    I had just moved to St. Augustine and needed my nails done and decided to go to happy nails and it was the best decision I made!!! They actually take their time so cut your cuticles and shape your nails. First time in a while I can say Iā€™ve been 100% satisfied with my nails walking out of a salon. I found my forever salon the first try which is rare lol. Iā€™m also a college student and will say their prices are very affordable and especially with the quality of their service. I always recommend them to all my friends at college and they love this salon as well! They truly value their clients and want them to be happy with their nails by the end of their appointment.

Khai is also a fabulous conversationalist and most excellent in relaxing my tired legs and making my toes pretty again. Thank you a million times for the hospitality, kindness and fun conversations.     I stopped in here Labor Day weekend to fix my nails that has been butchered by a salon in Gainesville and were pulling my nail from the nail bed. John was so lovely to let me in even though I came close to close, and was so wonderful. He did the best set of dip Iā€™ve ever had and it has lasted over 2 weeks-no chipping or lifting! I had been so frustrated my past few appointments in Gainesville with the top coat chipping in a week and extensions lifting/places over drilling my nails to the point they were broken and John appeared to fix it all! I would literally drive two hours to go here again lol

We had an excellent service from Kimberly, Nancy, and Tini, and highly recommend their personalized service! Will come back next time we are in St Augustine. Made friends with a customer, Jeri, who we met later for dinner at Sogno Italian restaurant, also an excellent place to dine!! Owner, Stacy, made us feel like family. Our trip has been wonderful!

John gives the best gel manicure Ive ever had literally.. my nails last for at least three weeks without a chip and the only reason I get them done again is because Im ready for a new color. This was the most amazing experience Iā€™ve had in a long time at a nail salon much less a pedicure. She really took her time like I asked her to.     Amazing!!! I treated myself to my first set of gels a couple months ago and last time decided to try the sns dip, after 1 week almost to the day I noticed some of them had a crackled look. I was shocked!! I went back and showed them and Kyle fixed them like new, free of charge. That is amazing customer service and that he takes such pride in his work.     I hadnā€™t been to Nails So Happy in about 5 months. My son gave me a gift certificate for Christmas so I used it today and I must say it was a delightful experience. It is UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. The new owners are kind and courteous and legitimately care about customer service. If you havenā€™t been in awhile, you should give them a try.     I have been going to Steven for 10 years. He is the best nail person I have ever used. He uses the most quality products available today. Including natural products such as SNS. I first met him at a shop he owned in St Johns county. His shop was always clean and well run. His business was always successful. His new store in St Augustine will be the same. Give him a try. You wonā€™t be disappointed. Unfortunately the previous owners daughter was a problem and got a friend to post a bad review. Donā€™t be fooled. Steven is the best. I am a long standing successful business woman and I would not put my name behind anyone who didnā€™t deserve it. Iā€™m at a complete loss since he left my service area to open up this new store.     This place used to be my last resort nail place, I didnā€™t love going here UNTIL they went under new ownership!! Now itā€™s the literal only place Iā€™ll go. I donā€™t even live near here anymore and Iā€™ll still drive here for my nails.
