    It was my first time ar Suncoast Skin and I feel like I was treated with respect and kindness. They actually cared about me and my health. My Dr was wonderful she was a true professional and very knowledgeable even the nurse was wonderful. She was very friendly and caring. Even with the work that I had done my experience was very good. I wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else, I am so glad I found them. Everyone was just so nice!!! Thank you Suncoast Skin Solutions!!!!

    Called the office hoping for a last minute appointment as a new patient with an issue. They accommodated my request for later the same day. Arriving at the office, the front office person was polite and friendly. I saw the PA, Victoria. She and her medical assistant couldn’t have been nicer or more thorough in their assessment and treatment plan. Certainly recommend this dermatology provider!!

    I had appointment with Dr. Victoria today. I had an infected area where Dr. Lim had removed a cancer on my left leg. I was so thankful that she seen me. With the holidays I was very concerned about my leg. She cleaned it up and instructed me how to cleanse the area and sent an antibiotic cream to my pharmacy. I will follow up with her in ten days.     This is my third procedure performed at Suncoast Skin Solutions. The first two were performed by Dr. Jennings and the most recent one by Victoria Bowman, PA-C. ALL of the personnel at this office are extremely competent, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and informative...ALL of the personnel. During my last procedure, PA Bowman and her assistant, were busy doing their surgical thing and also insuring that I was comfortable during the procedure. On a scale of one to ten I would rate this experience as an eleven. Thank you, Bob Fox Update. I managed to break six sutures during the night. Back to Skin Solutions where Victoria Bowman restitched my handy-work and didnt even yell at me.

    Had my first appointment was on 8/22//24 with Victoria Bowman PA and I’m not only pleased with her but the all the staff I encountered. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this office. Had my 2nd appointment (8-28) to have a cyst removed with Dr Jennings. Not only only did everything go smoothly but I’m very impressed with him. He is very friendly and easy going and makes you feel at ease with the procedure.

    Extremely nice, courteous and efficient. Every staff member I met from the front desk, to Victoria and her assistant, to the helpful woman checking me out, all of them were professional and kind. Victoria was right on time coming in for my appointment and put me at ease immediately. She treated my issue in office and took the time to explain everything to me. All in all, I think the total time in the office from checking in, completing paperwork, having my exam, receiving treatment, and checking out too about 25 minutes. Thank you all so much!

    I had a great experience today. Sara is so kind and empathetic, and Dr. Jennings, in addition to being an excellent Mohs surgeon is so down-to-earth and kind. Victoria is excellent too. She has treated my whole family with care and respect. I have been to several dermatology practices in the area, and this one has been the best experience by far.

    Dr. Jennings performed emergency surgery on me to repair an artery damaged during Mohs surgery performed by another Dermatologist. I returned for the one week followup this morning and the healing is going better than expected!! He took the extra time with me to review what he did during the surgery and answered all my questions. Suture removal is scheduled for next week along with a Mohs procedure on my nose. I am very grateful for the professionalism of Dr. Jennings and his staff.

    Visited for second opinion. They validated that the first provider I visited was proposing a much more invasive procedure which would have left a significant cosmetic scar. Assumedly, the only reason the other provider had proposed such an aggressive procedure is due to the additional reimbursement available from Medicare with no prior approval! This place is great! Honest people who care about their patients. Dont view people as just the sum of their body parts!

    The staff and provider were exceptional. They were all very professional. From the time I walked in the door till the time I left. The Provider was extremely knowledgeable and explained things in detail. She also reviewed what the next steps will entail.The only thing I found unsatisfactory and gross was there was not any table paper on exam tables. I found this to be disgusting and find it hard to believe a medical office wouldnt have barriers in place to prevent the spread of germs from one patient to another. As I work in the medical field myself, I found this revolting. I have never been in a medical office that doesnt have table paper on their exam tables. Per staff, this is a corporate decision...If this is true then corporate should be ashamed of themselves. Table paper doesnt cost that much...Overall, I would recommend these Providers however I will definitely let them know of this deficiency.

    If I could rate Dr. Jennings and his staff a 6 I definitely would. Long story short we are Canadian Snowbirds. We were notified by our dermatologist in Canads I have a Melinoma. We were going to fly home but our surgeon at home suggested to have it done in Florida because it needed to be excised and it would be quicker to have it done in Florida. After searching/researching for a dermatologist online we decided on Suncoast Skin Solutions. I phoned (many many times for a week, thanks for your patience Mary and Michelle), to see if they received documentation from our doctor back home so we could make an appointment. We had our appointment today. Everyone was kind, courteous and super helpful. The receptionists were wonderful helping us with the paperwork. I was so worried about the diagnosis but after speaking with Dr. Jennings my anxiety level just dropped. His manor put us at ease and he took his time to enable me to ask all my questions and my wifes questions. Surgery has been booked. What an exceptional experience. You and your team made me feel like i was important. Thank you!

    I had wonderful results at Suncoast Skin Solutions. I was nervous about having surgery for the Cancer that was on my cheek just under my eye. However Dr. Lim was so kind and understanding he and his staff took my worries away with their care and concern for my well being.He was able to get all the Cancer on the first try the tumor is no longer there! Dr. Lim is very skilled at what he does and I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.     I would recommend Suncoast Skin Solutions, after having a positive experience with them. They were on time, knowledgeable, and dealt with the issue in an effective manner. I had three age spots removed. Two were frozen, and one was shaved and sent out for a biopsy. The entire process took about 1/2 an hour. I was a new patient, so there were additional questions. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable. The person who took care of me was a physicians assistance. If I have any other skin issues, I would go back to them.
