    Flawless and pleasant experience from the time I scheduled until I walked out. Initially I met Ruby who was professional and welcoming. She took the time to make sure i was comfortable and at ease. My appointment was with Aaron Kent PA. He entered the room with a big smile and introduced himself. He addressed my concerns and although he was very professional immediately made me feel relaxed and that I was in the right place. I highly recommend anyone with a Dermatological concern to schedule an appointment with Aaron Kent. And kudos to Advanced Dermatology for having Aaron Kent on their staff!

Initially, there was a mix-up with my scheduled appointment and I had to be rescheduled. I called Advanced Dermatology and Charlotte, at the front desk, worked hard to get me in on my previously scheduled day. I was able to get in immediately (thank you!) and saw Aaron Kent, along with his medical assistant, Amanda. Both, were kind and very thorough. I was very impressed with the time that was spent listening and understanding my concerns. A diagnosis was made and my treatment options were explained and questions were patiently answered.     I visited with my Dermatologist Aaron Kent. Both my husband and I have been under his care for less than a year. On every appointment he has been extremely thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and concerned about our particular issues. Yesterday I went for an appointment because I was having difficulty getting a RX filled due to problems with insurance and a co-pay program I am enrolled in. Aaron immediately intervened on my behalf while I was still in the office and was able to get a patient advocate involved on my behalf. He then followed up with me this morning and advised me my case had been put on escalated status. I have never had any other doctor office much less the medical professional himself take such a hands on approach with the patient. Aaron truly is engaged with his patients and goes the extra mile to see that they receive the best care. Both my husband and I have found our forever dermatologist! Thank you Aaron Kent, you have been a blessing to us.

    Dr. Sean Singh and his nurse/assistant were patient, kind, and very thorough during my visit.     I have been a patient for about 2 years. The clinical staff is great, and patient-centric. The logistics of appointments/scheduling has historically been great. There was a recent snafu where my appointment was cancelled without notification. This error was corrected quickly, and I was able to see Aaron Kent ( PA) within the week.     I have always loved going to see my dermatologist here at advanced dermatology. they helped me restore my hair. I had gone to other dermatologists for years and none could even give me a DX for my scalp and hair loss problem that had lasted 3 years and become so severe. On my very 1st visit AD, every test was done and proper treatment was established which is why I have most of my hair restored. my doctor is very knowledgeable, kind and patient. when I could not get my medication because it was very expensive, she did her research until she found a solution to the problem and I got my medication. The assistants are very good here. very respectful and thorough. I love these guys and will not exchange them for any other.

    When I contacted their office about an irritating rash they found an opening and saw me the same day.     Ive had a Basil cell carcinoma on my arm below my inner elbow for two years. Ive been treating it naturally and it improved but I knew living with an open sore is foolish. Another sore popped up on my chest along with arm pain. I knew I needed to quickly see a dermatologist but everyone we called was booked months out. We contacted Advanced Dermatology. Suzanne Smith, PA, was available in three weeks. We reluctantly took the appointment not knowing anything about the practice.Smith and her assistant did an excellent job addressing my needsI would give an a to everyone from the receptionist that was friendly and helpful and a great first person to be greeting patients. to theafinancial eperson hat was friendly as well. I could tell that Smith was extremely observant and intelligent. I experienced very little pain and only called for my mommy once.I feel so much better since receiving treatment. Please dont hesitate to immediately seek treatment if you need it or just for an annual exam. Much better to catch early

    The attention I received from Dr. Scott Podnos and his competent staff was second to none. He cut out a cancerous growth on my lower lip. His masterful hands, with the help of his staff, made the experience fairly painless. He explained every step and arranged for a plastic surgeon to see me immediately after the extraction.     Fabulous. Doris took me under her wing and fast! We even has the same name. I called with leg crustaceans so obviously I was shy and embarrassed. She told me not to worry. I was family.
