If I could give 10 stars I would. Lily is AMAZING. Not only did she fit me in as an emergency walk-in, she did a fantastic job on my wedding nails. She kept a close eye on the design and shape of the nails, so I got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend her.

I absolutely LOVE Vi!!! She always does exactly what I want and I never leave with anything other than beautiful acrylics. I also get nail designs done every time I go in. She has great prices and is so sweet to sit and chat with while getting your nails done. I’ve been in Saint Augustine for 2 years now and been to several places that just weren’t good enough for me to repeatedly spend money. Now I won’t go anywhere else for my nails!

Family owned business, very friendly, and great services. We were on vacation and needed 4 pedicures, 1 full set of dipped nails, and 2 acrylic fills. Lily and her family took care of us. Lily fixed my acrylic overlay that had lifted and didn’t try to overcharge us like some places. She was honest and kind. She took her time to make sure my nails were perfect. I definitely will be going back next time we are in the area.

I came here after a bad experience with the last place i went to (the nails completely popped off like glue on nails after less than 2 weeks) and I love my nails and will definitely be back. I like to get cute and simple designs and almond shaped acrylics. This is one of the only places I’ve been to that can properly do the nail shape. I have small nails for some reason but they worked perfectly with me. Please come here if you want acrylics and nail art done well.

Best place to get your nails done. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment. They are that good that their books are always filled, so walk ins can be hit or miss depending on the day and time. I drive 35 minutes to get here. It well worth the drive.

My husband and I have been going to Lily‘s nails for at least 18 years now while on the beach. We are snowbirds and we appreciate how friendly and professional we find the shop. OMG!! Best experience ever. I was visiting from out of town and was graciously worked into the schedule. Mrs. Lily is the absolute best. Her work is amazing. Visiting the area for my sons wedding ☺️ and they were able to get me in as a walk in. A quick French manicure for my own nails (no tips, and they were awesome at not taking off too much of my length). Very nice, gentle,great customer service and very clean. Ive been a Saint Augustine resident for a couple months now and have been struggling to find a reliable, clean, and friendly nail salon. I have gone to other places locally and never left satisfied. I decided to continue my search and look on google, and that was when I found Lilys Nails. I called and was told to come on in! I asked to get SNS dip with extensions. When I walked in Jackie greeted me with my name and was all ready to take care of me, she even helped me pick out a color. The whole time she was so very sociable and friendly, I felt as if I was talking to a friend. The salon itself was very family-friendly and a family environment. Everyone was so sweet and generous. I have never felt more comfortable while at a nail salon, ever. Everything I wanted, I got and perfect doesnt even describe how my nails turned out! Not to mention the hand scrub they used made my hands feel so soft! I definitely recommend going to Lilys Nails, no matter who you get they will make sure you leave feeling completely satisfied. Definitely found my new favorite nail salon!

I was visiting from out of town and desperately needed a pedicure. Lily’s Nails was close to my hotel, so I gave them a try. They were prompt and took me right at my appointment time. Salon was clean, friendly staff, and they did a great job! Highly recommend. Shout out to Joanna. I actually lost my wallet while in town. Joanna found it in the salon and was kind enough to send it back to me at no cost. Nice to know there are such kind people out there! Thanks Joanna and everyone at Lily’s!

Ive been living in St Augustine for months trying to find a place to get my nails done with no luck. Until I found Lilys Nails. They took me last minute on a weekend and were so very nice. I loved everyone there especially the mom. This is my go to nail place. My nails still look good for my trip in Vegas and its been almost 2 weeks. Love this place!

As mentioned in other reviews, the shop owner was often rude, but mostly uptight and controlling. Once she calms down, she seems like a decent person. The other staff are very nice and skilled as technicians. My husband and I had great experiences with our pedicures. I also got a good manicure. I noticed that they had a variety of nail products, like gels and other compounds. They are very reasonably priced. Overall a good experience.

I was looking to get my nails done on vacation and found Lily’s Nails on Google. Their reviews were great and they totally lived up to their reputation. Anthony did my toes and hands and was funny, easy to talk to, and informative. The next day I went back to have my eyebrows waxed and Lily was charming and did an excellent job! When I come back to St. Augustine next time, I will definitely go back to Lily’s Nails.

