    This was my first time coming to this establishment I was a walk in I found the staff to be extremely friendly. My pedicure was fantastic. My nail tech was friendly we had great convo and she was precise and getting the design that I wanted done on my nails as well as the thickness that I had asked for in the acrylic. I officially made the decision to switch to Nail Shop

    I love this shop. Its a very inviting at everyone is so nice and they are open in Sundays. I have short nailbeds on my toes and always nervous about french on toes and I finally did it and I love it. She really did such a good job

    I am from Wisconsin, I came down for my cousins wedding in Florida and I needed to get my nails done asap. Kat did an amazing job! Had a great conversation with her and the other lady, didnt catch her name but they both treated me with kindness. Super fast, clean, and neat! I love it! I dont know when Ill come back down to Florida but I definitely recommend this place!

    Took my daughter for her first mani/pedi experience. They did so well making her comfortable and instructing her to try and sit still. Both of our nails came out perfectly. My only complaint would be her and I were separated one doing toes and the other nails then switched.

    Finally someone did not cut me when filing !!! FINALLY LORD THANK YOU!!!Excellent job and she put in a little extra stone with no extra charge! You know people try to nickel and dime you off of everything!!!Great customer service / someone actually takes their business serious!!They spoke good ENGLISH !Great conversations it’s aYessssssssss for me !!!!!!!

    I recently treated myself to a Mani-Pedi session at Nail Shop, and Im absolutely thrilled with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere displays relaxation and luxury. The staff was incredibly attentive, Ba and Tia were absolutely fantastic, making sure I was comfortable and understood the treatments Id be getting. The attention to detail during the manicure and pedicure was exceptional! And my nails have never looked better! The wide range of colors and nail art options are really impressive. What truly stood out was their commitment to hygiene and cleanliness, which was evident at every step. Leaving the salon, I felt rejuvenated, and my hands and feet have never looked or felt better. Nail Shop has definitely earned its place as my favorite spot for mani-pedi services!! I cant wait for my next visit!

    Extremely reasonable prices, fast service, great customer service and always a good time when at this nail shop. Been comin here a long time wether it’s for an acrylic set, fill or pedicures they take care of you. I am a very picky person and they always listen to my wants and needs when I’m there! Cat will have you laughing your entire visit. The entire staff is great!

    Havent been back here in awhile, thought Id try again. Was a great experience. The lady doing my pedicure was very nice and took her time. Not sure if there are new owners or what but its much better than it used to be. Nice chairs too!

    UPDATE: Located in GVSM very talented & amazing staff. Will keep going back. YES I am still going there ever since my original post. All my waxing & nail needs are taken care of. Kat & Tia are very good as is everyone else Ive encountered there.

    I had a bad experience at Sienna Nail Salon so I went to the Nail Shop to see if they could fix what they had done there with my nails. Unfortunately my nails were so bad they couldn’t fix them so I had to get a new set. So the young lady who took care of me was Tia and she is splendid! She not only did an amazing job on my nails she did them with such pride. Everyone there is very friendly and welcoming and very well staffed. There was an older woman sitting next to me, we conversed as we were getting our nails done and she said she’s been going there for a long time and would never go anywhere else. I believe I have found my new nail shop! Thank you to The Nail Shop and to Tia!

    Just had nails done by PHẠM NGỌC THẠNH. She is very good at what she does and very friendly. Clean place.I dont know about the 1 Star reviews, Im thinking they could be competitors giving them to lower their rating. Just one thing, they need to update the pricing on their website as of 7/3/22

    I’m from Tampa and I’m fairly picky about my nails when I get them done. I haven’t gotten them done in Port Richey since moving out here but I have a red carpet event to attend this week and needed to get them done ASAP. Jordan did my nails and did a pretty good job, I just wish I had brought more cash to tip with. I got decently long stilettos for $55. The paraffin pedicure and the lady who did it were also lovely. I’ll probably be getting my nails done here while I’m in this area.

    Lee gives a fabulous pedicure that includes a relaxing massage, hot stone rub, and meticulous nail care. She does phenomenal work and is very cheerful. You will love being pampered at The Nail Shop.

    Lei was amazing my toenails are still painted 2+ weeks later.The guy did my nails and he did a pretty shoddy job, multiple nails had chipped by the next morning. Same polish on both.

    Well Im picky, the worst of the worst of the worst and Im extremely HAPPY! with my experience here. Cant speak for other techs but Kisha was amazing! I didnt know what powder nails were and she explained them to me and I couldnt be happier! She took her time and they turned out perfect! She did my toes as well and I love them! The fact she made white color look so perfect tells me shes great at what she does. Im only sad Im here visiting and cant take her with me. Amazing work!

    Ive been coming here for years and love it! Everyone is so nice and they do an amazing job. I get pedicures and dip powder on my nails that last a while. Calm and relaxed atmosphere. Would not go anywhere else.

    Im used too having my cuticle cut on my toe nails and I have not found a nail place that does this ,they just clean your feet like if you dont know how ,but at this place I asked the lady to please do so and she did but she was not going to do,so this the best place will go again
