Cris took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offering creative suggestions that perfectly complemented my style and the events theme.The hairstyling was nothing short of breathtaking! Cris expertly crafted a stunning look that held up beautifully throughout the night. I received countless compliments on my hair.As for the makeup, it was flawlessly applied and accentuated my features wonderfully. She is truly the best!

It is amazing from the moment you walk in the door. The warm welcome, the beautiful relaxation room and the services, oh the services. While getting my facial with Brooke, I was saying a praying, filled with thankfulness that I was able to spend an hour being pampered. EVERY mom I know should come and be pampered!

I had my first Hydrofacial from Krystel. I was a little nervous because I have sensitive skin, but she walked me through the process and was so gentle and comforting. I love the results: smoother brighter softer face… and it was so calming and relaxing. Krystel is such a pro! She has done my lash extensions for 9 yrs with special attention to my sensitive eyes. Nobody else will touch them !!!

First of all, the spa is absolutely gorgeous and I instantly felt relaxed the moment I stepped in the doors. I saw Monica for my Jeuveau injections and couldn’t be happier. In 2022 my sister hosted my bridal shower there. In 2024 I hosted her bridal shower at the same place. All this to say that we would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to relax, to receive outstanding spa services and host events. From the planning, the accomodation, the organization of activities, the setup and break down, they were on point in assisting us. I had my first visit today at this gorgeous salon and spa, and I have to say I was blown away! I had appointments for haircut, color, mani & pedi and each and every one of these technicians went on & beyond to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. The details and customer service not to mention the professionals working there is fabulous! The nail tech Kristen is the Best nail tech I’ve ever been to & Jenean ( the owner) spent at least 30 minutes with me talking about what I wanted done prior to starting my color/cut. I cannot wait to go back and use some of their other services and share this newfound gem with my friends and family! I promise you, you will not be disappointed

Went in for an immune infusion with Olivia and it was great!! She was very clean, professional and gentle. The space was very relaxing and clean as well. Olivia made sure to ask exactly what I wanted almost a week in advance to ensure they would have it in stock. The only downside was the front desk seemed somewhat flustered and tried to get her to finish my second bag of fluids in a second appointment because they were not going in fast enough and it was closing time. Fortunately Olivia was a great advocate and nurse and I will not need to and was able to finish the infusion. They only allot 45 min for infusions, and this definitely needs to be at least an hour. Overall this was a great experience and I feel amazing! I would definitely return again.

My hydrafacial with Meghan and my Swedish message with Dawn were BOTH AMAZING! I was offered drinks while I waited, and time to go in the incredible eucalyptus steam bath between appointments. I have never been so relaxed in my life! I recommend Bartram Spa and Salon to anyone!

I also had Royall who did my hair and she does such amazing work, definitely call and book with her. Then I had a facial with Meghan, if you want to feel relaxed I recommend going with her. This spa is super clean and the service is amazing!

Today was my first day visiting this salon and it wont be my last. From walking in and speaking to Stacey who was absolutely the sweetest lady, to meeting with my Aesthetician Lindsey, this spa experience was worth every penny. The environment was so relaxing and the service was amazing. Even the other customers I spoke with were nice. Lindsey was very knowledgeable about an issue I had and provided me with a solution going forward. Cant want to visit again. Thanks for the amazing experience ladies.

I went to the Bartram spa while on vacation for a facial. The staff is warm and welcoming. The facilities are posh and calming, with plush, comfy couches and chairs. There is a nice assortment of refreshments while you wait for your services.My aesthetician, Meghan, gave me a thorough repairing facial. She was very friendly and I left with clear, smooth, and hydrated skin.I highly recommend this spa and will be back when next I am in the Jax area.

I came in with a girlfriend to get the relaxing facial and steam pedicure. The entire experience was state of the art. Warm greeting right when we came in, escorted to where we change, they made us mimosas as we enjoyed the different saunas.The relaxing facial was amazing, I almost fell asleep, she did an incredible job. My skin felt/ looked hydrated, clean and rejuvenated - it was an excellent experience.At the same time we were also getting our pedicure which included the steam (instead of water) and reflexology was part of the package. I could have been there for hours! Having both of these services done at the same time was heaven.I would recommend the relaxing facial and steam pedicure to anyone who wants to treat themselves, have an amazing girl day or even for a gift.I would give this experience more stars if I could! Everyone was so kind and inviting making us both feel completely relaxed and pampered.