Had a good first time experience at Lillys Nails, a small family run shop. Tired of driving off the island to get nails done so shopped around for local spot. Saw Lillys and stopped in to check it out. Lilly was congenial discussing prices and appointments. I read reviews then made an appointment with Vi for acrylic fill w gel polish and with Anthony for toes polished. Both were friendly, skilled, attentive, and did a great job. Vi listened and made sure nail colors and designs were what I wanted as she worked on them. Totally satisfied and will definitely return.

The young man even double-checked that the color I picked out would be okay - because it shows up very light. And he demonstrated on his own nail. So I picked another color. Highly recommended! This is the best manicure I’ve had in St. Augustine so far in the last three years. I got gel French tips and even after a month, they look amazing with almost no chipping. I’m pretty tough on nails, I’m amazed that they’ve lasted this long.

Was in search of a nail salon midway through our weeks vacation on a Wednesday. Tried walking into several places but was a very long wait. Tried calling several including Lilys. I must have misunderstood the lady at Lilys when she said there was a wait. Then, they called me back and told us to come right over. Well, I got the BEST gel French manicure and a regular pedicure. Prices were great and the ladies were sooo friendly. A most enjoyable experience-- I highly recommend!!!!

We visit St. Augustine Beach often and decided on Lily’s based on the great reviews. As many reviews mentioned, it pays to make an appointment. We called the day before and easily got an appointment for the next day. Ask for Anthony! He is very professional and skilled. Lily is also very good. However, if you have thin skin, you might want to request someone else. Her communication can come across as harsh. She’s running a tight ship. We will definitely come back next time we’re in town.

I am currently suffering from Bells palsy; I was going to cancel my nail appointment because I am not driving yet, as I am a little frightened of life right now and my slow response time and scared of my weakened immune system but I had an appointment today prescheduled and texted last night and found myself telling the truth and the response was pure kindness. Anthony at Lily’s nails on A street just did me the biggest genuine act of kindness. My immune is weak and I can’t speak clearly. I explained to him, he came in before they opened to do my nails at 8 am, they open at 10! He wore a mask to keep me safe with such compassionate nature. I’m not obsessed with nails and was going to cancel. but it was gel which I could not remove myself. and due to lack of nutrition right now they were all breaking and hurting. He truly made my day❤️ He will forever be my nail guy.

PEOPLE THAT RATE THIS PLACE ONE STAR DO NOT KNOW QUALITY WORK OR VALUE OF TIME!!!I have been going here for over 7 years and they have always been professional, clean, and the service has been the best Ive seen (which is why I keep going!). I currently live in New Smyrna Beach and before that lived in Bunnell/Palm Coast area, and I STILL drive over an hour (one way) to see Joanna every 3-4 weeks like clock work. Ive paid for a variety of services done throughout the years and have NEVER had a problem with any staff member.I have however personally witnessed others, like today while I was at my appointment for instance, be in the wrong and then later try to ruin a businesses reputation by twisting a story into a one star review like the one that was written earlier. Its sad that people such as this one have to act petty and disrespectful but because the customer feels entitled, wants to come on here and write negatively about the company they initially called for services...not the other way around!Ive always experienced nothing but positivity while going here and I urge everyone to try this place out for themselves. You wont be disappointed once you do!

Came here while visiting family that are full time residents in the area based on their recommendation. Staff was great and laid back. I got a basic pedicure, didn’t see options for any special pedi service which was fine but likely would have upgraded and paid more if it was offered.I did make an appointment which seems reasonable considering covid. I’m from NY so I am used to very strict protocols, and to be fair proper policy was enforced given the territory of service. All staff were wearing masks, they had plexi-glass dividers for the mani stations only.I didn’t see prices for services listed although it just may have been due in part to where I was seated.I pay premium up north for a consistently sanitized salon that takes any and every safety procedure available AND requires the same of its customers... but I knew the standards would be generally different down here which again is fine. It wasn’t until I was ready to leave that three different customers came in all without masks that I didn’t appreciate it but that’s no fault of the staff and frankly, this is Florida after all. If you don’t feel comfortable with that, much like any place that serves customers, stay home.I paid $27 w/ tax and thought that was fair. My nails were cut with a cuticle trimmer which I found odd but at the end of the day my feet look just as fab as they would with clippers. I do wish they offered (at a cost) either a quick dry top coat OR the drops that help the top coat dry faster however they didn’t have anything like that. I personally think that would be a wise investment on their end to not only have a greater turn over of clientele but also get customers out more quickly given the pandemic.As a side note, there was an irate older woman at a mani station when I first entered that was verbally abusive to her tech and completely out of line and was asked to leave despite having a full set of nails. I’ll pray for her.
