    LOVE LOVE LOVE this salon!!! I tried it on a recommendation from my daughter and Im so glad I did! My first visit I got ombre healthy nail dip and a jelly pedi (which is an hour long and oh so relaxing).My tech, Trisha, is wonderful and very competent in her work. She is a artist and perfectionist and it shows on your nails when she is done. All the girls there do beautiful work though. Ive seen the examples. WOW! Check them out on FACEBOOK and see for yourself.Everyone in the salon is friendly, yet professional, and very customer oriented. An example of this is that on my first visit, I was talking to my daughter, saying how I wanted a color that matched my car (red), the girl up front overheard me, asked which car, and without my asking went out with the color sticks, compared colors to my car and got an exact match for me.Ill end this review by saying TRY IT, YOU WONT BE SORRY... ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

    I included two pictures, the picture I showed her and my nails.I was a little nervous with my design choice. Only because it has to do with marijuana and not everybody is comfortable doing something like that. I asked her if she’s okay with doing my design and she said yes. She got to analyzing the picture, busted out all the colors. She was honest with me and told me that she might not be able to do the font which I was totally fine with. I would rather my nail tech be honest with me, than try to do something they can’t do and mess up my nails. So we just looked around for fonts and I found one that I liked that she was able to do. She filed out the dead part of my acrylic, filled it in, filed them down, and let me tell you, she works quick. She’ll ask you some questions and then boom, your nails are done and perfect. She had me moving my hands in and out of the curing lamp every 10 seconds when she was applying the base coat. She would swap fingers when doing designs and still did them perfectly and efficiently. When I tell you miss nini did that, yes Tf she did. I would highly recommend you book with her.

    I always think the layer of gel they apply is a little thick🙁, we Brazilians make our fingernails very thin and curved like natural ones; however I really like the speed, the space and the staff… for me, who dont have much time, I always find an agenda available the next day. there are 2 spanish women who do the thinnest and most delicate nails and are great in the arts 😍 but the oriental gentleman works well too, I really like the pedicure service, I recommend them and will continue to attend 🥰

    This is my 3rd visit and as usual my nails have turned out beautifully after being done by Penelope! I went with the healthy nails this time versus the gel polish and Im glad because I love the turn out!! My nails have always been brittle but Ive noticed the improvement after my last few visits so I will continue to come. Thank you again, Penelope! Great job! :)

    Trisha is great! She pays attention to the customer, gets to know them and then offers her advice. She offers more color choices than the others. She is very talented with her nail art also. She looked at the PR flag and recreated on my nails. Love her!

Let me tell you all, she is METICULOUS!! Confident and from start to finish ensuring everything was satisfactory to me. I am not hyperbolizing when I tell you I feel like a queen and these are the best nails Ive ever had. Trisha does not rush and even was able to make my feet presentable.The facility its self is clean and with all the appropriate precautions taken. The have a little self service kcup bar, canned soda, and bottled water. I will most definitely be back and letting everyone know about Trisha!

    Rosemary was so kind and did my pedicure. Ive been so scared to get my toes done and havent had them done since I was 10 (Im 19 now, thats a very long time). She was so kind and made sure to tell me it was ok to let her know if anything hurts and she was nice to converse with. I cant wait to go back, and will definitely be asking for her. ☺️

    I wanted to update this because fair is always fair. The owner called me listen to my complaint didn’t try to make excuses. I was able to get in with my favorite nail girl in the whole wide world. I left there feeling beautiful and happy. Thank you Melissa And thank you management I appreciate you very much.The receptionist the owner is allowing to answering the phones is absolutely clueless on how to make an appointment in the scheduling system. I have addressed this several times with the ownership as well as my nail tech, not her fault she’s not the one scheduling, But it is the money coming out of her pocket and it is a customer lost for the salon. The phone rings off the hook they do not answer it. They over book on pedicures and while you’re finishing the next nail tech is hovering waiting to get the seat..or They seat you in the pedicure chair when over booked, let you soak into your feet become like prunes waiting for the nail tech to come along. I am a huge supporter of small business but I need to bounce.

