    Joanne is incredibly talented and skilled in her craft. I’ve been going to her for about 3 years now, and she never disappoints. She’s always prompt with her appointments and truly caters to her clients’ needs. You can tell she loves what she does, and that passion shows in her work. I’ve been to at least 5 or 6 estheticians across different states before finding her, and no one else compares. Her room is always spotless, and she creates a warm, comfortable atmosphere from start to finish. If you’re looking for someone dedicated and highly professional, Joanne is the best choice!

    I have been going to Joanne for a few months now. The whole experience is great. I am terrible at booking ahead of time because I never know when I’m in town. So I am typically able to log on and get a same day appointment just about every time. The last time I left town and she had no appointments, I sent a text and she was able to stay late to get me in.She takes her time, does a great job at brows and makes you feel very welcomed and comfortable.

    I’ve been with Joanne for more than 3 years and will likely never change. It’s important to know that I started going to Joanne on my lunch break as my office was 10 min from her studio.     Joanne Reed is a true professional. She clearly has been doing these kinds of treatments for many years. She does her own scheduling, in her own shop, so she is always on time. Her treatment rooms are clean and comfortable. She has many different waxes hot and ready to go, using the perfect wax for your hair. The result is a rapid, comfortable, procedure. She has been treating me monthly for over 5 years. Occasionally I have to be out of town or Joanne is on vacation, so I end up with a different technician. Every time that only emphasizes why I stay with Joanne. She is simply the best. She is always courteous and professional in all respects. Little additional background - when i found Joanne she was working elsewhere and i was only with her for a couple of months when BAM she was leaving! little did i know that she left and began to groom (pun intended) her passion into her own successful business which i hadnt known about. I appreciated her professionalism and her quiet and calm vibe so much that i took searching the internet to see if any local moms knew where shed gone lol and just happened to stumble upon her existence elsewhere and luckily for me we reconnected (professionally lol). Another thing im compelled to share is extremely important when referencing Joanne, she is honest and accommodating in every sense of the word(s). After my first wax she texted me to see if I was feeling any soreness or anything and that really made me want to come back to her even MORE.
