Ben the manager is one of the kindest people I’ve ever encountered. I came in the other day and was extremely upset with my services. I left a review, hoping that somebody cared enough to reach out to me, And Ben did just that. Not only did he go above and beyond with trying to contact me, but also fit me back in to come in and have my nails completely redone. He worked around my schedule and stayed much later than closing hours to finish. Not only did him and his wife apologize over and over again, but he also gave me a completely fresh set Free of charge to make things right. This right here is what customer service is all about. And because of him and his kindness, I will continue coming back here when I visit my mom in Naples. Thank you, Ben for being so kind to me yesterday and fixing my nails!

Nails were done quickly, no wait on a Monday. They look beautiful. No problem communicating what I wanted. Price was decent. I hated that I had to watch Trump on their TV but oh well.

Amy did my nails and was so lovely and the service was amazing she did exactly what I wanted so fast and Darinana did my toes and took out my ingrown toenails unlike most salons which I personally loved will be coming back they are very kind

Kuddos to the lady at the front, I went today 7/21 as a walking in , got a mani and pedi gel, it was my first time there and I wasn’t too happy with the results, the guy was super nice but he wasn’t too detail, she was ringing me up and she took a look at my hands and sat me down and went into fixing my nails, not sure if she’s the owner or just a regular employee, but thank u for your kind gesture.

We are from Louisville and we are on vacation. Today is 4th of July but we really wanted to get manis and pedis. I tried about 10 salons that were closed and then we found this amazing gem!!! They were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Amy was my personal favorite, but everyone we interacted with was awesome. Prices are reasonable. The location is immaculately clean. We could not have had a better girls day on vacation. I got a dip set and a deluxe Pedi. My daughter got gel nail polish with designs and my friend got a dip set. It was $180 for all of those services (plus tip OF COURSE). We will 💯 be back here on our next visit to the area.

I’m a Jersey girl who takes pride in her nails. It took me 2 years to find a nail tech. Everyone here is very nice but Carlie is the only one I will let touch my nails. She does everything I ask her to do. Her work is on point. I went 9 weeks without even 1 broken nail.

I have been going here for a year now. They have over 100 different colors. If you show them a picture they do really good art work. Andy is who I go to, and he has never let me done. Sometimes Im basic and want something natural and sometimes I test his creativity. Overall the staff is amazing and the facility is always clean. Lastly when you go be sure to ask for a glass of wine and relax and let them take care of you. Be sure to tell them Shadae sent you 🥰

Johnny is the best, I asked for clear acrylic nails with flowers and leafs inlaid into the acrylic and he spent his time helping me pick out everything so the details would be perfect. I’m really picky about the thickness, shape and length of my nails and he did the best job without me even having to ask. So I seen the Grand Opening to this Nail salon and was super hesitant about switching from my regular place that I was going to , but I said let me give it a try. I made an appointment w/Johnny and After that I decided to make Noire my new nail home! #1 I have long nails and not every Tech can do long nails and make them the way I wear mine. Johnny was ON POINT with my nails. #2 The place is really clean and well maintained which I Love!!! #3 The prices are a bit on the high side when it’s all said & done , but I’ve learned the hard way that you pay for what you get is really true, so I’d rather pay a bit more for a nice end result & that’s what you can expect when you go there. I’d never get my nails done by anyone or anywhere else unless it’s Johnny doing them! When you want a seasoned nail tech who’s work speaks for itself get your next appointment with him. Oh and is always time spent w/great conversation!!! Never a dull moment!!! JOHNNY IS THE MAN!!!! ☺️🙌🏽

The price is good for the service that you get! The people are super friendly and understanding. It’s been a few years and I always come back here. Johnny and his wife were on point! I expressed to them that I worked at a certain time and they did my nails beautifully and in a timely manner. I couldn’t make an appointment early morning because he was booked but he called when an appointment canceled and got me in which was awesome. My last place messed up my nail bed a bit but he filed them down, cleaned them up, and made them look healthy. Honestly probably the happiest I’ve ever been with my nails. Him and his wife worked together to make sure my nails and toes matched and, was able to fit my fiancé in for a pedicure at the same time as me. First time going here and most definitely will be going back.

