    I got a manicure and pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. Natalie did a great job with my manicure and pedicure. The design is awesome and the pedicure with hot stones was great. I will definitely go back to her. Unfortunately I didnt like how my eyebrows were waxed a lot of little hairs were left.

    In town for vacation and needed a mani-pedi before heading on a cruise. Called at 11 am, and Lisa was able to fit us in at 1 pm. The massage chairs were awesome. Pedis and manis were on point. Very gentle and good attention to detail. 10/10 would recommend!!

    During my temporary stay near downtown St. Augustine, I called 2 minutes shy of closing time on Friday in the hopes to get an appointment Saturday. I was pleased the phone was answered and I got an appointment for a pedicure the next afternoon. Natalie was my nail tech and she was super kind and very friendly. In fact, she was so friendly, I felt bad because I was almost done with a good book and didnt want to talk. Ha ha. Natalie did good work on my ugly heels and gave me a nice pedicure.I have a feeling I would have had a wonderful conversation with Natalie. She genuinely was friendly. So if you want a good pedicure and a good conversation with a new friend, ask for Natalie. I think you wont be disappointed by coming to this location!P.s. Apparently some regulars came in for their pedicures and I almost felt like I was in the middle of a friendly reunion.

    The lady who did my nails was the sweetest woman and she did such an amazing job! This place is very clean and relaxing as well as welcoming. This has been a wonderful experience and Im sure to return. If youre looking for an extraordinary quality nail salon with a nice atmosphere, did I so the place to go.

    After being rejected by other salons due to the size of my wedding party, I called ahead to make sure they were able to accommodate. I was told to come right in, despite the late hour.Seeing my frazzled nerves the night before my big day, Jenny made my evening relaxing, fun and stress free. When I became overwhelmed by choosing a nail color, Jenny gave me a wink and told me, “I got this,” and picked the perfect color for my gel manicure.I’ll be coming back!

    I moved to St. Augustine a year ago. I went to LA Nails & Natalie based on reviews. When I move, it usually takes me two or three times to find a good nail place. Not this time. All the reviews are correct. Natalie is awesome! Have her help you pick color. I always get compliments on my nails when she picks the color.

    I have to say Im a first timer here but it will be my forever nail salon !!!Called on a late Friday afternoon to see if they would get me in 1 week before Christmas and yes they did at a 6:00 appointment, WOW.!!!I wasnt happy with my last experience where I live so thankfully I got an appointment that night and I will tell you its a fantastic place to go....I am new to gel manis and pedis but what a learning experience for me, thank you Natalie you understood everything I told you about my worries about gel nails and what we could do about it, this was so well done and now I wont be worrying about the abuse my nails will take getting the gel off in the future.You took your time even though it was so late in the evening but made sure I got exactly what I wanted !!!Even the I think manager/owner was there and she explained a fungus to me Ive had for a very long time under my nail what was causing it and how to treat it, Ive been to Drs who never said anything about it.Was able to purchase the product right there also.So if youre looking for a fantastic salon please go to L.A.NAILS ON SR 16 you will not be sorry I promise you !!!

    I had the best experience at this place everyone was super friendly and I absolutely LOVE my fill in! I had nails lifted and falling off all over the place and Mandy was very understanding and did such an amazing job fixing them. They have so many cute designs to choose from as well I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and at such a great price I will definitely be going back soon!

    I refuse to go anywhere else than LA Nails for my mani & pedicures. Tina is THE BEST and the rest of the ladies are just as wonderful! You’ll find exemplary service & good prices at LA Nails.     Im from out of town. Two other shops didnt have time for me. LA Nails got me in with no problem. Mandy did my nails. She did a fabulous job. Highly recommend!     Ive been going to this salon since 2003 !If I could give them 6 stars I would give them 10! They have perfect first class sanitary massage chairs and are always State board ready.Better than any doctor, podiatrist, massage therapist Ive ever been to. I always leave with perfect nails feeling great and never have I had to go in for an emergency fix.Im a Hairstylist, my hands are always In water and work hard.L.A Nails is my #1 Recommendation for St.Augustine. Tina is the owner and is very talented, caring and sweet.

    Tina did my nails today. Although I had used this salon prior to the “pandemic”, the changes they made, made me feel safe and secure. Tina did a fabulous job on my nails and knew exactly, how to make me happy.     This is my second time visiting LA Nail and I really love the consistency. Natalie, Tina and Mangy are the best. The first time we visited, my family just love the service, great conversation and the detailed work these ladies showed us. We couldn’t wait to come back and come back we did with my mother (84) and Father (91). My father had his first pedicure today at LA Nails and he just loved the whole experience.     Ms. Tina has done a great job on my nails for severe years now. I like to get the gel & sometimes the gel powder to keep my frail nails strong. Tina & Mandy are always quick & efficient, always very friendly & welcoming. I have seen that her prices are better than anywhere in town. Make an appointment as her regulars are always in!

    I had a great experience despite the negative reviews I read. Updating so I was able to experience the new spa chairs that massage your whole body. One of the staff was out but only spent an hour or so there. But must advise one of the nail tech takes her time you might have to clear your day if you have her.

    @Val Carbajal - I was there when you arrived. What you didn’t know is before you came in they turned another person away because they had two appts waiting after me. You were extremely rude and arguing with the owner. It wasn’t their fault YOU ASSUMED they could take you and you let your ride leave before checking. You were a brat and then you leave a bad review because of your poor planning??? Uhhhh....okay. The staff is very friendly, they take their time with every customer and they do a great job!
