All I can say is WOW! I had extensions put in last year at another shop and knew that they required maintenance . Well after them sliding down every 3 weeks and my hair being damaged by poor technique, I took them out. I was apprehensive but called San Marco Hair Company, spoke with Laura Lee, the owner at length and went in today. She used beads and sewed in my extensions with a technique I have never seen. They are in there until they grow out or I have her remove them. This is by far the best quality for sew in extensions I have ever experienced. Not only did she do an amazing job, but her prices are extremely reasonable! Call around- I guarantee it. Now, if you don’t have extensions to take in with you, don’t worry because she carries THE BEST lines of wefts that are in production. I will be a lifetime customer. Laura Lee- you are by far the best hair stylist I have ever seen work. So glad I came to you!!!!

Amazing!!! Laura is THE BEST AT EXTENSIONS in this world, and especially in this town. Hair stays months longer than having others apply extensions. The beauty shop is adorable, and she has generous snacks and drinks. Of course she has great cuts and colors, too. She has many other services like lashes that I am excited to try.

I got lash extensions for the first time here and they did an amazing job!! I came in with some pictures to show what I wanted- essentially something wispy and semi natural looking while adding some length and volume. Our consult was brief but I trusted that they understood what I wanted. I was so worried they would overwhelm my face and be too bold but they were just right. I will definitely be returning for my next fill, the staff were very nice and professional and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Today I had a hair consultation for hair extensions. As soon as walked in I received a very warm welcome from Lauralee. It is a very cozy hair salon with soothing music in the background. She even has a Kuerig coffee machine with many options of coffee and tea with honey. She offered me snacks too, which was lovely. Never had a hair stylist offer me snacks. Lauralee had many options for extensions and she offers many other services as well. She matched my hair exactly even the texture. I’m so stoked to have them installed and look so sexy for my wedding day. I highly recommend going to her salon. She is a private hair stylist meaning a she does all of the work herself which is incredible. She is also very sweet and outgoing so when you visit her you don’t feel like your going to just knock out a hair cut but instead you feel like your going to visit a friend who is going to make you look amazing and have a good chat too.

I moved to St. Augustine with my family almost 2 years ago and have been in search for our new local hairstylist. We came across Lauralee in November of 2022. She highlighted my hair for the first time yesterday! I have to say it was the best highlight I have had done since I was 12 years old. The blend is so smooth and the color is beautiful! I didn’t get my hair cut this time but she cut my hair about a month ago and she did so good that I didn’t need it cut yesterday. The atmosphere of the salon is like walking into her home. Her and her entire staff treats you like family! The price is super reasonable especially for the location of the salon which is in the heart of Old Town St. Augustine. Lauralee is so incredible! She is an artist and when she looks at you she almost spontaneously knows what to do. I’m older and I’ve always been conscientious about my hair. When it began to get thinner I knew I needed “something” to help my situation. Made a consultation appointment with Lauralee and ended up ordering a topper. When it came in I never dreamed how gorgeous it would be and the colors she had created to make me so fashionable. Coincidentally she had remembered that I wanted my hair to grow out from blonde to gray, but it didn’t. So she colored it gray with roots and streaks that matched my natural color. I had the best experience, Larualee and new associate, (cant remember her name) was so welcoming to me.U can tell the salon felt like a home, and she loves what she does. I had a Keratin treatment done, and I was kinda nervous, she explained everything in detail to me. While she was taking good care of my hair, we started talking about how I can get it to look fuller. She suggested extensions to me. So we discussed the process and how much of the hair I would need. So I took a chance, I am so happy I did. The Keratin treatment made my hair so soft, silky and shinny and the extensions made it look a lot fuller, just like she said, i love, love my hair. I will for now on make this my home. We had our hair & make-up done in our hotel room by this fantastic team. Lauralee and Shelli were so incredibly kind, considerate of what we wanted, and patient with us. The hairstyle I thought I had wanted for my wedding ended up not looking as flattering as Id hoped (not because Lauralee did a bad job, just because it wasnt a great hairstyle for me), and Lauralee was kind enough to take it down and help me come up with something better on the fly without making me feel bad for the last-minute re-do. And Shelli, who did our makeup, was also so great about making sure we felt good and comfortable with how we looked. My wife and I both struggle with our self-esteem, so it was comforting to have such sweet people doing our hair & makeup! We were so happy with how this team made us look on our wedding day, and Lauralee and Shelli really helped make the getting-ready process so nice, calm, and pleasant.

Laid back atmosphere, clean and comfortable salon right In the heart of downtown St. Augustine.Myself and mother have Ms. Lauralee for our hair extensions(which are life changing) her service and detail are not like those of other salons locally. My daughter has long beautiful very curly hair. I wont let her use hot iron products to straighten. As soon as I stepped foot into this charming salon I was sure I had made a good decision. My appointment was with Judy for a full set of lashes she did a great job and was very professional and accommodating. They gave me some ideas of what can be done and took my long hair and made it look beautiful. My make up was air brushed on by their professional make up artist. And of course it looked phenomenal! It was all out and I felt so beautiful. I will definitely be back!!
