    First off I want to thank Angela for this beautiful set. I didn’t take the picture immediately but they still look bomb. I had got this gel X ombré set a little before thanksgiving and it still looks amazing. 10/10 for me she definitely did not disappoint.

    This was my first time at Novalice Krystal Nails and Spa and let me tell you, the environment was very different. I felt welcomed, they offer you complimentary drinks, and they even gave out little Christmas goodie bags to the clients. I’ve never been to a salon that has cared this much about their customers!I got my pedicure done by Denecia and she was very communicative about my appointment. Both Jenna and Denecia made me feel like they cared about me with the personal conversations we had. Thank you both for my first time being a lovely experience 😊

    Victor was amazing! He was so incredible nice and gentle. He did an excellent job and hand painted the Christmas bows and snowflakes, which are gorgeous! I definitely recommend!

    Greeted by staff as soon as I arrived as a walk-in. Offered a beverage as I waited. Serves a variety of wines. Mr. K provided my services. He was a joy to meet which was very talented!!!     Im visiting from out of state and was recommended to try Novalice. The salon is STUNNING and super clean. Sky gave me a great pedicure and Kahli gave me a great refill. It was expensive, but worth it. Now I have a new go-to salon for when Im visiting!

    Denecia is an amazing nail tech. I came in with nails done at a different salon that looked a mess, and she managed to make them look brand new. She was very patient and talks you through the process instead of rushing you. I was her last customer for the day but she still took her time and perfected everything. Definitely go see her if you’re looking for someone who prioritizes quality instead of rushing!

    Really impressed with my nails! Ky did a fantastic job with my dip manicure and regular pedicure. First time going and will come back for sure!     I’ve had a lot of bad nail experiences but this place has turned that around. I showed Ken a photo of what I wanted and he made it happen without a problem! He was super professional and skilled. He got the shape I asked for perfect and blended the ombré seamlessly. I will definitely be coming back!

    I am not from this area but wanted to treat my mother and aunt for a pedicure and full set, and I wanted SNS for myself. I googled this place and could not have had a better experience! EVERYONE is customer service driven and so welcoming. They spoiled us with wine and water while providing the services. Now, as for the service, the only complaint I have is that I dont live here, which means I can only return while visiting family. They did an excellent job with everyones nails, and they really paid attention to detail. They made this a beautiful memory that I will cherish. Honorable mention to Tiffany and Gyna, you ladies really out did yourself. Thank you!

    Please is nicely decorated, pretty, clean with welcoming with relaxing music. Service begins with a hello and a smile and there’s complimentary coffee. Kim, whom I followed from another salon, is wonderful, and a perfectionist with her work. Prices are great and comparable. I can sit here as I get my gel pedicure and go on and on, but you’ll just have to try them for yourself. This is certainly the best way I can think of taking care of myself after a long busy week.

    I went to this nail salon four days ago after reading the great reviews posted, but I’m sorry to say that I was somewhat disappointed with the way my nails turned out.upon entering the salon I expressed it was my first time there. The place is clean, beautiful the staff very attentive; it surely is a very pleasant place. The reviews were right about that. But my nails were not what I expected them to be. They were not filed and shaped well. Some are not curved but pointed upwards. I’m embarrassed to show them off. I would as a business owner have placed a person like myself with someone that would do a better job. I would like to keep them as a customer and for them to bring me more business. I know that a better job could’ve been done, its for a reason the place has good reviews.Update: I must say I wasn’t pleased with my nails the first visit. But the people here take pride in what they do, and try their best to make a customer satisfied. Returned to have my nails filled. Good job. Thank you.

    The best salon I’ve every gone too! Between then clean and well designed facilities to the friendly staff. I love that they have name tags and all the staff is truly talented, Sky will give you pedicure like you’ve never had., Jesse does a great job with my nails. I always leave relaxed and feel great!

    Absolutely awesome stylists! My girls got mani pedis this time but ill be booking next time for a pedicure for myself. It looks soooo relaxing. Shout out to tiffany and Gyna, they are the best! Hopefully they dont get overbooked before i can get my appointment. Go see them, its well worth it. Everything you could ask for. Perfection

    Kim is the absolute best. Her attention to detail is unmatched by any nail tech I’ve ever been to. My nails are always flawless!!!! She always takes her time and never makes you feel rushed. I will be a forever customer of hers. I’m so glad I found this place.

    I have visited here twice and both times received very good pedicures. My first experience was definitely 5+ stars but my second visit, with my husband, was less impressive. We both received pedicures and neither technician (one male, one female) was engaging/friendly, more aloof & interested in speaking amongst themselves. My husband was upsold to a manicure also (he works with his hands and could definitely use some softening up 😅) but it seemed his female technician was more than happy to skip portions of it, knowing it was his first. As soon as I walked away to make a coffee (knowing it should take a bit longer) he was magically done. His hands weren’t even moisturized, it was more of a nail trim & paraffin wax dip. After those two things were done, he was at the front desk and “done” before I could finish brewing a K cup. I was perplexed, having had countless manicures in the past, with how he could be done so quickly. It wasn’t until we got in the car that I realized she had taken advantage of his inexperience. I would recommend this salon only for the experienced customer who knows what to expect.

    Wow!! I cant wait to bring my wife to this place. Best services EVER!! Jolie is the best!! Actually the whole staff is very friendly, helpful and very professional. Im an older gentleman with rough calloused feet and not the best circulation in my legs. The treatment I received was above and beyond what I needed or even thought I wanted. The swelling in my legs is completely gone right now and my feet feel like a million bucks!! Well worth it!! Get the Volcano with the hot stones or just go all out and get the Ultimate NK Pedicure. You will be glad you did!!!

    Had a very nice experience with sky doing my feet and Ty doing my nails. The massage chairs is one of the best Ive ever sat on. The place is very beautiful and well decorated. They offered me wine and they had snacks available as well. I will be back again next month to get my nails done! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    I found this salon because my tech was on vacation. Ty did my nails. Ty was very professional, skilled & has a great sense of humor. Love my nails. Pedicure s are a little pricey but good.     I recently did the basic facial with Camille. I thoroughly enjoyed the session. She was AMAZING! She is so gentle, very knowledgeable about the products she used. She took her time to ensure that I was comfortable. Her suite is CLEAN, neat and very inviting. Everything about the aesthetics of the place was very calming. I highly recommend getting a facial with her! 5 star job!

    Very great job in cleaning. Acrylic nails last for 3-4 weeks. They have nice nail colors and do a good job at shaping the nails too.