    This salon is a cut above the rest! Its NOT the typical run of the mill in and out nail salon. The focus is on the customer; not the clock! Its decorated nicely and is CLEAN! The smell of chemicals is not what greets you when entering but rather a friendly staff member. Its obvious the owners take great pride in their business. The equipment is comfortable and clean and the top shelf (name brand) complimentary drinks add another layer of class! Cynthia was my technician and she was awesome!! I was her last appointment of the day and I never once felt rushed or as if I was inconveniencing her or the owner who was very informative and attentive before I was seated. I thoroughly enjoyed both my Bliss pedicure and healthy nail services! Ive finally found the salon for all my nail care and beauty needs! Definitely returning!!!

    My first time at Totally nails was nothing but pleasant!!!! The front staff were super sweet and accommodating even though I was running late! I was quickly seated and treated with the upmost respect. Kenny did my pedicure, and he did such a great job!!!! I’m extra picky about my pedicures and I had nothing to say, for a moment I even stopped paying attention because I knew he was doing well. Kenny was very friendly, cracked a few jokes, and took his time! He really did a marvelous job on my pedicure. Furthermore, the salon is very clean and trendy. Thanks for the great experience!

    Today was my first time visiting this salon. Ive lived in psl for 1 month and was in need of a new nail salon so after reading the reviews I decided to give this place a try. They were fantastic!!I called at 9:30 am and they were able to see me at 9:45 am no problem. I made an appointment for 4 different services and the same technician did them all, she did a great job and I will definitely go back and see her. She didnt talk much which was great, I talk a lot during the week and when Im trying to relax the last thing I want is to make small talk.I highly recommend this place. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. But more importantly it was clean. They used plastic covers in the pedicure bowl, they used new tools each time (I watched her open a new pack) and they sterilized with alcohol.I have sensitive skin and this is the first time Ive gotten my eyebrows waxed and didnt end up with bumps afterward.Loved everything about my experience.

    I highly recommend Totally Nails. I got my wedding nails and toes done today and I had very specific looks I was trying to achieve. The owner was a doll. Very sweet and accommodating, made sure the right technician was able to help me achieve the looks. Cynthia did my nails and toes and they are absolutely stunning! She was patient, she took her time and didn’t rush me. I could tell she was experienced. The place is also very clean and new feeling. Such a great experience!

    The atmosphere is amazing. Its beautiful inside there, I love how they decorated. The staff are so wonderful! They do a fantastic job on my nails and are so nice! They stay open late on Wednesdays and thats great for us because work runs long and sometimes we cant make it on the weekend. So wonderful of them to do that! My new favorite salon!

    I had my first appointment at this salon today. I love that I can book my appointments online and pick my services! Cindy did my Healthy Nail manicure and my pedicure. She was sweet and knew what she was doing. My nails look great and I cannot wait for my next appointment. Also, the regular pedicure is $5 off on mondays!

    My experience was relaxing and enjoyable. When walking into totally nails I was greeted with a professional reception, as opposed to someone doing nails, answering the phone and receiving people who walk in. The atmosphere is calm, quiet and serene. My manicurist, Cindy did a great job on my mani/pedi. She was easy to talk to, very friendly and down to earth. She gave a pretty smile with a good disposition. They offer complimentary beverage water, wine, etc. Management is even friendly and funny. It has been a long time if ever since Ive visited a nail salon that had all of the above. Thanks Cindy and Totally nails for a exceptional experience.

