    Was a beautiful place but appointment seemed very long. Also, I wasnt totally satisfied with my hair cut...i knew something went wrong when at the end she said I layered it and now its rounder like I wanted...i certainly didnt ask for that. She was sweet but I think she wasnt that used to curly/wavy hair

    I have very curly hair. And its not one consistent curl throughout, so its really tricky to cut. I have one unfortunate salon story after another. They are all funny stories now, but they took a long time to grow out too. Im super nervous about getting my hair done by anybody. But then I came here.I have been to this salon for a few years, and every time its a great cut and style and another wonderful experience. We moved to a different state for a few years and no one could do my hair. When we moved back, this was the first appointment I booked for myself. These people know what they are doing and are worth it. You will look amazing once they are done with you!!

    I had a great experience at this salon with Naylen. She did a beautiful job on my hair touching up my grays to match the rest of my hair color, and the blowout with curls on the ends turned out gorgeous! Will definitely be back.

    Went here for the first time. The salon is cute and all the staff are very friendly. Indre did my hair and she knew exactly what I wanted and did a fantastic job! I have very thick somewhat wavy hair and it needs to be straightened in order to make sure everything is even and she thinned it out a bit.

    I had a fantastic experience from start to finish at Asonipse Spa & Salon. Scheduling was a breeze, and the entire team was both friendly and professional. Liz, who cut my hair, did an outstanding job—Im very happy with the result! I highly recommend Asonipse and Liz for anyone needing a great mens haircut.

    I went to Asonipse for a dermaplaning facial with Mai it was exceptional from the foot bath to the hand massage. Mai was attentive to detail, gentle an thorough. She is friendly and will follow your lead about conversation. I would highly recommend going to see Mai.

    This was my first time visiting this salon. I was greeted by Brenda asking if I would like some tea or lemon water, then she took me to Jaira who did my consultation and my hair she actually listened to what I had to say., I loved the way she cut my hair. My only regret is it took me too long to make an appointment. This was the best experience I have ever had. I will definitely be back. Thank you Jaira and Brenda!

    My first time visiting this salon and what a wonderful experience. Catherine was patient and provided feedback based on the images of the hair styles and possible colors I had in mind.     I’ve only gone to this salon twice (maybe three?) and the last two times have been amazing. I have the most basic and plain haircut, I don’t color my hair anymore, and I’m super specific about the way my hair looks after a haircut and style. Aunica has listened to each request I wanted done with my hair and I leave happy each time. I LOVE the way my hair looks afterwards.

    I recently went there for a mens haircut and color. The atmosphere is very welcoming. The front desk people are friendly and professional, and the stylist, Indre, is charming, professional, and talented. Best haircut that I have ever had. More men should try this salon. Highly recommended!

    I’ve been coming to this salon for years and have always had a great experience. Tried different salons but this beautiful location and staff bring me back. I feel like a valued member here (: I have had the privilege of working with Lisa, Catherine, Anica, Paulina, Jaira, and Brenda!! Thank you everyone for being awesome! Everyone is friendly and has remained professional over the years. Also, I am so happy they continue to evolve their services! I will be trying their scalp treatment soon in hopes of doing them every 2-3 weeks. My hair has always been its best when I get consistent treatments done and use Aveda products. I feel like I have become knowledgeable about hair care and products, and I owe it to the knowledgeable people here. If you live in Riverview/Brandon and love going to beautiful places and getting your hair done, visit the Winthrop plaza on Bloomingdale and go to the Aveda salon cause it’s poppin’!!

    Josue did an incredible job on my hair and it feels so good! He listened to what I invisioned for my hair, took his time to make it perfect, and made it such a fun and relaxing experience. It took me over 3 years but I finally found a great salon and an amazing stylist!

    Historically I would have gone to a place a little more inclined to walk in grab first available and move on… grumblingMy wife and daughter and encouraged me to try a different experience. I gave little thought to the experience a salon that I thought catered primarily to female clientele could provide an impatient male like myself. I’m happy to say my ignorance did not keep from finally enjoying the full experience.I should have started sooner. Quality of the people from Owners, Management, Guest Services and Stylists is A++Brenda greets me with a wonder smile and offers me beverages and hot towels. Then off to my Stylist. My first was Liz and now Indre and both are fantastic. Brenda has taken care of getting me to the right person based on my schedule and I couldn’t be happier. 5 Star ⭐️ treatment by an incredible Team.My recommendation treat yourself to a visit, you’re worth it and you won’t regret it!Very Satisfied ClientWylie D

    Asonipse Spa and Salon uses high quality Aveda products. Their staff and stylists are nice and knowledgeable about their products and services. Aunica always does a great job on my hair and color. I haven’t loved my haircut in quite a while.

    I’ve been coming here for about 3yrs now. Calista has been my stylist now for the last few times I’ve been in and she is just amazing!! I wasn’t happy with my hair prior to her taking over and explained how I wanted the color and she nailed it!! She’s sweet and has a great personality!! Also, want to give a shout out to Brenda she is one of the sweetest people there very personable and genuine! Thank you guys for everything!!