I had a wonderful experience with Becky. She matched my hair color perfectly to my natural dark brown. She gave me the exact cut I wanted without taking off the length I had. She was extremely professional but so friendly and wonderful to chat with! I cant say enough great things about her. The atmosphere is gorgeous, relaxing and a wonderful experience in itself.

My day at Bartrum Spa and Salon was very relaxing and much appreciated. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendliness and enthusiasm by my esthetician Lindsey and the receptionist. The atmosphere was very calming. After changing, I was guided to a seating area where a mimosa was waiting for me and serene music was playing as I waited for my session with Lindsey. The room was decorated beautifully and I couldn’t help but lean into the plush couch and admire the attention to detail. Lindsey was absolutely amazing from the moment I entered her room. I didn’t feel rushed through my facial and she made me feel so relaxed during that time. She is extremely knowledgeable and great at her craft. Every question I had she answered and gave me great product recommendations. I would most certainly recommend not only Bartram Spa and Salon but if you have the chance, make sure you book a session with Lindsey!! Overall, it was a great experience and I left with glowing skin and a relaxed state of mind. I’m still getting compliments on my “glowing” skin.

Since I started seeing her, my skin has cleared up and has diminished my acne, helped my pigmentation, and has brought life back into my face and restored my confidence. I went in for a HydraFacial with Ashley. I had such an amazing experience! Ashley made me feel very comfortable and educated me throughout the service. We discussed my at home skincare routine but at no point did I feel like she trying to sell me unnecessary products. After my facial I felt refreshed and my skin had an incredible glow. I absolutely only trust my skin care needs to Ashley Phillips who is a Medical Aesthetician. She is very welcoming from the moment she greets you. You feel right at home. I have been a client of Meghan Waters since 2019. I had thought about Microblading my very sparse brows for years but was apprehensive about the procedure. After seeing the natural and beautifully shaped brows on two of the stylists at the salon, I knew I had found the right Aesthetician! Meghan is fantastic to work with. She asks questions, listens and proceeds to explain every step as she creates her masterpieces! Meghan loves her clients and wants them to be more than happy with the results. I get so many compliments on my brows! If you have been procrastinating wait no more! It’s so much fun to once again have beautiful brows! Thank you Meghan!

She explained step by step what she was doing and how it would benefit which many do not do. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I came in for partial highlights and a cut. Paid $160 before tip for shoulder length hair. Very disappointed because I did not get the bright blonde hair lights I asked for. It truly looks the same as before. I hate feeling like I wasted my money. The stylist started taking half my highlights out before the others and then after that decided they the others weren’t done yet and set me under the dryer again. Truly, none of it was ready. I got the yellow blonde I told her I did not want. The salon looks very nice, clean and professional which is the only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1.Update - 11/10/20I really appreciate both manager and stylist wanting to ensure I was happy with my hair. They got me in for a complimentary highlight to help me get the results I was looking for. Thank you!

Crisalida is just the BEST!!! I have been going with her for years now and she has never ever disappoints. I have loooots think, mixed, course hair and she is the ONLY one that have been able to manage and make it pretty! She is amazing with color, her hair cuts give my hair life again every single time i go for a hair cut! Her blow drys leaves your hair so amazingly shiny and the my curls lasts forever looking good. And let’s talk about her keratin treatment, they are just A.M.A.Z.I.N.G Long story short she has just magic hands for hair, she is just the BEST. I recommend her 100%.

I have been to indulge twice now (Samantha Yagl is my girl) and couldnt be happier! She did an absolutely AMAZING job with my color and cut. When I first went to her, the poor thing spent hours undoing what another salon did that I was so unhappy with. She took the time to strip all of it out and helped me start fresh. Today, we were finally able to re-intruduce color the correct way and it looks incredible! Ive had so many compliments in just the 2 hours since I left there. I will be sending ALL my girls over knowing how much they spoil us and do EXACTLY what were going for. Im so glad I found a new place thats this wonderful to their customers!

Ms. Fern was the absolute best... I’m the last minute type and I literally called The Bartram Spa last minute and Ms. Fern ran to the back and personally asked the PA Mrs. Victoria if she could please squeeze me in, Victoria agreed, and even stayed behind past her shift to see me... but wait my experience gets better... both Fern and Victoria were warm and super friendly, Victoria was extremely knowledgeable and great with her hands I felt no pain or discomfort during my procedure (injectables) the spa was amazingly beautiful and clean very modern and upscale... I am returning in a few weeks and I am so looking forward to it.... I would recommend this place to anyone!! They Rock!!!

