    I am a disabled vet and I come here for healing. I dont like medication and find this therapy very helpful managing my pain. I have always been funny with touching and I really dont even like shaking hands with people. I have no problem making my appointments with the same therapist every time (Raphael) and the girls in the front are just as sweet as can be. I came here years ago and really did not like their waiting area. I cant really explain what my issue was with it. Perhaps it was the fact that I am a vet and just dont feel comfortable in most waiting areas. I guess that is the only thing I can complain about but they have remodeled it and its just charming now. Im not ever going to feel right in public spaces but they never have me waiting too long anyways. I have visited massage envy on hunters creek and I would not recommend them at all. I am very satisfied with the service here at pristine spa and the pricing was so surprising affordable. Raphael is worth so much more than the measly low price I pay. I am very appreciative as a disabled vet who does not have much money and still receive such high quality care. Love you guys and God bless

    I recently visited Pristine Spa and had an exceptional experience. Vilma, my massage therapist, was highly professional and provided an outstanding massage. The front receptionist was both attentive and courteous, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere. The spa itself is impeccably clean and offers a truly relaxing environment.     In two words: Absolutely Amazing! Every time I travel to Florida, I’ve struggled to find the perfect lash place. This time, I reached out to Pristine Spa and was fortunate to speak with Dawn. She was incredibly kind, professional, and understood exactly what I needed.I scheduled an appointment with Tatiana, and I must say, the results were flawless. I left feeling Incredibly Satisfied!!!     It was our first time and it was an amazing experience.I decided to book a visit with my daughter just being mindful of our skincare and experience it together.I learned so much at times it was overwhelming but Danna reassure us, she taught us so much and more than anything what I value most is that we were treated with so much kindness.     I just had my powder brows done with Katerina and OMG, this girl is a magician! She color corrected the old red and blue-gray pigment from old microblading and used a warm, rich brown for my powder brows and my eyebrows look brand new! She is such a sweet and beautiful soul too. I cannot wait for my touch up. I am usually scared of someone messing up with something like this, but I finally found my girl!

    If I could rate 4 3/4 stars :)My husband and I really love pristine spa. The massage therapists here are very professional and listen to which areas you need more attention to and work out those sore muscles.Our only negative critique about this place is that they don’t give their massage therapists time in between to turn around/clean rooms. So if you pay for a 1 HOUR massage, you’re only getting 40-45 mins of the massage time. The rest of the time is used for you to get on the massage table and for them to show you out and clean up. I’ve been to spas before that will massage you for the FULL time you paid for and they have time in between to clean, stretch, and get their next client without running into the client’s time slot. I didn’t remove a “star rating”for that because it’s no fault of the massage therapist… but only how the business utilizes their time slots.

    Best place I ever been for a spa! Did a massage today and added the strawberry and chocolate oil for Valentines and a facial and was the best ever! From the front des staff to te therapists. Wow!! I found the best place for relaxation!

    My normal massage place canceled on really short notice and I really needed a massage. I called Pristine Spa and they were able to get me an appointment in 30 minutes. I was booked with Nathaniel, and when I say he was by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. I had so much tension in my body and I could literally feel every single knot leaving my body. I will definitely be seeing him again!!

    Had some facial waxing done today by Bella. Great experience. The salon itself was clean and very relaxed. The front receptionist was attentive and courteous. Bella herself was friendly, professional, gentle and attentive to things like if the wax was too hot. I will definitely be returning here.

    I had the most wonderful one hour massage with Amy today. She has worked on my many sore points around my neck and shoulder, as well as the full body massage for the last 3 times I’ve been there. Really talented with getting into the points of knotted muscles. I recommend Amy highly. The reception staff is also very welcoming.

    I had my first facial at this location with Zulfia. She was very gentle. She really gives her 100% to make sure you leave satisfied and with noticeable results! Her facial, neck and shoulders massages are the literally the best. If I could book two hours or more with her I totally would. It would be worth every penny.I can’t wait to book another appointment.💕

    Today had a massage with Saline which was so relaxing and incredible. She is Amazing, then had a facial with Zulia that was outstanding never had my face massage like she did to me and I left with glowing skin 😍 thank you Pristine Spa for making my day when I go there 🙏🏻🫶🏻

    Ive gotten several facials with Melanie and she has been, by far, the best esthetician I have ever met. Since day 1, she has answered all of my questions and gave me great recommendations on my problem areas. Shes doesn’t try to just sell you a service… she genuinely cares and will give you alternatives & combinations that will give you the results you want.

