Janet is amazing and so professional ! She always listens and makes recommendations . I have had services such as cut, color, style and keratin-she never disappoints. Janet connects well with her clients. Five of my immediate family members also go to her and always leave happy. She is very patient and such a gentle spirit. She is great with kids and teenagers as well. Janet is always punctual and wastes no time in rendering services.She provides service with a smile, kind words and -coffee!The whole salon staff is friendly and professional. :)

Bianca did an amazing job at cutting my hair. Trust you are in great hands with her. I took a chance on this place because I really needed a hair cut and being new to the area I found Serendipity on Google. I was paired up with Bianca and I couldnt be happier with the results, she cut 2 1/2 inches off and did face framing with long layers. She even gave me pointers on how and what to do at home to style my hair. Shes great, will definitely return..

LOVED how my hair came out! Janet did such a great job doing my hair! Understood exactly what I wanted too. Communication was 100% as well! I love my hair!! This was the first time I visited this salon and it was recommended to me by my mom who has been a client of Arleen’s for years. Janet did my hair and she was very attentive to my request. I could tell Janet’s hair cutting and blow drying skills are expert level. I have very long thick hair and she left me impressed. I will be returning. I highly recommend.

I just found this wonderful place, it answered all preys.I try a couple of service and loved all them.My hair dresser,Janet, is wonderful. I come once a week to do my hair and my mom’s hair. Well , I was greeted when I arrived and Janet was my stylist and she was great. Very pleasant and knowledgeable and very professional. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she nailed it. My hair was pretty damaged and I left with such soft hair. I highly recommend this Serendipity Salon and Janet.

So I moved here a few years ago and have seen maybe four or five different hair ladys . My whole life Ive just used boxes of color, had anyone cut my hair. I really just didnt care. Well a couple of months ago I was soooo tired of coloring my grays, so I decided to have my dark hair highlighted. I met Rosa at another salon and was absolutely impressed with her honesty about what it was I was looking for. She made me feel completely comfortable with what we had planned. She explained how it was going to be a process and that she didnt want to compromise my hair and for me to just be patient. Well after that first visit, I literally already felt like she achieved what I was looking for. I followed her to this salon and now I will forever have a hair lady like everyone else I know lol.. she wasnt money hungry and she actually cared about the end quality of our visits. She was kind, not overbearing, not too talky, just perfect. Love her❤️

Today I had my first appointment with Arleen. She greeted me with such a beautiful smile. I explained to her that my hair is uneven from several salons I tried in St. Cloud. She listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me some input on what would look nice and how she would fix my hair. Well, My FACEBOOK friends were commenting like wild fire! Arleen is VERY Talented. Believe me....I have been everywhere. THANK YOU VERY MUCH Arleen for making me look and feel SO BEAUTIFUL. Ill be back in 2 weeks for my color. I will add pictures on the next screen.

Absolutely love this place! Its connected to a cute boutique. Had my apt with Jocelyn and let me tell you, I absolutely love my hair!! You cant go wrong with her. My daughter and I got to pick out some cute jewelry from the boutique since it was our first time I think. Itll had super damaged hair and she did a deep treatment with olaplex and my hair hasnt felt this healthy in a LONG time!

UPDATE: Arleen, the owner, fixed my hair free of charge! She is a miracle worker! Im so much happier with my hair now. She was very kind and I recommend to just get your hair done with her especially if you want color. Soraya also did very nice work on other clients while I was there.‐--------------------------------------------------------------------------------I left yesterday with the biggest HEADACHE for multiple reasons! As soon as I got there my stylist was getting her hair washed by another employee even though I had just called saying exactly the time I would be arriving so I wouldve thought shed be ready for me. I get to her chair and she is telling me that she got the picture I sent her and was explaining some things about my hair, BUT I never sent her anything and then she realized she mistaked me for another client. HOW? If that was my time slot, that makes no sense. Again, I had literally just called. So after that I showed her a picture of a balayage that I wanted. It was super muted with dark gray towards the bottom. She said that she wouldnt be able to get my hair that light right away so it maybe wouldnt look exactly like that. That was fine because I understand that when bleaching, you wont be platinum right away. She was extremely rough with my head, pulling at knots. I said ouch a couple times out loud, and she never said sorry. When she was washing my hair, she wet my entire back, I was freezing! And again she didnt apologize or acknowledge me, when she noticed she shoved a towel in my shirt and started blow drying my back. When I had gone to the dryer, she wasnt paying attention and hit me in the head with it. She said ooh! And just laughed. I laughed too, but I expected an apology. While she was working with my hair, she kept dropping the clips and reusing them, she dropped the comb and then continued to use it. When my hair was done, I had the worst headache and I was so upset with the way it turned out. I dont understand how someone could call what I had a balayage. For one she used the wrong grey color, it was way lighter than what I showed, basically white! And she did highlights instead of a balayage! Also on top of that I had highlights of yellow blonde! It was not all toned at all and she said she did that for contrast. Thats not what I asked for! I didnt want blonde and grey strips! I specifically asked for a balayage that went from brown to dark grey! She proceeded to acknowledge that everyone in the salon loved my hair. Its not what I wanted. So then another stylist that seemed very professional, Soraya I think, said that if I came back next week that I could get a toner done to try and fix it for free. I honestly dont know if a toner will help, but I paid $185 plus tip for something I didnt want. I really wanted to walk out but I guess Im too nice. I hope it works out but either way I had the WORST experience. Im so disappointed.

After the staff walked out.place not the same.owner working with no license. treat their employees terrible..dont go there..ul.b sorry....this is not an angry employee review....everything I said is true....if the staff was happy they would have stayed.they opened their own place to get away from them..and no matter how many of their employees post reviews on here.they r still horrible people to work for.....ps..it is really.unprofressional.for a stylist employee. to call anyone unsuccessful..she has become just like them...need I say more......negative environment..stay away..........and if employees want to keep their jobs they say whatever their told ...sad. after this experience I was compelled to post this .hoping it wouldnt happen to anyone else............

Ive spent a lot of time looking for a room like this.Ill start with my stylist, Janet, who gave me very professional and friendly treatment. I loved the atmosphere of respect and how they helped each other, even the owner came to help with my haircut.Janet gave me excellent recommendations for the cut and color (I love when a professional adjusts what I want with my face and hair type) and also without asking her taught me how to maintain the hairstyle VERY KIND!I have already had so many bad experiences with my cuts in other hair salons that the truth is I always arrived a little anxious but here I felt extremely in good hands to the point that I fell asleep 😅.Im happy to say I got my salon!
