    We made an appointment for the 3 of us for full set & pedicures. They were all ready for us when we arrived! Very clean and organized, friendly staff. Reasonably priced and did a great job matching our nails to the pictures we brought in. Definitely will go back when in the area

    This place is amazing. Had my first Mani Pedi there and it was wonderful!! All the employees are kind and welcoming. One of my toes got messed up, and they refused to let me leave until it was perfect. Cannot recommend them enough!!

    Ive tried a lot of placs in the area and I love going here. They do a great job and dont charge an insane amount of money. I will not go anywhere else for my manicures

    I’ve been coming to this spa for almost year and they’re by far the cleanest, friendliest, and most professional nail salon I’ve ever been too. I usually go to Steven and he’s AMAZING! Very gentle and always does exactly what I want if not better. I’ve also gotten my toes, lashes, and brows done here and I’m never disappointed, always happy.

    This is honestly the best nail place ever, they are so kind and welcoming.I showed a photo of ombré nails and Annie did a better job than the photos I showed! She’s literally the sweetest girl ever, so gentle and amazing attention to detail.100% would recommend only this shop! ❤️

    Steven, Tina and Annie are all so kind, friendly and excellent manicurists. My nails feel and look amazing, the salon is beautifully decorated for Christmas and very clean. Thank you for a wonderful first experience 💜

    Last month I went to Zen nails to have a full set put on and a pedicure. Stephen did my full set. (Not sure of the name of the lady that did my pedicure but she was amazing) I showed him some pictures of what I was looking for and he delivered as usual! I have been to various nail salons around Saint Augustine and Jacksonville, and no one has shown the professionalism and skill that Stephen has. He takes his time and never rushes you out of that chair. I have been getting my nails done since I was a teenager, and the same lady had been doing my nails for 24 years before I moved to Florida last year. I am so glad that I have found Stephen and everyone should stop Zen nails and ask for Stephen!I would like to add that the entire staff at Zen is extremely wonderful!

    I really like this place. They are quick to respond, do an amazing joke and makes jokes with me for a very relaxing, getaway from the grind vibe.

    They were so nice and made sure we got exactly what we wanted! They do SNS & Ombre with different colors too! Honestly was a great experience, the pedicure was really relaxing. Will be back for lashes as well next time!

    I personally had a ton of trouble getting a walk in appointment. Scheduling an appointment with the certain nail tech you want may be the way to go here. Over all I am happy with the manicure and pedicure I received.

    This is a very friendly salon. The pedicure I received was one of the best Ive had. My technician didnt speak English but still made me feel comfortable. I had the basic pedicure & am planning to return again.

    My daughter and I went to get our nails done as a spur of the moment decision while out running errands. Zen Nails & Spa got us right in, were very gentle and gave us super pretty nails. The establishment was clean and comfortable. Well definitely be back.

    I had an appointment at another nail salon at noon on a Sunday but they had made me wait forever so I left and called Zen Salon from my car. They said they could give me an appointment for 20 minutes later. Even though they were busy, they took me right away! The salon was clean, serene (with spa music playing) and my manicurist Pitbull was amazing. He is kind, funny, helpful, and does a fabulous job! A great experience!

    I love Zen Nails. This is the only place in St. Augustine that I trust with my nails and toes. My daughter also comes to get her lash extensions and Annie is Amazing. Lucie does the best pedicures and this is a loving family environment. They keep to appointments and are all about their customers!

    Gel nails last at least three weeks, especially happy with the reasonably priced lash lift and eyebrow tint done three weeks ago which still looks new.

    I love this place, the owner was especially professional. The place was very nice looking and all the other customers seemed happy everyone was talking and laughing and it was a lively place. I was getting nails done for my semi formal and they turned out fabulous. I will recommend to all my friends and family. :)

    Highly recommended. They fit you in... They are fast... They are friendly and they do quality work. I asked the owner how he was managing and he welcomed no more or less business... He said he was just happy doing the business he had... He could easily push out the competition from my and my wifes view.

    This place is my go-to shop for all my aesthetic needs. For the life of me I cant stay awake while getting a pedicure because Pittbull does such an AMAZING job! K takes care off all my girlie stuff, like eyelashes, micro blading, etc. And she knows her stuff and is very clean. This is my favorite nail shop in town for sure.

    I’ve been coming here the last few months for SNS manicures and am always impressed! A friend recommended I come see randy the owner but everyone is so sweet and will give you exactly what you want. Sometimes the wait is long (I’d recommend calling for an appointment though) but it’s worth it. They never rush which always drives me nuts at other salons. Give them a try if you’re in the area

    This place was the closest to the hotel and I’m so glad! I called to check availability and was very lucky to get in day of, a couple hours before close.I wish I’d caught her name, but she was so kind and included all the details to make this a great experience. I was so sore, so the massage was a godsend, it’s worth it to pay a little more for the lotions/scrubs.I’d had traumatizing pedis in the past and she was so gentle!! First truly relaxing and pleasant mani/pedi I’ve had in years. Plus, the massage chairs are bomb! ❤️‍🔥

    After leaving my nail shop of 15 + years of issues of constant breaking , I made an appointment at Zen Nails for a take off and new set . When I got there they got me in right away . A very nice girl named Kathy took off my current set of acrilic nails with gel over top and put on a new set of acrilic nails with gel polish for me . Kathy did a nice coffin square shape to my nails and did it just like the picture withi showed her with a chrome touch . She took her time , it was a nice slow Thursday morning. Im extremely happy with this salon . Very friendly staff and very clean. I think this will be my new go to salon. :)

    Came from Missouri on vacation and needed to get a pedicure and manicure. So glad I found Zen Nails and Spa!!! Extremely pleased with their service and prices. My feet and calves felt so much better after the massage and hot stone treatment. Great way to start my vacation!!!

    Love this place- Ive been here twice while visiting family in the area, and am sure to come back. Staff does a very careful job and the pedicures are sure to be the best youve had in ages. Highly recommend!

    Nice and relaxing environment. Awesome pedicure massage chair. However, now that Ive left and my toes have dried, I see that she did not get the dried skin removed from the tops of my toes.

    Ive tried ALL the nail salons around the World Golf Village area and this is the best one even though I wouldnt even consider it part of WGV. Its close enough :). Save yourself some time and just go here. I always get the spa pedicures. They are the same price as all the other local nail salons, but what sets them apart is their skills and the cleanliness of the place. This place is a real treat!
