    Phil does an AMAZING job !! Nails last 3+ weeks no matter the length. I moved from west palm & tried several different salons here that can never get it right. I just show him a picture & he takes over !! Everything is on point & precise even the application. He takes his time & pays attention to detail but will still have you in and out within 1 hr 30 !!!

    Phil was awesome! Perfect full set in love with my nails. My daughter got hers done too and we will be back in 2 weeks for a fill. The owner is from Miami so he has a better style than the typical nail salons in the PSL area. Highly recommend

    Excellent experience with Vivienne for a pedicure and nail set. I had previously tried this salon with a horrible experience but decided to give them a try since they new owners and they are very convenient to my house. This will definitely be my new go to place as well as bringing my daughters😊🤩 very happy 😊

    Great new nail salon in Port Saint Lucie! My friend and I came here for our birthday. We were a party of four and she was able to accommodate us and give us all five star treatment. The salon is very clean and the work that they do is impeccable. Very nice people. Definitely will be coming back again!

    Awesome hidden gem! Found them online and went in without an appointment. I had to wait a few minutes for her to finish with another client, but it wasn’t too long. I believe my tech was Cyera (that’s what it said on the text they sent me after checking in). She did a wonderful job and really took her time. The salon was very neat and clean. Will definitely return for another pedicure.

    Paula and her staff are wonderful. My daughter and I went in yesterday evening for pedicures. Francesca did an amazing job on my toes. It was a very relaxing experience as she did not rush me through the appointment. She took her time and paid attention to detail. The salon is also extremely clean.Paula gave my daughter her first pedicure ever. She made the experience fun for her and did not cut corners. My five year old was pampered as if she were a princess.Thank you so much Paula and Francesca!

    I did my nails recently and Nathalee did a great job. This included acrylic nails. The customer service was also excellent. Even the owner Paula is amazing. My aunt also came with me and she did not like her nails so she called the following day and the owner told her to come back to have them fix it which I thought was so awesome. They took full responsibility. I would recommend this place to anyone. Excellent service, great job, clean environment. Cleanliness is so important to me and I liked that they demonstrated this to a high level. Go check them out and I am sure you will love the service and the great job they perform. Definitely going back.

    Kia gave me such a great pedi. It’s been going on 2 weeks since I was serviced and my heel is still smooth. Usually by now it would of turned back rough lol. She was honest about the condition of my feet and personalize my treatment for my heels and toes. I have never experience a pedicure like this. She cleaned my toe nails extremely well and really took her time. I highly recommend Kia.

    Let me just start off by saying the customer service at this location is amazing! The Owner Mrs. Paula sets the tone. Everytime I come here, the service is consistent. This time when I went, I went for a pedicure. Kia did my pedicure and let me just tell you that she worked hard for the money baby LOL!! I dont know if yall ever saw the episode of the show Martin when ShaNaeNae had to go to work on Myras feet. Yup, that was ME! LOL!! Kia literally worked on my feet for 2 hours and even had to go in the back to get special tools. She was determined to give me new toe nails and new feet skin. I had 2 black toes, choppy, flaky, dry skin- trust me i gave her NOTHING to work with. Let me just say, when she was finished, I didnt recognized my own feet. I played footsies with myself all weekend!! My feet never been so soft and touchable. No flakes, No dryness, no black toe nails!!! Im amazed! In my 40 years of living, I never was able to be proud of my feet. Now I point with my feet!! Yup! I want that one right there LOL!! Then I was like shiiiid my feet look so good, Kia give me a manicure to match! And she did just that! Im so happy and excited, my husband rubbed my feet for the first time in 13 years! ok yea, needless to say, I made my 2 week appointment before I left! Thank you Kia and Mrs. Paula and the staff of Phoenix Nailz for always giving me an amazing experience

    Normally Im not one to leave reviews, but upon walking into this business I immediately felt welcomed! Everything was above and beyond clean! The nail techs actually held a conversation with you, did I mention how immaculately clean this facility is? I hadnt gone to a nail salon in weeks and my toes were not the prettiest to say the least after a bad experience. The beautiful lady who did my pedicure ( Im sorry Ive forgotten your name) did such an amazing job, even with a packed house she and the rest crew handled everything with grace! I have found my new favorite place to relax and get a pedicure!Updated 4/25/22: upon making an appointment to get a pedicure a week prior cause I really enjoyed the place, I show up to the appointment on time and Im told they have no hot water and was asked to make another appointment, definitely wouldve been helpful to just call and notify me that they were unable to offer services.

    Kia did my nail designs and extensions and they looked so fabulous. First time I had my nails done and the diamonds, and designs did not come off at all for a month. As for my pedicure my husband says Im no longer exfoliating his legs with my feet LOL. The crew there makes you feel like your with your family. Love them and love the service. Worth every penny!

    I wish I could give Phoenix Nailz & Spa more than five stars on this review. The service was impeccable and so was the atmosphere!! The salon is modern, clean, inviting and relaxing...and the owner Paula is phenomenal!!!!! She is truly a professional. Not only did she take her time to make sure my pedi was perfect, but she is so personable and fun!!! I had my eyebrows waxed by Shay and let me say she absolutely nailed the shape!! All that paired with amazing conversation was worth every dollar and more I spent!

    I’ve been eyeing this shop since it opened, but I’m always busy and can never get a chance to book. I went in two days ago in the last hour of the shop closing (told ya, always busy lol) and Kia I believe accommodated me and got me a jelly pedi the next day booked with Cyera.I will say first off, I’m the type person who does not like to bug technicians while they’re doing their job. I’m quiet, and don’t like a lot of chatter since I know it’s a tedious job. I think she got that vibe and we vibed lol. She did a BOMB job on my pedicure and I tried to squeeze a gel mani in too but she was booked the rest of the night. I go back today and I’m just happy I can get my nails done before I go into labor Monday! Thank you Cyera! Your service was A1!

    It has been a very long time since I treated myself to a mani pedi. Was excited to see a new nail salon open up in our neighborhood. Kia did both my mani and pedi.     I’ve gotten my lashes done by many different lash techs and Nikki is the very best! She is so talented and makes sure to take care of my natural lashes! Also, she is by far the nicest technician i’ve been to.. with the longest lasting extensions as well !     The service is wonderful, everyone is friendly and calm. The owner has really made the place look beautiful. The speed of the appointment can be a little slower than most places, but I think it adds a nice level of tranquility not being rushed.