    Love this shop! The atmosphere is very calming. Tony is kind and attentive, offers drinks and makes sure you have what you need to be comfortable. Ling is professional and does such an amazing job with pedicures and gel nails. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. ❤️

    I moved to PSL in November when my fiancé and I purchased a home. Moved from Palm beach gardens and I always went to Eden nail salon. When I moved here I didn’t know of any nail places and l looked online by reading reviews from others. Went to this place the 1st and Nancy did great with manicure and pedicure as well as my eyebrows. Second time it was ok, my nails chipped earlier than the 1st time. Paid $82 for all the services. Third time I went, I wanted Easter colors mixed. Did a pedicure, manicure and eyebrows per usual. However, I was shocked 😳 to pay $65 for Healthy nails😓, $38 pedicure and $12 eyebrows.. I have never paid paid $65 for a dip or healthy nails anywhere since I’ve been in the US.. $125 total.. amen 🙏🏾 could have braided my hair instead for that amount. That should have been communicated from the beginning than assuming I am able to pay for it. Give your customers options etc.Giving you 4 stars regardless, great atmosphere.

    First time in today. I was unhappy with my technician in West West Palm. Went to Ashley for the first time. Very clean shop. They offer you a beverage, and they are punctual. Ashley did a great job of fixing what someone lose screwed up. More importantly.... she listened to what I wanted and she hear what I asked for and she did it. “My way”. Bravo Ashley! Thank you! Great job. I’ll keep going!

    Went in for the third today after finding the shop on Google. I was able to book an appointment through Facebook. The positive reviews are all true. The shop is clean, bright, and relaxing. I received my Manicure/ pedicure and it was worth every penny. Everyone has been gentle yet precise. The place is so gorgeous and chic! It is extremely well organized and very clean; which is a huge plus! Highly Highly Highly recommend!

    This is my 4th visit but my very FIRST REVIEW....YEAH!!!Stepped into greatness.TOTALLY NAILSThe person at the reception greeted like Ritz Carlton or The Breakers concierge 🤩. Very clean and not smelling like Acetone 👏I was waited on by Nancy on my very first and third visits....She smiled with her eyes (no need to remove her mask).I followed to her mastery, station area where she first examined my nails and gives her opinion. She suggested a different color choice because of the discoloration of my nails (experienced 😍).During the interaction, we spoke about food from different cultures, world travel and nails 💅 (CLASSIC). I totally forgot I was getting my nails done. Such a smoothe process not like pulling teeth 😬.THANK YOU NANCY FOR YOUR LOVELY SMILE AND EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!HINT HINT.....I am currently getting my pedicure done by someone else..     They really take the time to provide individualized attention. I took my toddler here to get her nails done and they were so great w/ her and patient, they even help care for while I was getting my services done. Im new to the area and Im so glad I found them.I feel like I need to state the important, but obvious (b/c I gave a 5 star) for a review; theyre clean, organized, friendly and reasonably priced 😀.Ask for Laura or Amber theyre gentle and kind 🤗 And Jessica was total rockstar w/ my lil girl.     The employees were great overall but my tech May was far from friendly, she did not say a word to me throughout the whole process, makes me wonder if she wanted to do my nails. I will go back but will make sure I dont request her, this is supposed to be a relaxing moment

    My nails were uneven. Actually a tad lumpy in places. They used the wrong color or something because pink came out purple. For Natural Nails they came off way too easy. I took them off a week later myself without any nail polish remover or tools at all. The only thing that seemed to be keeping them on was the clear coat that met and was on my cuticles and a tiny bit of glue in the middle under the nail. I picked the clear coat off my cuticles stuck one of the other nails under it really easily and popped them off. I hate purple. The other time they charged my for gel polish for my pedicure and used regular polish with the gel polish clear coat on top tried heating it to dry it of course that didnt work. But ive had a few experiences there that were okay.

    Beautiful salon, brand new and modernized equipment, and great staff! My tech was super nice and loved that he took his time. And the selections there are endless...between all the colors, pedicure and manicure choices, and designs if wanted! Will definitely be back!

    This was my first time here, called booked my appointment for 11am got there early, booked a lavish pedicure and a full set the full set was excellent but when it came to the lavish pedicure I did not receive a lavish pedicure instead I got tickle my feet which was no what I requested. Apart from the pedicure incident I will return and give them second chance.
