First time visiting this location.I was super impressed with how clean the place was, including the large restroom and was handicapped accessible.I didn’t have an appointed but waited less than ten minutes to be seated.Nelly or Neely, please forgive me for the name confusion, she was awesome.I had a lot of hair cut off, at least ten inches, she gave me the cutest cut. Not only was I 100% satisfied, but when I got home, my spouse was equally as satisfied.Excellent haircut, excellent value, excellent service !

The guy that did my daughter hair did a pretty good job. He made her feel comfortable and my daughter wants to continue getting his hair cut with him. I believe his name was Patrick he gave her a wolf cut / butterfly cut. Thank you

She was very sweet and made it a lovely experience for my daughter.I went here for the first time and quick chop and was very happy with the results. Nelly was super sweet and very professional. She gave her advice and helped me achieve the look I was going for. Thumbs up.

My water heater had broke and we did not a bit of hot water. I could not wash my long hair in a cold shower. I was a walk in and with in 15 minutes my hair was being washed. And then had about 5 inches of hair cut off. The young lady that took care of me Was good, thoughtful, respectful, and kind.

First time here and Samae is awesome! Her scissors were very sharp so I dont get split ends from unsharpened scissors like other places. She takes her time and her conversation skills are wonderful. I did reserve a spot online and I like the reservation system they use. It was easy and we could see who is next in line. The only downside is the reservation system doesnt allow me to request Samae all the time, which I plan on doing from now on. Great cut for a great price from a well trained stylist. Thanks Samae! Have to say Ive been a salon girl and loyal to a fault. I recently moved to a farm in St cloud. I was desperate for a salon but could not find one I was interested in investing in. I found great clips on narcoosee. Holy cow what a find. Ive now been going there for over a year. First of all, you are in and out in a flash. Second, my hair looks great! Third, its ridiculously affordable. And lastly, the staff is fantastic! So, if you still doubt, go and ask for Darlene. Seriously you will not know you didnt go to a salon and you still have money in your pocket and some free time!

A nice place to get a haircut. The staff is pretty friendly. Not all of them are talkative but thats just fine by me. The store always looks nice and with the online check in I never have any trouble getting in. As long as your clear about what you want theyll make it happen.
