    My girls and I got our nails done while on vacation and couldn’t have been taken better care of. We were walk ins for a fill for me and first set of dip with tips for my little ones. The staff was amazing and did the designs they wanted to perfection!!

    This place is consistently amazing, clean and friendly. I have been in many nail places around St Augustine & Jacksonville looking for someone who has it all: good service, attention to detail and good prices. This is definitely my new nail home, I already brought my sister and mom and they loved it.

    Ive been going to Best Nails for a year now. I always love the way my nails look when I leave. My manicures and pedicures always last at least 3 weeks! The staff is fun, yet peaceful. I know I am going to have the best massage on my legs and I always find it so peaceful. The price is great compared to all the other shops Ive been to. I appreciate Anthony, Kelly and Sophie very much for their services.

    Always do an amazing job. My gel manicure lasts and lasts! Christian owners. It’s busy so I often have to call ahead but it’s worth it!

    I used to go to Trendy frequently and loved Rose. But when they changed owners & staff I was nervous about having a new person. Lee (in pic) is wonderful. Shes thorough, a good communicater, and very nice. She is mature and lovely lady. Ill keep requesting her!!

    New to this area and visited Best Nails for a Pedi & fullest with Gel Polish. This place is soooo relaxing! From the relaxing music (instrumental only), massage chairs during my pedicure, to the excellent staff this IS the best Nail Salon I’ve ever visited. I highly recommend them!

    This was my first time to this nail salon. I called and they were able to fit me in for a walk-in appointment for a much-needed pedicure, the same day just moments after my call.I arrived and the salon was clean, well-maintained, and promptly attended. The owner greeted me upon my arrival and got me set up with my pedicurist.The atmosphere was welcoming, massage chair felt wonderful, and pedicure was done with the utmost expertise and gentle hand.A week later and my nails look just as good as that first day. I was impressed and am planning to visit again.Thanks Best Nails! Great experience and highly recommended 👍🏻.

    Anthony is amazing, I went to get my nails done for a wedding and was so impressed I am now a loyal customer and there at least every 2 weeks, for nails and pedicure. I get at least 5 compliments a day on my nails, I say go to Best Nails, theyre the best! By the way, they have some amazingly luxe pedicure packages. Best Nails is new and very, very clean. I feel confident that the crew of Best Nails has my health and satisfaction in mind at all times. Everyone is so kind and pleasant. Im so happy I wondered in and found this gem! 💎 You will be too!     After a 35 minute wait for an appointment I was pleasantly surprised. My pedicure, which I care about the most was awesome. She took her time, and I enjoyed it! I got the SNS manicure, and I’m very pleased. After visiting many other salons, I will be back!

    I said Id never get a pedicure in my life. Well I gave it a go a few months ago and it was wonderful. I went back yesterday for my second one, again with Tracy, (shes wonderful) and felt like I was walking out on air. No more aches and pains in trying to keep my feet looking good. Dare you to try it! Certainly worth the $25 charge and a gratuity.

    Great pedicure and/or manicure. Staff are always super friendly. I usually go every four weeks. This pedicure was done five weeks ago. I havent been able to go since they temporarily closed due to COVID-19. I wear tennis shoes and socks four or five days a week and still no chipped paint!

    Best Nails is the truly the best nail salon in St. Augustine! The employees are very friendly and my nails always look perfect when I get them done here! The prices are great for the quality service that you receive. Im constantly getting compliments and referring people here.

    I come here all the time, the people are really nice and it’s such a clean environment compared to other nail salons I’ve been to. I always get the sns nails and they last for up to 3 weeks so you definitely get your moneys worth :)

    Literally the best nail place in Saint Augustine. Ive been to royal nails, nail time, all of the popular ones and they DO NOT COMPARE. between my mom and I, weve gotten acrylic, gel, SNS and pedicures, and they DO such an amazing job. they actually care, not just trying to rush through to get to next customer. Highly recommend. They do get Super busy on Sundays, but if youre able to make an appointment any other day you wont be waiting longer than 5 min. you will not be disappointed! Kelly, Anthony, everyone there is great!

    Staff are very friendly. The salon is very clean! Being in the health and beauty industry I appreciate that Best Nails have excellent sanitation practices! I called for an appointment and they were able to take me in 10 minutes :)

    I got an amazing deluxe pedicure this morning from Gi (I think that is what the cashier said her name was😉.) She paid a lot of attention and gave me lots of her time. It was very relaxing and she did a fantastic job. This was the first time I tried the paraffin wax. Its very interesting to watch, but I thought my feet might melt off when I first submerged them into the hot wax. The burn passes quickly, but its still something you gotta try at least once! Anyhow, I will be back and hopefully Gi will be there again!

    About a year or so ago I came here and they did an amazing job. When I came back this year not only did they do a even better job, they remembered my and my family and what my step dad had gotten done. Amazing customer service and amazing nail techs. The atmosphere is great.

    Very fast, friendly service. Great equipment from the massage chairs with seat feature and the hidden up lamps in the nail tables. Everything is very clean, and it smells amazing. Wide selection of colors and options. Prices are competitive. I will definitely be back.

    I never let any other shop touch my nails! Anthony and Kelly do a wonderful job every time on my SNS manicures. The finish is beautifully shaped, with no ridges or thick edges like I had received from my previous technician. They are also very careful with your natural nails, so my nails are always healthy under the SNS or gel manis I get. Love them!

    Ive recently moved to St. Augustine and have been to SEVERAL other nail salons over the past 6 months from the island to world golf and couldnt find one with durability. Best Nails was the first place to put 3 coats of SNS and also the ONLY salon that used the SNS top coat instead of gel top coat. It has been 2 weeks and I have not had a single nail break or chip. They picked the color perfectly as I asked, didnt try to convince me to keep them long when requested short, and they are not thick or mishaped. I will be a regular here!

    They were very nice even though I got there at about 30 minutes before they closed and did mani acrylic and a pedicure and did not rush it either going back tomorrow to get nails filled in and get pedicure again.
