    I just moved to the area a few months ago and I’m happy to say I found my salon! I waited until my 2nd visit to review. From the 1st visit everything has been great. Clean and friendly environment. They don’t rush through the service. They take their time and do it right. So far I’ve had my services done by Luis for nails (gel acrylics), and Susan and Kim for pedicures. 10/10 Definitely recommend.Update: Hanna has done my eyebrows a few times now as well as a pedicure a few weeks ago and she’s amazing!

    David outdid himself once again! He was very patient with me, and he really made my vision for my nails come true! Get your nails done here! They have excellent customer service, and you will not regret it!

    I love coming to Joy Nails. The staff are always friendly and my nails look amazing. They always use clean tools and even have individual nail file and pedicure baggies for each appointment. I love the cleanliness and can’t wait to come back every 2 weeks to get my nails done and my eyebrows when they need it. Thank you for all your hard work, it is truly appreciated and really shows.

    This is my second visit to Joy nails. I recommend it highly. Thomas is my tech and he is great. Nice clean place. Very nice young lady that checks you in. Will continue to visit. Both times have had pedicures

    I’m obsessed with how Luis does my nails! I always leave happy and never have to ask for any corrections—he just gets me.The owner is also super funny and always laughing, which sets a welcoming vibe in the salon. I’m usually quiet during my appointments, but I love eavesdropping on his conversations with clients, they’re always entertaining!I only go to Luis, but I’ve seen everyone’s work here, and they’re all really talented. You’re bound to be happy no matter who you choose!

    Clean, open space. Everyone was friendly and techs did great work. Great experience overall...will be back for a volcano pedicure!Update:Returned recently (due to Covid or it would have been sooner) and get the Volcano pedicure....amazing! Hanna was my tech and she is incredible and very sweet. Will definitely be back...highly recommend!

    The new owners of Joy Nails are great. They upgraded the salon - it is very clean, modern and comfortable. They are very friendly and do a terrific job on nails. I was there today and got Purple and natural French Gel. Leah is a true artist. The nail art she did with flowers is so nice. I love them. Joy nails is a true joy to go to.     Luis was so cool & he literally understood the assignment! I love my nails, the best nail designer that I’ve had in this area and I’ve been to 4 different nail salons before this one. They all tell me they can’t do a certain design. I LOVE IT HERE! Definitely going back 😊

    I was looking for a good nail place nearby. I was fortunate to have Luis do my nails. I showed him a picture and they turned out beautiful. They dont look thick and last a full month! He did them so well I went back and will keep going back.

    Walked in at the right time. No wait. Kim did an amazing job. I love her attention to detail! The sugar scrub at the end was a nice surprise! And i love the atmosphere and all the plants. Will be back!

    Whenever I am in town, which is several times a year, I go to Joy Nails for a pedicure. The shop is clean, their appointments run on time and I get good service. Today I got an excellent pedicure from Cruz who is someone I will ask for in the future. Nice young man who did a good job and cared to do a good job.

    I scheduled an appointment with Kim and she was excellent and very attentive to my nails! She did a gel polish on my toes and it came out great!! Grateful I found this nail salon while traveling to FL!!Genesis did excellent on my sisters toes and we did same day appointment! Very personable and kind as well as Luis did her nails and they came out great! Great attention to detail! I would come again!

    I came to Florida for a death in the family. Needed to do my nails after my anxiety had me picking at my previous powder manicure. I made an appointment ONLINE same day. Walked in and was taken right away! The vibe and energy of this place is AMAZING!! Huge nail salon. Immaculately clean. Awesome people. The owner did my nails and he was the most down to earth, friendly dude ever! He made the entire experience so much better. My nails came out beautiful and this place is insanely reasonable with price. THE BEST PLACE EVER. BETTER THEN NEW YORK! LOVE THEM!! If your in the Saint Cloud area DONT look at any other salon, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

    Always an amazing time at Joy Nails, my grandma and I have always returned to have our self care days with Kim. She is such a caring individual, does amazing work and our favorite thing about Kim is that she is not rough when working on our nails (both hands & feet). The establishment itself is very clean, welcoming, bright and filled with beautiful plants. The staff is very attentive, their system online for booking appointments is very easy to navigate through and they also accept walk ins as well. After having tried multiple nail bars and salons throughout St. Cloud, Lake Nona and Harmony I am happy to have found Joy Nails and have been a returning client for the past 5 months.

