with her or the many other talented stylists.     Like everyone else amid this pandemic, I desperately needed my hair done. To make things worse, I’m new to the area and really don’t know who’s good or where to go. I was at Walmart day before yesterday and saw the salon had opened and thought why not. Laurie was my hair stylist and I am thrilled with the color, the cut, the service and the entire experience!! The salon kinda had a Steel Magnolia vibe to it and everyone was wonderful. I would happily recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality work at great prices. ❤️

    Danielle (aka Laura) holds down the fort for this location. She is energetic and willing to squeeze me in whenever I need my monthly haircut. Today, she was the only one working and was booked to the hilt. Somehow she worked me in between customers. Sadly, she had an earlier customer who made unreasonable demands for her daughters thick hair. Does corporate listen to its employees? It is time for Smart Style to rise to the occasion to give accolades to its stylists--namely Danielle.

    Ask for Tabitha, she will not disappoint! I started going to her when she was still in Ormond. She does excellent color and color correction. My only concern is since moving to Port Orange there seems to be an issue with the scheduling system. I had to try multiple times to get an appointment :(

    On Friday November 15, 2019 I decided to have my hair trimmed here at the Smart Style Hair Salon, which is located in the Palmetto Pointe Marketplace in Port Orange FL. The wait wasnt that bad, just over 10 minutes, only because I had to wait for someone who checked-in online, of who wasnt even there yet. However, the wait time was OK anyway. I was called by Jinie, who was very pleasant, and kind as well. She started off by introducing herself, then asked me what it was that I wanted her to do today. First, let me start by saying that my hair is VERY important to me. I have had very long hair for many years, its a lot of work, but I love my hair very much. I said to her I was in there to just trim it, but then asked her opinion about how much she thought was dead & split at the end. Of course, I admitted it had been several months since I had a trim, so the amount of hair that was split and needed to be taken off to look better was quite a bit. I asked Jinie to use her own judgement, and show me how much she thought needed to be taken off to make my hair look healthy again. Unfortunately, a trim wouldnt cut it!! Jinie told me that I would need to have at least 8 to 9 inches cut off to look healthy again, of course I panicked!! But, like I said, trusted her judgement and asked her to go ahead with it. The 1st snip is always the hardest, LOL! But I felt better about it since it looked a ton better afterwards, and it felt great as well!! She was very precise, and went over my hair a few times to make sure it was cut exactly straight, and even on both sides of my head, (something that I VERY much appreciated, and let her know as well). So, thanks Jinie for making what could have been a disaster, a great experience!! I would recommend her for sure!!

    I would recommend smartstyle salon to any of my friends or family. I went in as a walk-in, and they took me almost immediately. At the time, I was battling a serious episode of depression, and had several huge knots in my hair.