    I am in town visiting and decided to schedule an appointment for a Brazilian wax. I’ve had both great and terrible waxing experiences. Bella was great and very informative on post-wax maintenance. I expected my first wax in a long time to be very painful but Bella is a pro! I also had the goji berry mask done after the wax and it was very soothing. I will definitely be scheduling another appointment when I’m in town next! Thanks Bella!

    It is the perfect place for self-care. Brittany does my facials. Amazing. The front staff is amazing. I recommend becoming a member to force you to get a massage/facial every month.

    I had insane back spasms causing serious pain. My doctor recommended that I get massage therapy. I had never gotten a massage but took my doctors advice. After only 1.5 hours (2 visits) Oscar fixed my pain. He is the best! I will definitely keep coming to Prestine to get regular massages. Highly recommended!

    Its been a few months since I visited last but when I bought the membership pass, it was ALWAYS a simple process and amazing experience going in! I would always use Zulfia for my waxes and facials and honestly, Id still be going today regularly if I hadnt moved and wasnt so far. You truly get what you pay for.

    I’ve had a few things done at the spa. I’ve had the classic set of eyelash extensions done earlier this year which was my first time, I can’t remember the lady who did it for me. And they looked absolutely amazing. I’ve had a facial done by Jessica recently and she made me feel amazing. I’ve had henna tint done by Daniella and that was my first time doing this. She did an amazing job. It looked beautiful and natural. And today my husband and I had massages done this morning. I had Kristi and my husband had Christine. Kristi was amazing. She was the best masseuse I’ve ever had. I’m going to book again with her for next month! Love this place. You definitely have to check them out!

    My absolute favourite place for me time, totally worth the drive. You always feel so welcome and taken care of. Janet is amazing, its her massages that got me addicted to pristine spa in the first place. Ive also had a lash lift done (got their gift card for my birthday) and a couple of facials with Jackie and after getting so many compliments, Im definitely going back for those again.

    I bought a 90 minute massage. AMAZING!!! Why 4 stars? I paid for 90 minutes and got 72 minutes. Started late and ended early. I paid the the amount owed and did not complain because the massage was great! If it was the full 90 minutes then I would have given 5 stars. My masseuse was so good I dozed off for a bit. She found the sore spots without me pointing to them. Just wished it had been 90 minutes.

    This was my first time ever going into a Spa. This was a B-day gift that my adult children gave to me. The place is immaculate clean. The receptionist were the sweetest girls ever, so professionals. My appt. was for 2:00pm and I was called in at exactly 2:00pm. I went in for a Swedish Massage and a facial. For the massage I had Jeannie. Jeannie made me feel so comfortable and at ease. The ambiance in the room was perfect. Perfect lighting, and the sound of the ocean and instrumental music were on point. Jeannie hit all the right spots and she kept asking me if I was OK with the way or pressure she was using. It was wonderful. Then for my facial I had Natalia and oh, my goodness, another gem. She also made me feel so calm and at ease and she made me a believer in getting a monthly facial. She was so knowledgeable and so gentle. Too bad that I will be moving out of this area, and because it will be a three hour drive for me, I wont be able to return. If you do happen to live close by, please make this your SPA place. You wont regret it. I came out of there feeling so refreshed. Thank you Jeannie and Natalia for being so great.

    Pristine Spa is the place to go if you are looking for great messages for a reasonable price. They even have a membership at a great price too! I love Giselle, she always give you a great message and really focus on the areas you need relief in. Great front staff too! They make you feel so welcome! I love the atmosphere all around! Highly recommended!

    I went for my very first ever facial on Halloween as a cap off to my incredible bachelorette weekend! It was an entirely comforting experience and very professional. Isabella did my facial and eased me into the process. She is the reason I am giving 5 stars! I felt completely relaxed and pampered by her. I will be coming back!

    My wife and I recently moved to Florida from California. For her birthday we decided to do a couples massage at Pristine Spas. The staff there are very friendly. When you walk in you get hit with this relaxation and calming feeling. We had to fill out general information and they make sure you are not sick to protect you and the staff members. On the sheet you can mark where you need the most work done and select the any extra massage add-on you like to do. I selected the aromatherapy with eucalyptus scent. Using this infused oil, it placed me in a relax state during the massage. I had a few knots on my back which they were able to get out. My wife is very picky with massages but she really enjoyed this one. They took out some knots where most of her stress as tighten those back muscles. Immediately after we were done we knew we wanted to continue to come here so we did the membership for $49.95, which is equivalent to 1 point to be used for a massage or facial massage every month. I also gifted my mother a facial massage for her birthday and she came back loving it. Additionally, my friend came from New Jersey, who never received a massage before, also enjoyed how relaxed his body felt. Overall, it’s clean, the masseuse are very knowledgeable and are trained very well to accommodate your body during the massage. I want to mention booking appts are very easy, either on the app vagaro and look for the spa or online. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a spa.

