    The last photo is from the bad nail salon. while experiencing their Poor customer service I canceled the manicure. Looked up this nail salon “the Nail Lounge & Spa St. Cloud” I called for a walk in, paid and left.When I arrived great customer service from the crew. Clean establishment.Steven helped me out! He listened to what I wanted. He was so patient w me and didn’t rush but used his time efficiently!He properly sealed my nails so I don’t get water in/fungus. He used clean tools!! And clean paper/towels (the other nail salon used the same towel to clean the equipment, seat, and on my exfoliated open pores legs 🥹 which I got a reaction from) His filing skills were phenomenal. He paid strong attention to detail.& I didn’t want to pay for another pedicure or had the time …but I asked if he could fix the mistake the lady did from the bad salon and he fixed what I askedBut he went beyond & added the sparkle on all of them. W the level of sparkle I wanted.If you don’t want to be treated like a customer, but a client in Luxury! ask for Steven!!!‘Im forever coming here anytime I’m in Florida

    Everyone was so so friendly and Glen especially was absolutely amazing! Was extremely gentle with my hands and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! 10/10 recommend!

    I’m so happy I found The Nail Lounge and Spa St. Cloud! The pedicure I received was amazing, and the atmosphere was so calming. The technician was so gentle and did a fantastic job. The salon is spotless, and you can tell they really care about cleanliness. I’ll definitely be returning for more pampering!

    Had a wonderful experience getting my eyebrows waxed at The Nail Lounge and Spa St. Cloud. The technician was very professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process.     Went here last Sunday for my first ever mani/pedi with my best friend! I loved it so much! Kyle was amazing and patient with me! Cant wait to come back🥰11•24•2023Tony did my gel pedicure and it was amazing! Tony helped me pick the perfect gold color; was super patient and even helped with carrying my baby carrier! He even tried to help me settle my son, adore him forever for that! To everyone in the spa - thank you for your patience with my 1 year old 🥰 I try not to bring him to places like this but as a mom, sometimes it cant be helped, so thank you❤️

    This is a fairly new place which means it was clean, fresh and very pretty. I went to get eyelash refills and Z took care of me. She took her time and was very sweet and considerate. Im giving them 4 stars ONLY bcuz Z was very sweet and kind. Whn I left, 1 individual lash fell out😳. Not only that, they continued to come out throughout the evening. Idk if she was new or what but I will not be returning for lashes. I cant speak for anything else bcuz thats all I was serviced. Everyone there was really nice so its not a personal thing. Id probably be back but for mail services. Im really picky so we will see.

    Amazing nail salon. Having been to many, many over the years, this is by far the best salon Ive ever been to. Everyone is so friendly & accommodating. They always ask if youd like something to drink (soda, water, etc). As far as nails, they do an amazing job. I use Kyle, whos very, very good. I highly recommend him. However, just from my observation, every single nail tech is great at what they do. They all appear to be meticulous.They do take in walk-ins; however, they always seem to be slammed, so making an appt might be best. Best place in the Saint Cloud/ Lake Nona area.

    The Spa was super clean, upscale Decor and I was offered wine. The nail tech doing my nails, engaged in conversation and there was no speaking in the native language across the room, like most places. I would definitely go again, and I highly recommend this nail Spa

    I took my 2 little girls (3 & 5 yrs) here to get pedicures for the first time and everything was perfect. I made an appointment early this morning for 11:30 same day. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My girls had so much fun and so did I (I was worried it might be a little stressful but it wasnt at all) 😊 It was relaxing and our nails look great! I chose this spot because they have good reviews and they did not disappoint. Highly recommend ❤️

    I’ve been here twice and love it! Sydney did my nails both times, got Gel Mani the first time and they lasted almost a month. I recently did a SNS dip, I showed her what I wanted- the French tip and did it exactly as I wanted. Very happy with my nails!

    My mother goes to this Nail & Spa Salon all the time. However, we took my father for his first Manicure and Pedicure and he loved it. My parents have been married for 61 years and seeing a man go in for his first try at a salon at the age of 82 years old just blows your mind. To see him being pampered and treated so well touches your heart. The lady that is the manager and the entire staff treated my parents especially my father so well I would recommend them to everyone. The salon has a overall great and calming atmosphere. I honestly can not express my gratitude to this establishment. I would recommend them to my best friend or a family member.

    The nail tech Glen… amazing! He took his time and was very precise in on my gel mani pedi.It took 2 hours but I am not going to complain because my nails are perfect… no flaws. I love that he took his time. I am also an introvert and loved that he kept the conversation to a minimum and really focused on my nails. He made sure I was comfortable and did I mention my nails has no flaws??? I have almost never experienced my nails so flawless so I’m a bit shook and truly satisfied. Thank you and I will be back:))

    I’ve tried almost all nail salons in St. Cloud and this one is a keeper! Amy is so amazing when she does my pedicure. Abby does my SNS and I have no complaints. Everyone is so nice. When my go to girls aren’t there it’s safe to say that they are all great! If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ I would!

    This is my favorite place! I have been going here for years, even when I lived in Orlando. The customer service is always amazing. All the staff is friendly and helpful. I have gotten my nails done by Anne, Harry, Jade, and Trina. THEY ARE ALL AMAZING. They are super helpful when Im not sure of a color or shape. I always leave so happy with my nails. I would recommend setting an appointment, but they do take walk-ins and you never have to wait too long. I have referred many people here and will continue to do so. Highly recommend going here.

    I was always looking for a very nice and local nail salon and this is the perfect one. I feel welcomed and I am always treated very nicely with all of the staff. They are very organized and accommodate to your needs especially with colors since that can be hard lol. Lori took great care of me and helped me choose my colors without me having to hold it while my hands were being soaked. Great experience with this place and very beautiful layout! Check them out!

    Just had our 3rd visit here and we always leave very pleased. I have been doing my own nails for the last 4 years and I am very picky. Jade is a sweetheart and does an amazing job.     Second time I’ve been to nail lounge and spa. Walked in with no appointment with friend . We were taken care of immediately and our experience was an amazing one. Went in for Pedicure and SNS nail care. Raymond Took care of both my manicure and pedicure. He took his time with my nails and the Foot massage was great! Totally satisfied with the service rendered. Glass of wine was a nice touch. Highly recommend this facility. Very clean and well kept.

    Harry is amazing! His wife equally so! Abby ud a sweetheart and the owner is so attentive. The entire staff is so welcoming. Even the patrons are super sweet.     I just moved down here from NYC 2 months ago and finding a salon for pedicures and fillins was a mission. When I found this place I was skeptical. Because of Harry, I will always come back. I’ll keep going to him because he’s amazing. I’m very particular about my nails, the shaping process, and the end results. I normally would do the color and design myself or use my drill to fix the shape of my nails if I don’t like how they are, but thanks to Harry, he’s on point. There’s no opening in my nails, the overall look is perfect and the pedicure is amazing. You’re stuck with me now Harry!:)
