    Every time I go I feel like the staff cares a lot to make sure you get what you want. I struggled with the look of my nails all my life and now they look/feel amazing going here. I went on Saturday the 28th to get fills. And on the same day my boyfriend proposed to me. It made my ring even look better

    This is my 4th time here and every single time the service is amazing. I received a great pedicure with gel & waxed eyebrows for $54!! Most importantly, the people here are all very professional & sweet. The ambiance is very pretty, I love the look & feel of this spa. The massage chair is very strong and everything was clean! I really enjoy this environment.

    Vivian is awesome! She pays attention to the little details of your nails and does a great job. Nails are thin enough to look natural but not fragile. Even if I go with jacked up acrylic that’s lifting she cleans up the acrylic flawlessly and clear polish looks amazing !

    Wow! My very first time here and Im so pleased! Mind you, I just got my nails done last week at my forever place and they messed up, bad. So just a week later I had to get a refill and fix a nail that came off. Lynn took me in right when I came in. Mind you, it says they open at 10:30 on Sundays but I was here at 9:45 and they already had 2 people. For the first time ever, I explained what I wanted and how I wanted. ( it is please to see she filled my entire nail bed.) I also asked for the price before the service so I wouldnt get over charged like some other places. I got a refilled and trust me, she took her time. Its now 10:54 and I just left. To top it, I got a quick massage on my arms and hands that felt magnificent! (No other place does this)I am very pleased and they earned a new customer. Now is completely packed since there arent any other nail salons in this area that open on Sundays. (To me thats bad business) if you must closed, do it Tuesday or Wednesday and rotate your employees for a Sunday off. It was $50 for the refill and the nail to get fixed, but if its going to last at least 3 weeks, its worth it! The first picture is the result of my last full set which they charged me $68 and didnt want to fix it just 7 days later.

    Came in as a walk-in for a mani & pedi and was taken care of right away. Everyone was super friendly, Rosa did a great job. She took her time to make my nails look perfect! I will definitely be going back.

    Truly was extremely amazing. I had a fill, nail repair and pedicure. She was quick yet efficient and took her time on areas that you just enjoy like the foot massage or the hand massage after the fill. It was a wonderful experience.

    This is my go-to salon. Everything is reasonable priced. I usually get a pedicure and dip powder whenever I go. The staff is very friendly. The salon is clean. I believe the person who did my nails was Ann and she was very fast. You will be well taken care of in anyones hands in this salon. They have a wide color range and a lot of options.I came to visit Lovely Nail and Spa during my trip to Florida and my nail artist was Dot. Dot was so friendly and he did an amazing job with my nails. I highly recommend him. He listed to what I wanted and did exactly what I requested for the length and color. I know could go to Lovely Nail & Spa for a positive nail experience.

    I don’t know why lovely Nails has a poor rating on here because I think they’re excellent and they’re always accommodating. The salon is very clean and there’s a lot of regulars that come in. Lee and Olive are wonderful and the rest of the staff is very professional and very upbeat.

    This was my first time using this salon and I’m really glad I found it. Maybe good timing, but I didn’t have to wait long and the young nail tech was so great. She was patient with me and killed the design I asked for. Not to mention these nails are from before Christmas and they are still holding strong!!!! Hope I find her tomorrow when I go back.

    My initial experience a few months ago was not a very good experience. I decided to go back on a day the nail tech I had wasn’t there and I very much had a great technician assigned. It was a very pleasant experience and I’ve been going back ever since. Not all technicians are created equal 😊. Dot is very punctual, friendly, and does an amazing job.

    Nancy 1 is great. My last experience at a nail salon was terrible so I was happy to find this place. This is my second experience with her my nails and toes look amazing. 😍 I couldnt be happier. I also loved how they joked with everyone and were laughing. Not some stuffy nail place. Yall could put some music videos on instead of crime TV but it was a great experience all the same.

    Nancy 2 is The best! Her service is amazing super personalized. Pedicure chair are super comfortable and massage is a plus. They have a million colors to pick for gel and regular nails. All the technicians are very nice and friendly.

    Phenomenal experience every time! Nancy2 was so sweet and did an excellent job on my pedi and mani. Salon is so clean and tranquil. Extremely relaxing environment with wonderful people.     I have used another nail salon since I moved to St Cloud 2 months ago and decided to try Lovely Nail & Spa on referral from my neighbors. Lily did my powder dip and pedi and she was great. It was less expensive and took less time than the previous salon I went to. This one is more convenient to my house so I will continue to come back Lily for my sparkly dip!