    I’m terrible with names and I knew I would forget it but the younger girl all the way in the back left cut my hair after I haven’t had it cut in 10 years. I was nervous because it was a big change (about 5 inches off) but she was SOOOOO sweet and really listened to what I wanted and talked me through the entire process. I made another appointment before I left. The environment was so nice and the lady at the front desk was super sweet as well. I’m glad I found this place 🩷

    I love this place! Jenn styles my hair. I highly recommend her. She consults with me about the look I’m going for and is extremely professional. I always leave the salon feeling and looking fabulous. The pre-treatment massage and shampooing is the best! Ask for Jenn. She will take care of you!

    I went in last Saturday for a perm and now that the curls have settled, I am so happy with I got! Nicole was so nice and patient and did everything I wanted! People even thought my curls were natural! Definitely recommend!

    Liz is a master stylist at the Winthrop location and she did a great job on my hair. The exact color and style I wanted. I didn’t leave with any dye on my skin or any pieces longer than others. She also helped me pick out a couple products that would work best for me. :)

    Run don’t walk. Listen, as a Black American woman I’m often worried when none of the beauticians look like me, will they be able to style my texture of hair. Indre is exceptional, I arrived looking average and left looking and feeling like a superstar. I asked for highlights and a waving blow out. Not only did she deliver but she exceeded my expectations. This place is amazing all around from the moment you arrive. The receptionist who made my appointment Brenda, has great knowledge of each stylus expertise and paired me with Indre. I am forever thankful!!! Indre has made a forever clinic💋

    I visited this salon last week and had my hair done with Nicole. I needed color and highlights as well as a trim. My hair turned out exactly like I told her I wanted it and everyone loved it. And even better was the fact that she was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met and it was obvious that she loves what she does. I will definitely be returning as a regular.

    I asked Lisa for the impossible. She had to match colors give me highlights, lowlights and an all over color. She not only made it happen but made it better than I imagined.     I had a great experience with Indre😊 my hair is menepause awful. I went in expecting better than when I went in. She was easy to explain to what I wanted. But even better, she explain a few options on the grow out cut that made it look deliberate and unique. Without being the least bit hard to copy.     I love Lisa. She gives me a pretty hairdo. Everyone loves it. and Paulina washes my hair. She gives a relaxing wash. I wish I had her at home to wash my hair. So I can go to sleep for a few minutes.

    I came on Dec 17th to get a cut and color my hair back to a deep red from a vivid purple. Nicole was very upfront with me about what would need to be done, and possible cost, which I really appreciate. My hair had some issues holding the color due to previous bleaching despite my stylist doing a very thorough job (not in any way her fault!). Everyone at the salon that I encountered was very professional and kind and worked really hard with me to get to the color I wanted. The customer service I experienced was truly exceptional and whenever I return to Florida to visit I will definitely use this salon again.

    I love my new cut and color from Mindy! She asked me lots of questions and consulted one of the master stylists to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and would be happy. My hair looks fantastic! I have curly hair and most stylists blow dry it straight without even asking me. I prefer to wear it curly, and Mindy showed my curls some love! The prices were also very reasonable. I will definitely be going back.

    I’ve been going to this Salon for about 10 years, and I can only say great things about it. The staff is very nice, everyone extremely attentive and pleasant. My hair dresser has always been Horacio, and he is fantastic, the best of the best! I have used their spa and was also very pleased. I love the quality of care as well as the caring attention and very happy atmosphere . I definitely recommend Asonipse. Its a fantastic salon!

    I have been going to Asonipse for years and have never been disappointed with the services that I have received. I love the little extras such as the the scalp massage., the hand towel at the reception desk and the hand massage (which I am waiting for to come back due to covid). The services here may be a little more costly compared to other salons but you are betting an experience like none other!!

    My Master Stylist Lisa was simply wonderful and I have already booked my next appointment. But let me tell you what else I observed at this salon. Every single stylist and every single client looked polished and put together. That tells me that no matter which stylist you see you are going to be seen by a great stylist. I cant say that about a lot of salons. I was impressed.

    I had a hair emergency after a Tick Tok inspired fail- Brenda- the wonderful receptionist- got me in as a same day new client on a Monday -and Nicole saved most of my hair while giving practical recommendations. Their kindness and compassion are reasons alone for the glowing review, a great repair cut is just a bonus.

    I’ve been going to Asonipse since 2007 and have nothing but great things to say about this salon! I usually go every 6 weeks for hair color and cut. The minute you walk in someone greets you with a great smile and a warm towel for your hands. Horacio is my hair stylist, and not only he does an amazing work, he also has a very friendly personality that makes tbe experience enjoyable. I’ve used other stylists when he was unavailable, and had great service as well. I definitely recommend Asonipse, not only for hair care but for the spa services as well, which are absolutely out if this world! Great service in a perfect ambiance.

