    Took me 3 years to find a salon & technician that I LOVE. Everyone is so welcoming & friendly here.I like my nails short & a lot of technicians cant or dont like to do designs on short nails.. not Ben. Ben is an AMAZING technician. He also does builder gel which is extremely hard to find here.If you show him something & he KILLS it. Walked in with a picture & he did not disappoint.Hes also extremely friendly and makes the whole experience very pleasant & relaxing. Cannot recommend this place enough!

    The atmosphere is always so happy and calming. The service is top notch. The massages 😭🤌🏼. The color selection. The pricing. The cleanliness. Absolute best! I am so happy I found this salon. It’s my escape for a little while and boy do I come out RELAXED and feeling beautiful 💫 thank you to all of the kind staff. I always anticipate my next visit! Adam does my hands and he is phenomenal and helpful with great conversation if you want it, peace if you don’t! Helen is absolutely an earth angel.     Ben is the best at acrylics! He always listens to me and knows how to do my nails exactly how I like. I get acrylic set by him. He is a true professional, always makes me happy and I recommend this salon 1000/10! I drive 30 minutes just to have my nails done by him

    Honest review. They did a pretty good job never been here before. The only thing I just noticed is it looks like a dead ant or something and I guess when they put the gel on and put it under the UV. They must’ve got stuck there. I saw the technician look at my nails so many times but eh mistakes happen. Everyone’s waiting if I’m gonna come back the answer is absolutely yes

    I typically do my own nails. I wanted a nice manicure with a little sass without sacrificing my natural nails. Welllll, per usual Nail Lounge West has done it again! Years ago I would get pedicures here. I went for a pretty, classy, healthy manicure today and WOW!! Linda & her daughter “T” did an outstanding job!! It literally made my day!! They really take the time to make sure your nails are perfect! They are extremely detail oriented and talented and so so friendly and accommodating! I highly recommend Nail Lounge West!!!!

    I have been getting my nails done at Lounge West Nail Spa for about 2 years. I have always had a positive experience and my nails always look perfect when I walk out that door. Tomas who does my nails, always goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and provide me great service. Linda, Tee and the rest of the staff are really hard workers and always have a smile. I see them try to accommodate everyone that walks in that door whether they have an appointment or not and they always greet everyone right away ..the atmosphere is very relaxing with soft spa music and big comfy massage chairs . I also would like to note , that I have been in there when clients have been very rude , demanding and down right nasty to some of the workers. They still try to keep everyone happy and satisfied. Remember a little kindness and understanding goes a long way ! So what are you waiting for make an appointment now!!! Youll be happy you did!

    Best mani pedi ever! I don’t usually do reviews but they deserve a great rating. Didn’t rush on me at all and made sure my nails were done properly. Thank you. I will return.Update: Not taking back what I said about my nails, they are gorgeous. However, they did cut me a little but I thought nothing of it because I’ve been cut before and accidents happen however, I’ve never gotten this reaction before. My finger is in so much pain and sensitivity and it’s beginning to swell. After cutting me the woman used something in a little bottle and rubbed it on my finger and continued with the service. Sweetest little lady, but she did accidentally cut too much of my cuticle. This is only day 2 and I’m hoping it doesn’t get any worse.

    Came here from Alabama with fiancé job. I found this nail shop online read reviews and went to get service. My first impression was my last. T is an amazing nail tech. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails, and she exceeded my expectations!! She made sure I was comfortable the whole time I was there. She took her time and perfected her craft.     When I first moved to PSL I tried a few nail salons with not much luck and then stumbled upon Nail Lounge West and Tomas! The atmosphere is similar to a spa, no loud television, peaceful, meditation type music, extremely relaxing. The employees are all professionals and do an outstanding job. Then, there is Tomas, he is a perfectionist, does a fantastic job on nails. He is very popular among customers so plan in advance your visit with him.

    Great first experience. My regular lady was going on maternity leave so needed to find new place. Went to this place based on reviews. Helena did a great job with my pedi. Im particular as I have lots of dry skin build up and she fixed me up nicely. She also clipped the outer in-grown corners of the nails. Only reason I gave 4 vs 5 star is water temp was not checked and I ended up in cold water foot bath. The warm damp towel was great as was the foot massage. Yes would return and refer friends. :)

    My older sister was visiting me so for a rare treat I had brought in for manicure and pedicure. God Bless her she is 65 and still works very hard all day on her feet and using her hands and makes very little money. The technician, Ti, was very gentle and very understanding of her rough callused feet and torn up fingernails. After she was done my sister walked out feeling like a new woman. Her tired legs and feet now feeling very relaxed and feeling pretty again. I was very impressed with this salon that they did not rush people through like cattle. Price was extremely reasonable I just wish I had more cash to leave for a tip.Thank You for making my sister extremely happy during her visit. I will be next!

    Went here on lunch break and got healthy nails. Needed a color change. B waited on me and he was great. Will be back! I work both sides of town so this was super convenient when I need nails done and in the West. Place was busy and clean. I recently had an accident that took off the nail of my left little finger and was quite unhappy with the ugly look.I went to Nail Lounge West 1 to see if anything could be done to cover my wounded, missing finger nail. Helena, the owner, looked closely at the problem and decided to cover the broken skin with a prosthetic nail, then proceed to match the color to my real nails which are natural color. Amazing! Bravo! I loved the result. An almost perfect match to my natural nails. Great new salon with beautiful decorations and all new furnishings. I was satisfied and thrilled with Helena’s skill, friendliness, and reasonable prices. I highly recommend Nail Lounge West 1.

    Got just a Gel Manicure on my nature nails and had Tony. He was very kind and quick, did a wonderful job, I would definitely go back and ask for him again. The shop was nice, clean, not super busy, I didnt want a long time, I walked in on a Saturday around 430 only waited 10-15 mins.

    I went today and got a deluxe manicure pedi absolutely wonderful. Linda was the technician and she took her time, I also had a wax and small facial. Let me tell you it was fantastic. I made another appointment to see Linda before I go back North. I dont get this service there Jeanie Donohue

    My second time here and I’m absolutely keeping this place! I recommend it! The place is comfy, clean, I love the style. The staff are very welcoming.
