I do my nails with Ashley for almost an year and she is amazing! The treatment there is very good, they make you feel very comfortable. I am always super happy to go there and I am glad I found them :) Highly recommend!!

UPDATE 2 on 8/3/24:Cynthia is no longer working here. Based on reviews I decided to get a pedicure a couple months ago by Nancy. She did such an incredible job that I’m back today. She REALLY pays attention to your cuticles. I’ve never had such clean toes! She has such a lovely positive personality and goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy. I’ve included a couple of photos to show how she isn’t afraid to get in those corners of your toes.UPDATE Summer 2023:Tracey, the owner contacted me shortly after I placed this review. She was very understanding and professional and offered to have Cynthia fix my nails. I accepted and just over 2 weeks after my initial experience I was able to see Cynthia. She did a FABULOUS job on the fill and new nail art. Im going to be Ariel for Halloween and she translated that into my nails with such beauty!Summer 2023I’ve been here 3 times and the first 2 times I had pedicures with Cynthia who was great. For my 3rd appointment I scheduled with Cynthia online but the system isn’t very user friendly and when I showed up for my appointment they moved me to someone else (I don’t remember her name). I was getting my nails done for a cruise and asked for what you see in the first photo, but with rounded nails and matching toes. They said they didn’t have a way to do exactly what was in the photo but had some glitter they could use and gems for my fingernails. They started with my toes and should have done 3 coats of polish. You can see that it is uneven in the photo. Then they did the acrylics. I tried hard to give them the benefit of the doubt but the nails are uneven and patchy and thick. I also don’t like the gems and the overall look. After 1 week one of the nails chipped. A week! After tip I spent $150 on my mani/pedi and am so very disappointed. I don’t even want to go back to have the chip fixed. I’m just going to remove the nails and go back to my press-ons that look better than this any day. I doubt I’ll ever get acrylics here again.

I’m giving this establishment 4 stars but I feel like the nails are giving 3.5 stars.First of they were very accommodating to go in as a walk in on a Thursday at 6pm. Which I’m very grateful for. Very friendly staff and upfront the girl was super sweet and provided good service.My draw back was regular nude polish availability. As in zero options which is odd bc French nails or a base color is so common.My other complaint was my cuticles which were bothering me today. Has only been two days and I feel like I have to fix them myself & I feel like the gel polish could have been closer to the cuticle to have a longer manicure experience. See photos for reference.I’d go back if these minor issues were fixed. I didn’t notice it when I left. Bc she applied cuticle oil which make them appear super hydrated and clean looking. These are minor mistakes that can be rectified. Just sharing my experience.The gel makes it appear atleast a week old nails

Ive been going here for Melissa for the past year and a half and would not change techs for anything. She listens to you and takes her time to make sure your nails are perfect. I always look forward to seeing her every other week just to talk, relax, and have the best nails ever! I would highly suggest requesting her to have your nails done!

I always have a great experience at Simply Nails! I’ve had Oriana as my nail tech twice and absolutely love how she does my nails! I always get dip powder or “Healthy Nails” as they call it here on my natural nails. Great color selection. The color never chips of course. Oriana takes extra care when soaking and removing my current dip powder which I greatly appreciate. I never feel rushed. It feels like she is taking special care for each individual nail. I highly recommend Simply Nails or Totally Nails - their sister salon, when in PSL. I live in Orlando and I will wait until I can get to PSL to get my nails redone!

Simply and Totally Nails is hands down by far the best salon around. I have been a client for years and they never disappoint. The price is worth the quality you receive and the staff is always a pleasure. Cynthia is by far my favorite nail tech. Shes always on point with her work, always willing to be creative, and will do anything she can to fit you in to her busy schedule, even on last minute notice. Keep up the Great work!

I was going to totally nails, before Simply nail opened, for years for healthy nails. My girl Nancy at Simply nails is amazing!!! She takes her time and makes sure my nails look perfect before I leave. I have never had any complaints after leaving my chair. My nails never lift, chip or break. My nails can last 3 weeks without any issues. If you’re looking for someone to take care of you, she’s your girl!! I won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend Nancy and Simply nails!

I am from Oakland Ca visiting my BFF &vacation ,I needed to get a fill for my nail. Ashley helped me, she is very respectful and has a great personal. She gave me what I wanted for my set. I love my nails and also told my BFF about the service in shop. Everyone was very friendly and I would go again with no problem. Ashley, you did a great , excellent job. And when I come back I will be coming back to Ashley for her to take care me. And Grace was very sweet and nice to me. If I could give her 10 star I would. Thank you Ashley and the shop is beautiful.

I must say that I am so excited that Simply Nails opened!!! I usually do my nails with Melissa at Totally Nails but now she is at Simply nails; she is the absolute best I have to say. So patient, and very precise with her designs. She literally nails it every time !! The salon is very clean and everyone is so nice; ESPECIALLY my girl Melissa jeje. They also have good pricing.

I went to simply nails a few days ago for the first time. The salon was clean and comfortable. I felt very welcome. My nail tech’s name was Rosa. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I wanted! She was very gentle, kind and made me feel very comfortable. She made my nails look amazing. I’ve gotten so many compliments and have been asked where I go. So I tell everyone Simply nails on Gatlin and ask for Rosa!!

Cynthia is the best! I have been going to her since she worked at a salon in a different area and the difference is night and day! The salon is clean and easy to access. I also love the online booking feature they offer for appointments. I get compliments almost daily on her work and am never disappointed! I repeat - GO TO CYNTHIA!!

I have gone here two times so far. First visit was a pedi & healthy manicure. I used to get gel manicures at a different salon. This time I needed a last minute appt before going on a trip. Since they are super close to me and had the availability I gave them a try. I have to say I do really like the healthy manicure the best. Not knowing what to expect I did like how they turned out. I then decided to get them done again “just because” This time was with Nancy she did an even better job and so efficient and quick considering its a process. Well I go back for a 3rd visit before Christmas for a mani pedi with Nancy again. My first visit my nails were too thick Nancy made them look natural.

I love Simply Nails. The place is kept clean and cute every time I go. I’ve been coming to Trisha for over a year now and she is the best. She makes me feel welcomed and always does a great job on my nails. I can bring her any picture in and she always goes above and beyond to make sure my nails look exactly how I want them. Highly recommend her for nail art and the place in general if you are looking for a clean and welcoming nail salon in the area.
