Ara is amazing! She was so friendly and she listened to what I asked for (most nail shops dont). Normally, I come in with a picture of a design already in hand but for some reason my phone was acting wonky. I showed her pics that I previously liked and told her to just freestyle it and that she did! She killed it! This was so much more than I expected. To have a nail tech who is able to take a quick glance and figure out what youd like is a true talent! Ill definitely be coming back as a regular!

A great experience every time. I never leave reviews, but I always look at them especially when looking for service industry establishments.Ive been to this nail salon for my first ever pedicure a month or so ago which was fabulous. Being pregnant and a waitress means my feet definitely needed some extra care and they took great care of me.I came this time for nails for new years and showed them the picture for inspiration. The nail tech did a fantastic job and I am thrilled with how good they turned out! I have already gotten so many compliments and I cant stop looking at them myself.Great place and I will continue going back.

Tianna was so sweet I would highly recommend her!! This was my first time here and i had such a great experience. Everybody was very nice and welcoming. Most importantly I did not feel rushed. Also I love that they give loyalty rewards punch cards so after 9 visits you get $10 off your 10th visit. I haven’t seen any of nail salon in the area do that.

Coming from Wesley Chapel to Riverview I was hesitant to just walk into a salon so I need some research on Goggle and decided to select Encore.From the gentleman at the front desk, who remembered me inquiring about WiFi when I called and had the password ready for me, to the nail techs we were happy with our experience at the salon and outcome of our mani/pedi. My nail tech, Jessi, was amazing and will be my go to when I return.

Sunny was great, my nails have yet to look this good since before I moved here. Ive tried just about every nail place on 301. He was patient and my nails look great. I was a bit struck back at how much it cost but at this point if they last more than a week Id be beyond happy. My nails normally last 2 2 1/2 weeks but just the fact that they actually look ahhhhmazing compared to all the other ones Ive had in the area I was already happy. So hopefully I can be back in 2 weeks and not 1. :) thanks sunny!

I’ve been a Customer since Encore first opened. They have great service overall and do an amazing job on nails. However there’s only one catch, you have to schedule an appointment for each visit now b/c you most likely will wait 30mins. or longer to get serviced as a walk-in. In my experience my last 2 visits people can walk in more than 15 (+) mins. late for their appointment, and you still have to wait even if you’ve already picked out your colors and have been seated in a station.

Tyson and Emily are excellent nail techs! Tyson took his time and let me enjoy my full pedicare; he kept the water warm, did an extensive massage, and I felt pampered! He also did a beautiful ombre dip powder manicure and I am so satisfied with his service! Emily does wonderful designs for my daughter and they are both super professional and friendly, and customer service-driven. I would definitely recommend this place as it is also clean, and has a calm atmosphere where you don’t feel rushed!

Update: I called the owner and he was willing to correct my full dip. He worked with me and my work schedule and took me in first thing on Saturday morning. My nails look 100% better and feel strong. Thank you for the wonderful service this morning and working with me to correct the situation. 😊I am a bit disappointed with the results. I was in on Saturday, 5/8 for a dip and I noticed the nail tech did not use the base coat or the top coat powder while doing my dip, I honestly assumed that maybe you don’t need it and it would turn out just the same. I’ve been doing dip on my nails for quite some time now but at a different nail salon and know the process. Sunday morning my dip polish chipped off and I called the salon and the owner was very friendly and offered to fix my nail right away.When I was in there on Sunday, I realized the owner DID use the base and top powder while correcting my nail and I had asked him if they are suppose to use that while doing dip and he said “it depends on the person.” Truthfully I think it needs to be done every time. My nails are 4 days old and already have cracks in 5 of my nails. My dip usually lasts me 3 weeks and I am more than likely going to have to have them redone this weekend elsewhere.Overall, the spa is beautiful and clean. The nail techs are very kind but I don’t think I would come back just to have my nails chip after 4 days... 🙁

Beautiful and clean nail bar with friendly staff. Lynn was great and paid good attention to detail when giving me an acrylic full set. The pedicure was great and not rushed. Took time to trim, massage, and paint. They also offered a variety of drinks and cocktails. Great hospitality. Will be coming back. Finally found a nail bar I want to come back to in Apollo beach area.

I came to this salon about a year ago and left a 1 star review because I was upset they didnt take American Express and they didnt informe Me when I asked. Ive been to at least 5 other salons in riverview and none of them hold a candle to them. Ive been to other salon that cost way more and the quality of my nails are terrible. I waited till the 3rd time going to write this review. The 1st time I went I went and I got dip and I went and saw Jessie and I showed her a picture of my nails and she duplicated it perfectly it. Then the 2nd time I went I was going to an EDC concert and I again showed her another picture and she replicated it perfectly then the 3rd time I wanted Christmas nails and I showed her another picture but this time she did better than the picture. She a quiet but shes the best. The atmosphere is amazing. The only thing I wish they would do differently is I wish they would offer wine. Jessie is amazing and thats an understatement.

My all time favorite nail place. Its so pretty, new, clean and they have the best service. Frozen drinks (non alcoholic), coffee, soda, wine, anything you can think of to sip on while you get your nails or toes done.

I have been here 3 times already with the wonderful Lynn, I’ve been searching up and down big bend for a good nail Tech, for the past 2 years I’ve just been settling for what’s available, but one day I was curious to see what would come of this place and I am soooo happy I came in, Lynn is one of the only nail techs that does designs in this area, trust me I’ve tried looking and they are just not that good, But Lynn showed off her skills immediately by having her own nail designs on her own nails and I will never look to anyone else again, not only is she great at designs but man does she do a mean pedicure, I’ve always struggled with in-grown nails and it was always painful getting them removed but I felt nothing when Lynn did it, she says her secret is to know what angle to cut to avoid blood and it’s been magic, if I could give this place more stars I would, 100% recommend