    My daughter and I have been coming here for almost as long as they have been open... Never had a bad experience. Toni and Kim along with their staff do amazing work. Pedis to what ever you want... Customers come first. I tell everybody this is the best place around go to lovely nails and spa you wont be disappointed. Prices are more than fair.     I’ve had a pedicure here twice now with gel polish and they always do a wonderful job! Polish lasts forever and doesn’t chip or dull. They’re always very nice and accommodating (opening doors for clients and offering beverages) They also have a rewards program, which is a plus!

    Best Nails in St Cloud did a terrible job when I went there for acrylic tips. I stopped by Lovely Nail & Spa on the way home to have them just take the full set off. They were very nice and sympathized with me over my poorly done acrylics. I ended up letting them fix my nails in a different color. They did a great job correcting what the guy from Best Nails had done. They were also faster, friendlier, and less expensive ($35 versus $55). I will definitely be going back!

    My daughter took me to Lovely Nail and Spa for Mothers Day for a pedicure, the ladies are very nice, they offer a nice selection services, wide selection of nail polish. Thida does outstanding work and is very nice. We will go back.

    I gave this place an overall 4 due to the difference between 2 nail techs being night and day: 1 I will mention by name, the other, out of respect for her, I will not name. Lily is PHENOMENAL. She is the ONLY tech I will go to now because my last treatment with someone else was so horrible. I paid $20 plus tip on something that I had to completely fix once I got home that night. No one should have to fix a service that they just paid $20 to have a mere 10mins of her time to rush to get my low paying service out the door. Little does anyone know, you will get quite a hefty tip from me, regardless of service price, if you just give me a little bit of TLC as it may not be an expensive service to them, but it is the 1st and 2nd time in my LIFE I have had a professional manicure.Working in customer service providing luxury services myself, I will not be naming the person that I had for the service that I would give a zero stars to, as I know a bad review tagged along with the name can absolutely ruin us in the professional field we are all a part of in different ways. So my review will be focused solely on Lily who did a 5 STAR job. She understood that as a hands on therapist myself, my hands are an essential/vital part in my profession. Not only did she focus on my one request- the rough parts of skin that lie next to the nail line, all around the nail, as my skin flares up in dry spells from washing my hands a dozen or so times a day. She also focused on massaging my hands and forearms for me as she is aware that my hands are doing that all day long... it was SO NICE to have someone else take care of me for those few moments. Her care is 2nd to none. I was SO thrilled that I left her with a 60% tip. From now on, If I cannot get her as the one to do my treatments, I will come back when I can get her time. She is WELL WORTH the wait.

    I go in once a month and get a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. I always leave happy. I dont believe the bad reviews on here. Only time I have to wait is when its really busy, and some people do make appointments so they will take them in before you. Never has anyone asked me for a tip the 2 years Ive been going there.

    Love this place. I’ve had four different people there. Every single person was so kind and friendly. They make you feel very comfortable! Go there you won’t be sorry. They have so many chairs If you don’t have an appointment you might wait 5 min. Very clean.

    Nancy 2 (theres another Nancy) is wonderful. She does a great job, ALWAYS. Takes her time, cleans the cuticle, cuts and shapes the nails properly and applies gel masterfully. Nancy has been taking care of both my mani and pedis for almost 2 years ... I cant complain. Ive made appointments and shes available when I get there. When my Nancy went on vacation, Lan (hope thats the correct spelling) took care of me ... she was equally as thorough. The place is always clean no matter how busy they are; they use liners to soak in the tubs, their tools are sterilized. My Nancy is super personable and friendly. .. everyone is.

    This is a great Manicure and pedicure place. I like that their pedicure tub is disposably lined after every customer. Takes the worry of fungus passing away. My mani and Pedi tech is Julie. She’s very professional, friendly, and completes her services quickly and efficiently. This is not to take away from the other techs who are also very dedicated to doing their jobs as well. Better call for appointments on any weekend, this place is Pumped. :)

    Very friendly very clean and open floor plan. They also use liners in their foot spas which is rare. Whitney or Julie are Fabulous!