    I love the staff here! They always greet me with a warm welcome. I literally drive out of my way just to get their good service. The have really good quality and my nails last forever. They never hurt me and always make sure I’m satisfied with the service. Highly recommend!

    I have been to a few other salons in the area and this one has been the best! Came in as a walk-in for a pedicure and was taken care of right away. Everyone was super friendly and took their time to make everything look perfect! I really appreciated their attention to detail and kindness.     Came in as a walk in. Was taken right away. Kim did my nails just as the picture I showed her and took her time. Paying attention to details, making sure I liked it. Place was very quiet which I loved and welcoming. Kim also did my toes and I love them. Will defiantly be back for her!

    My wife was not happy with her nail salon that she frequently used. She did some research and discovered this gem. She was so happy and kept talking about her beautiful nails.     I dropped off my almost 16 year old and said nothing too long... I picked her up and they are GORGEOUS and the perfect length!! Every nail was put on straight and “not puffy.” My daughter said everyone was super nice and gentle. She said it never hurt. She also said that a customer came in and needed *them to fix her nails from a *different salon. A great nail salon that checks all of the boxes are hard to find. We’ve been to several nail salons and Joy Nails is our favorite!!! No need to try other salons! Thank you for giving my daughter such beautiful nails and making her happy! :)

    Ive been in a lot of nail salons and I couldn’t find a place that i’m satisfied with. This is my fourth time going to this place and I always make appointments with Luis, I love his work and nail designs, he knows how to listen to what you really want and if you don’t like something of your nails he is not bothered to fix it again, making sure you go home 100% satisfied, he knows how to do his job!!

    If you are looking for quality nails in St. Cloud this is the place you want to be. My nails always come out better than imagined and last very long! The people who work here are friendly and make you feel pampered! Lastly, it’s a beautiful salon to be in and look at. Super clean and calm! LOVE IT!

    I really like this place been coming here for a year. But the last two times I’ve come for the same services I always get gel manicure / pedicure it’s just been really slow. And I am only getting solid colors. I thought maybe it was cause I have been a walk in so I made an appt for 930 am and I left the salon at 12pm! I understand she wants to be very thorough which is appreciated. But this took over 2 and a half hours it’s the longest I’ve ever sat for a service that should take max an hour. Idk if I will continue coming back because it just takes up my whole morning. I don’t want to give this place a bad review because they are such nice people. But one of the newer ladies just needs to be a little faster. Because both of the really slow times was the same person. (Cecilia)

    This is my favorite nail salon in 3 states. I love the pedicures I get here. They cannot be beat. We have moved from Saint Cloud, but every time I am in town I make a point to stop in for a wonderful pedicure. I don’t do my nails anymore because I won’t take the time to keep them up, but when I lived in St. Cloud I was able to keep my nails looking great thanks to Joy Nails!!

    Excellent! Luis does my nails here and he is wonderful. Im a SnowBird so he does my nails in the winter. This is my 2nd winter going to him. Staff is great. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

    This is by far one of the best nail salon I have been to, they all have great attitudes and it’s such a great place, they make you feel comfortable and it’s was a joyful experience.     The over SNS experience was amazing and the shape is on point😍the only issue was the nail artist David had made a comment to a hispanic customer. When she had came in and asked if there was anyone that could help her and spoke spanish, he replied “no you need to use google we can’t help you bye” and laughed. Me being hispanic i did find it inappropriate and slightly unprofessional.