    Great customer service. They accommodated me and my mom on short notice into a busy Friday schedule. We loved our cuts. My mom was especially impressed, as her thick curly hair is a challenge for most hair stylists. She was happy with the cut and blow dry by Horacio the owner. We will be back.

    Seta did an amazing job! Her ability to create a perfect color for me is outstanding! Then she worked her magic with my hair style! I didnt know how i wanted my hair styled, i just knew the length I wanted. She created a perfect style that fit my thin hair. Also, I almost fell asleep from my scalp massage. I always have a great experience at Asonipse from the moment I walk through the door. They also do a great job with the little girl cuts. Thank you guys!

    This is my 3rd time coming to Asonipse, and its just perfect. I didnt write a review the first 2 times I came here because I was fairly certain that I just caught the employees on a particular good day. But the pattern continues. I called in, they were busy but took the time to get my name right and information. I set my appointment, hassle-free.As soon as I show up, Im greeted, offered free tea and steaming towel and a place to sit. I was seen right at my appointment time and warmly greeted.The stylist, Liz ( I didnt get her last name), was amazing. She listened to me and my concerns, heard what I was looking to do with it, and made some awesome suggestions that I would never have asked for, but they were spot on perfect.I live in Orlando, nearly an hour and 45 minutes away, and I will only ever go here based on these experiences.Highly recommend, seriously.

    I went for a massage yesterday and LET ME TELL YOU: one of the most incredible and relaxing massages I’ve ever had. Michelle was extremely professional and relaxing during the whole time.     I thoroughly enjoy my visit. I had a facial for the first time. The esthetician was professional. Along with the facial I received a foot bath, hand and foot massage. I wish I could keep my face wrapped so nothing including air would touch it. For anyone who never had a facial before and you are planning on having one, youre in for a real treat.The receptionist was very polite. She offered me flavored water or tea. She walked me to the spa section and also gave me a warm towel.I had a amazing experience at Asonipse😀

    Whats not to love? Free mimosa/tea/water upon check in, scalp massage with essential oil, and simply being treated like a VIP from start to finish. Ive seen 3 different stylists and they were all wonderful. Pricing cant be beat for the service you receive. I LOVE coming here. I wont ever switch to another salon.

    I went to Asonipse yesterday for an brow wax and I cant say enough how this was the BEST experience I have ever had for this service. Brianna was excellent. She took time to ask questions and see what I liked. The time spent getting my brows done was so relaxing. Asonipse is now the only place I will go for my brows and I intend to go back for facials!!     *The manager/owner reached out to me and let me know that I could call him and we could talk about my experience at any time. I was very impressed and really appreciated that they took their time to get in touch. Really great customer service, hope what I experienced was just a fluke.Im sure the service would be great but front desk is too busy to take and return calls in a timely manner so I cant give a first hand account. Called once a bit after they opened and got voicemail. Called again 20 minutes later and was put on hold for 5 minutes. That turned into them taking my information to call me back once she was done with her current customer. After more than an hour I call back and Im immediately being put on hold again. Being understandably frustrated by this happening again, I let the front desk person know that I have already been holding and thats why Im calling back. I was then of course put on hold. To give credit where its due she did call me back after almost 4 hours but by then I was very annoyed and had very happily already made my appointment elsewhere. Really disappointed by this show of great customer service I heard so much about.

    Moved here two weeks ago from Pensacola where I cried to leave my Aveda salon and stylist behind -- well today I am smiling again as Sarah and the Salon made me feel welcome in my new surrounding like only a good Aveda color, treatment, conditioner, cut, blow dry, flat iron and delightful company of the stylist can make one do. Im giving you guys 5 stars!!!!! See you every month from now on.

    I love getting my hair cut and styled with Jay she’s very talented and extremely nice! Aveda is very clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. I 100% recommend trying this salon out they are fairly priced and the services are amazing.

    Im a loyal Aveda Salon customer and as a military family, I always look for the Aveda salon in our current location. I found Asonipse and couldnt be happier! Debbie and Seta are my two faves but I think everyone there is great! I get colors and cuts and Im never disappointed. I recommend them! :)

    Asonipse invited me to participate in their reopening test run so they could ensure what they were doing to respond to COVID19, was as clean, efficient, and accommodating as possible. I can say they have done a great job preparing, tweaking, and listening to other customers input on what works. I also noted that on their Facebook pages they showed all of their staff being certified in additional safety methods from Aveda and they put it to great use. It was definitely an adjustment getting my hair cut while wearing a mask, but at the end, I felt it was a healthy, clean, and great experience.

    Okay, so far so good--Ive had two hair cuts, a deep conditioning treatment, a few facials and some waxing.Luda is AMAZING. Shes the go-to-pro for facials. A nice mix of massage and facial...like shoulders, arms, hands, feet, legs and places in my face I didnt even realize were places I could carry stress!Ive never had a want a check experience like one of the other reviews stated, and Ive also not had products pushed on me. Normally they write it down and show me where it is if I ask/act interested, but they dont chase me down with it.Biggest complaint? Lack of a real website. Cmon, people! :)