Have not been to this spa for services yet but they sell my favorite skin care, Eminence. Placed an order during quarantine and received the wrong product BUT was informed that my product was on back order and the one I actually received retails for a higher value and is similar to the product I ordered. I love the Eminence line and am happy with all of their products so after talking with Lisa, I felt much better. The experience was wonderful even with the miscommunication. I truly appreciate how everything was handled and that I even received a free gift with purchase - the rosehip oil. I will definitely be back for future purchases!!

I came in a month ago in so much pain on my lower back. I saw Dawn for a massage. She has a background in physical therapy and advised me on what I should do to help my back. I followed her advice and low and behold it helped! Needless to say I came back a month later for a follow up massage. Ive never enjoyed massages. (Can you believe that?) But Dawn is AMAZING and has changed my mind on the matter. My back is still healing but with her help I am on the road to recovery. I definitely recommend you see her if you need a good massage!

I had a truly wonderful experience doing hydrofacial treatments with Ashley. I have had issues with my skin for years, clogged pores, discoloration, oiliness ect. She helped me get my skin healthy, and actually took the time to explain the products I needed and why I needed them. My skin glows now, and I absolutely love it. I even feel comfortable not wearing make up, which I used to not leave the house without it on. I am so thankful for Ashley, I recommend everyone to see her!

This is by far my favorite salon in Jacksonville! Brittney and Nicole are amazingly talented and I wouldnt trust my hair with anyone else. I have very dark, natural curly hair that is now almost blonde and much healthier since taking my business to this salon. Brittney and Nicoles knowledge regarding the lightening/coloring process and treating damaged hair (mostly from straightening) has helped me tremendously with attaining the look and feel I want. I would give 100 stars if I could!

My hairstylist daughter moved away, so I had to look elsewhere. Scary! Where to start looking? I knew I wanted a salon that used Goldwell Colors (the best!). Indulge does! I was lucky enough to find Sarah (also the best) My color looks so natural and my cut is perfect every time. Sarah listens and gives me just what I want! 3 years with Sarah and, hopefully, many more to come!

Nina does a fantastic job working behind the scenes, and Mollie is the BEST hair hair stylist AND colorist I have EVER had in my ENTIRE life! Had a great haircut and treatment with Molly. She was able to accentuate the curl in the hair and reduce the frizz, and not suggest treatments (such as highlights) that dry my hair out. She was also able to provide suggestions on things to do at home with the products that I already use. Great visit, and I will be sure to return.

I have been going to the Spa at Bartram Park for years and absolutely love it. I see Ashley for my facials and esthetic services and she is so knowledgeable and also makes the experience so comfortable and enjoyable. The staff is so very friendly and accommodating. No need to look anywhere else for your spa services.

Loved my spa day at this Salon! We spent the weekend in St. Augustine for my birthday and I was treated to a Spa day. From the time I arrived to checking out, every one was professional and friendly. I indulged in a massage, facial and mani/pedi. The massage was to die for. Just the right amount of pressure and so relaxing. The facial was wonderful. Even left with some great skin care advice. And my mani and pedi was perfect. All the ladies were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. One note. If you are a plus size woman/man, this is a great place to go! Being plus size, you can be treated differently in spas. (table capacity, chair width, ect) These ladies treated me like any other client and made me feel extreemly comfortable. Next time I am in St. Augustine I will definitely stop in.

Myself, Julianne, and Stacy had an amazing Thursday night at the spa. We were pampered like queens. Our C02 facials were awesome and estheticians were there to educate us on the importance of taking care of our skin. They showed us different products that we could try and they demonstrated how to use them. We were offered wonderful refreshments, hors d oeuvres and even a chair massage. We also got to meet Dr. Garcia who was helpful in answering our questions about his services. So you see it doesnt get much better then that. Thanks to Jenean Bratton for making our spa night happen!!!!!

Bonnie brought my hair color from a drab brassy mess to a beautiful sunny bronde with face framing highlights. She also did a Brazilian Blowout that smoothed my frizz and gave me the hair I always wished I had. I get compliments all the time and always tell them to see Bonnie @ Indulge!

I really love this place. People are so nice and friendly.Dont be fooled by old negative reviews. This place now has new owners and brand new staff as well!I had a wonderful facial.