    Brought my wife here for a facial on her birthday and ended up getting a massage for myself. Best experience we ever had in any such place. The staff is super friendly and treated us like valued customers, even taking time out to chit chat and really get to know us. The ladies who did our massage and facial were super professional, especially since the esthetician explained everything step by step to my wife who ended up doing a chemical peel. All the staff is licensed for their craft and apparently trained very well. I knew my wife would love this place, but Ill be back now too.

    Walked in everything was clean and the music was calming very quiet and nice. Went for our brow wax and Sophia was so friendly and nice. She took time to understand what we wanted and how we wanted it done when she was done she asked us to check and make sure we were happy with the service.     I highly recommend Pristine Spa! The staff is very sweet and welcoming. I have worked five weeks of overtime and really needed some relief to make it through one more. I called to book an appointment and was on the table an hour later with a massage artist! Kristi L did an awesome job! I feel amazing! As if Ive been on vacation! I will be returning soon.

    Beautiful and clean throughout and very professional staff. I have been to several people for waxing and let them know I have sensitive skin that burns easily. This is the first time Ive had the person listen to my needs and I got a great wax without any redness, swelling, or burn marks. I highly recommend Pristine Spa!

    I booked a couples massage package with extra add-ons for my husbands birthday. He really loved it! The room was nice, pretty dark, with relaxing music, and nice aromas. We were offered a glass of champagne with strawberry while in waiting room. Our massage professionals were awesome! Definitely recommend the Pristine Spa to others.

    Been going here for over a year now, and have loved every minute of it. The staff is always polite and inviting. This last visit I had the pleasure of being worked on by Leanne. Prolly gonna request her. When she did the hot stones the application felt like liquid butter..omergersh. Super sweet and attentive. Everyone really is. I have social anxiety and don’t usually carry conversation during and she made me feel comfortable. Truly love this place.

    I got my lashes done by Ksenia and I am just so in love with how they look. She has a very gentle touch, I almost forget where I am. You will truly sleep, but dont get too comfortable because she is not only gentle she is fast. Ive had my lashes done both fast and very very slow before and both results were horrible. Either poorly placed or tacky styles too much glue or not enough lash etc. Her work not only looks natural, they lasted me 3 almost 4 whole weeks. And I still had plenty of lashes. I am never going anywhere else. Thank you Pristine Spa for a spectacular experience, from the hospitality at your front desk to the service and quality in the rooms.     I got the facial and my mom got a massage and the facial was the best I have ever received! It was relaxing and gentle. She gave fantastic recommendations on skin products and makeup.     The staff is friendly and professional. The right amount of pressure for all the massages. I get the CBD oil because of my past injuries and surgeries, the combination of both the oil and massage it helps tremendously. After a hard work out or sparring session this is perfect.     Christine is AMAZING!! After a very painful fall 8 months ago I have found no relief until trying the decompression cups with her. Though I was skeptical at first, I couldn’t believe the relief it created. I can’t wait to go back for my next cupping session. It will leave marks on your body for a few days because it’s your body’s way of releasing the toxins but they do not hurt whatsoever.

    I had an amazing experience yesterday with Pristine Spa. I recieved a facial with a very professional and knowledgeable eastician (Ill update later with her name when I can). She answered all of my questions regarding their services and offered me the best advise for my skin. I had originally went in for a chemical peel and facial but instead opted for an enzyme and facial for my first time there and was super pleased with the results. My skin was immediately smooth after and the facial itself was very relaxing. Then this morning I woke up with no active acne or new white heads which hasnt been the case for me in months. Im going to return to start a chemical peel series to help with scaring and very excited to see how that goes.

    If you suffer from R/A, fibromyalgia or have pulled a muscle, Giselle is the therapist for you. I had been through many massages in my life, and since doing deep tissue massages to relive my muscle pains my body does not feel as sore, nor am I pulling my muscles as much as before.     I am so happy and relieved to have finally found a Spa in Saint Cloud that offers waxing services for men. I went today for a Brazilian Wax from Elizabeth and she was just awesome. Made me comfortable from the moment we met and the conversation during the process was very welcome since we all know how nerve wracking a brazilian wax can be. She did a thorough job, making sure to catch all the smaller hairs and address any ingrown hairs. The receptionist was absolutely pleasant and provided me with additional information about the other services provided at the spa. As I told Liz today, they gained a new client in me.
