I havent had a massage in almost 2 years. Im a preschool teacher who is also an athlete so its safe to say that my body is exhausted like all of the Time I booked a session with Maria and walked in feeling a little bit anxious because I Didnt remember what a massage was like. The man at the front desk was lovely. The experience was really comfortable and the massage itself was fantastic. Highly recommend! Will be coming back. 😊

She didnt understand my request all the time because English is not her first language & I had a hard time understanding her at times. I prefer someone that speaks & understands English! She was a nice lady but sometimes I asked her to slow down because she was massaging too fast. It is supposed to be slow & relaxing. Sometimes it was too much pressure & I told her to go lighter but dont think she understood. I think she needs to practice her English terms to make her a better masseuse. I have had alot of massages in the past & also I think you need to add the aromatherapy in the rooms. The music was good & the heated bed a plus. Thank you.

I have been a member at different Massage Envy for many many years. We just moved to PSL, and I was worried I wouldn’t find a great massage therapist. I had no need to worry. Maria was great. I have arthritis and herniated discs, so I am always in a little pain. Maria was able to find all my problem areas and worked out all of my knots! She is wonderful.

Melania does a wonderful facial she will leave you feeling comfort you’d think you’d never experience. Very personalized and made me feel no anxiety (this was my first time ever doing something like this and I have diagnosed anxiety). I definitely recommend her specifically she was so great I signed up for a monthly membership after my first time!

Pat was great, spent time listening to my muscle issues before the session so he would know where to focus the session. He is professional, experienced and knowledgeable of the body. I was hurting when he started because I had over worked my muscles during a workout. When I left my muscles and I were relaxed and pain free. Massage is one of the best things one may do for over all health and Pat is one of the best.

The place was clean and well maintained. The staff was professional and pleasant. I scheduled deep massage, but the person called out. The facility called me to inform me and arranged a different masseuse. That was great...very responsible. That said, the person was not able to give me a deep massage. Overall, my experience was nice, but the two areas that really needed work, my hips and lower back, didnt receive as much attention as desired nor was the work deep enough. All other areas were amazing.

Onelkis was amazing. This was the best facial/ microdermabrasion I have ever had. She spent the entire hour on me. I have been getting these for 10+ years and Onelkis was by far, the best experience. I am visiting here in Fla with my parents and truly wish she worked in Va where I live. I have gotten these facials at ME in Va many many times and I can tell you the aestheticians there maybe spent a half hour with me and didn’t do any of the extras Onelkis did, such as massaging my face and my arms in the end. She is truly amazing and I will definitely be back to see while I’m here in Fla.

Bought a gift card for the wife and we scheduled a couples massage. The facility is clean and quite relaxing and the staff is friendly and accomodating. The service rendered was very good! The therapists are well trained and the experience was relaxing and just what we needed. The only reason for a 4 star is because my wife asked her person twice to slow the pace down and increase pressure a bit and while she did for a short while she would resort to a more speedy pace. More than likely this is due to how the lady was trained and part of how she does her routine. Wifes experience was positive and had no real complaints besides that. She even signed herself up for a membership. I would give my experience a 5/5 since I never had a massage until that day and it was good. We will be going again for sure.

Also, her skin was also glowing and beautiful which shows she knows what she’s doing. This picture is a day after the facial. I haven’t added anything to my face yet and it’s still glowing and soft.

Viviana gave me an amazing prenatal massage! She was very attentive to my needs and she massaged away sore muscles that I didnt even realize were sore. Ive been to other Massage Envies and the massages there dont compare to how well she did. 10/10 would recommend her as your masseuse if youre pregnant (or even if you arent)!

I am not a spa person, no to massages or any sort of spa experience and havent had a facial in years. My son gave me a gift card so I chose the facial. Read reviews to determine which provider had a good rating. Melania it was. My experience was excellent. I chose the 60mins custom facial and it was perfect. It included blackhead extractions on my nose. My skin felt and looked great after. Melania was great, answered my questions, she was friendly and professional. I paid $75 and add tip seems about a good price. I plan to go again but hesitant to pay $125 if I dont sign up for a monthly package.

Maria really helped me when I had a car accident and my back was aching and my muscles were all tight. The desk staff are also very nice and helpful and the place is very clean.

I’ve been a client for over four years and have a very difficult time making appointments. Seriously considering canceling my membership because of it!

I was feeling really crummy today, and my husband recommended I book myself a massage. Fortunately, this location was able to book me last minute during the holiday season and were very patient and kind over the phone.The establishment was welcoming, clean and the employees at the front desk were calm and patient (even while training some new employees).I was booked with David M., and he was very wholesome. Typically, I’ll request a hard pressure, but he communicated he’s more medium. I realized that sometimes you don’t need someone digging into your skin and beating you up to feel relaxed. I felt calm and the conversation was relaxing. He explained the muscle groups and how they connect. I was fairly impressed. Tbh, it was exactly what I needed to help with my tension.Thank you for making room for me today, and thank you to David for the massage and engaging conversation.

Ive been all-over Florida due to my job situation for massages (atleast a dozen other locations) & not every Massage Envy is ran the same way. I’ve been going to this location for atleast 6 years off/on & they’ve always delivered on what I wanted.The quality of massage therapists they keep on staff are A-CLASS. I went in 2/26/24 for a 90 min. Deep tissue with Katie & yes I got a deep tissue massage. YES, getting a real deep tissue massage is suppose to hurt & also hurt the next morning. Due to my line of work as an auto mechanic I need deep tissue, firm does nothing for me. I got exactly what I paid for & it was worth the price.Thank you for keeping the Massage Envy franchise in good standing because I’ve been to other branches & I can only wish they were ran & staffed as good as yours.Leslie Chung

He listened to my needs and areas of concern in my right leg and paid attention to them and addressed areas in my back that connect to the problem I didnt think cause the issues. My boyfriend and I went for our first ever massage and let me tell you it won’t be our last! We were taken care of like we had been coming there for years. Everyone was so kind and eager to explain the process. Peggy was my masseuse and Hillary was my boyfriend’s. They both asked us what we wanted worked on the most and often made sure we were comfortable throughout the whole massage. 60 minutes felt like 20. I highly recommend visiting this location!!