My 1st visit I thought the place looks nice but owner lady was a bit rough and unfriendly. However I went back because nails came out nice. Make sure your getting the color you. House some seem to be mixed up. I recently went back and a new girl Lin did a great job Lso and has a professional and pleasant personality. Getting your nails done should be relaxing as pleasant thats one of the reasons why some of us go. I will continue to go to this place. They should have a reward system for popular customers to earn points for. X amount of visits.

I had a great experience at Noire! This location is convenient and inside is clean and beautiful! Everyone is extremely kind and helpful. I appreciate the conversation I had with my nail tech today. I also appreciate all the effort that was put in shaping and creating my nails! My pedi was quick, easy and, comfortable! No one rushed me whatsoever. Thank you everyone for all your hard work! Have been going here for a few months now and I am never disappointed. Everyone is always so polite, amazing customer service, and one of the cleanest salons Ive ever been to. Johnny has done my nails a few times and always does an amazing job. Give him the direction you want to go in with your nails and he kills it every time. I will also say that coming from someone that has issues with sweaty palm, going to the salon is a chore for me. Any other salon has always made me feel embarrassed about it as if Im bothering them. Johnny was the first person to make me feel comfortable about it. Highly recommend!

I just went to Niore in Riverview for the first time, and I couldnt be any more impressed. I asked for Christmas themed nails and Johnny did an amazing job! The salon was spotless, and the employees were super friendly. My nails were shaped perfectly and I love how festive and fun they look. I have been struggling to find a salon in this area that I actually love, but after today I think Ive finally found the one! This is the first time Ive walked out of a nail salon 100% satisfied with my service all around. Also, no knicks or bleeding cuticles! I definitely recommend checking them out!

Like many others I ended up trying Noire after seeing the Grand Opening sign. I’m so glad I stopped. I was unhappy with my former salon and wanted something closer to home. I have had great experiences since my first visit. I now get my nails done by Johnny and lashes by Hannah. Both are great to work with. Everyone is friendly and professional. There’s a great range of pedicure options. I love it. Weekends are insanely busy and it’s best to make an appointment in advance.

My mom first found Vi and Johnny first before I was even born. We follow them everywhere because they are just that good! They are always on time and fast. They are the best at their job! Never have I been disappointed with their work! My mom loves them and so do I. They are hilarious and make getting your nails or toes done fun AND relaxing! My first visit to Noire this morning. Made an appointment for 9 a.m. when they opened. Was taken back soon after entering. Appreciate that masks were worn by the staff, and that you are asked to wash your hands on entry. Very nice establishment. Friendly. Emily did a wonderful job. I had the Hibiscus pedi. The tubs are lined with disposal liners. I did observe that one of the techs, male, did not change the liner between his next customer. I did mention what I observed. Emily did change the liner once done with me. I would go back again.

Tyson was the guy I used. Omg, he is amazing. He is very detailed attentive, and very good at what he does. I have has nail techs before that did a mediocre job. I will be coming back from now on. I am very particular about my hands and feet he exceeded my expectations. This nail bar is very relaxing and clean. Tyson! I have been seeing him for months and couldn’t be happier! He is always saving me and my nails. He is very friendly and attentive to details. He is also honest!! He will tell you what’s possible and the pricing before anything is done. We all have different nails and skin, some thin nails some thick, and that’s super important to know and appreciate Tyson being ableto notice and give me advice on such a matter! Nothing is done without my approval, and yes, he checks to make sure I am happy with every step of the process (though he’s so good he doesn’t need to)! So lucky to have stumbled upon this place right as they had their grand opening in 2020!
