Theres not enough good things to say about HelloSmooth!! I have treated with Pilar many times and adore her. I had an amazing experience yesterday with Frankie for a skin analysis, dermaplane and Hydrafacial!IFrankie and Pilar are absolutely amazing—so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Frankie made me feel completely at ease throughout my appointment, and Pilar is always incredibly thorough and attentive. They both go above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable and happy with the results. The office is clean, inviting, and so well-organized. The office staff is also the sweetest! I can’t recommend Hello Smooth enough—thank you, Frankie and Pilar, for such an exceptional experience!

I have been going to Hello Smooth for years. I have gotten so many different services over the years. The latest was SkinTyte and BBL HEROIC. After two treatments my skin looks amazing. I think everyone should do this treatment! Much less redness and spots. Much more even tone all over. Pilar is my favorite but honestly everyone there is so nice, friendly and welcoming. I have had only good experiences. I also love the annual event in November and really try never to miss it.

This place actually changed my life!! Started with laser treatments on my face and went from shaving every single day to not having to shave at all!! After several months of treatment on my face I decided to go for all areas 🤣 it’s been so worth it and I have zero regrets. Racquel is amazing!!!!As a PCOS girlie, i appreciated her transparency from the beginning of the necessity of getting my hormones under control for this to be successful and it has. I’ve done laser hair removal in the past with another provider and had a much different experience. I cannot recommend Hello Smooth enough!!

Oh my goodness I had the best experience with Hello Smooth! The staff I worked with are Pilar, Hanna, and Taylor, and they were were extremely knowledgeable about the medical perspective of Dysport. They understood and knew exactly what I was dealing with and how the pain of my TMJ symptoms could be alleviated. The results have been life-changing! My pain level was around a 7-8 on a scale of 1-10, now my jaw pain sits around a level 4, improving about 50%!! I will most definitely be back to work with these amazing ladies!

I highly recommend Hello Smooth! There was a spa that provided similar services across the street from where I lived and I still chose to drive 25 minutes to this med spa. Everything was about luxury, however, it was easy to see that this is a place with highly qualified practitioners who are so well trained that it is quite impressive and guarantees that the patient is in good hands.I had the extraordinary opportunity of having a consultation with Pilar Hogans and I couldnt be more happy with my experience. Pilar has been internationally trained and is so experienced, intelligent and careful in her appraisals of what needs to be done that her expertise is just so obvious. The consultation that I had with Pilar involved looking at the underlying musculature as different from skin laxity that I suffer from. Her predictive ability to see what might happen as my skin relaxed over time was a great way to judge what the next step might be to improve my appearance. I cant tell you how much I appreciate such a thorough, scientific, patient, thoughtful, kind and considerate provider that Pilar is. She ultimately recommended that I not do anything at this time showing me that Hello Smooth and Pilar are not in it for the money but for the true and beneficial needs of the patient. I’ve been receiving laser hair removal treatments from Racquel and can’t rave enough about my results so far! We’re about half way through my treatment package, and she and her laser have already transformed me from the 1st place winner in a Sasquatch Lookalike Contest to an almost hairless lady. Just a few more sessions left and I’ll win a 1st place trophy in a Sphinx Cat Lookalike Contest.Jokes aside, the entire staff at Hello Smooth is so kind and welcoming every time I come in, and their facilities are always clean and well kept. As soon as you walk in, you’re welcomed by the front desk staff Taylor, Hannah, or Crystal. The check in process is smooth (pun intended ha). The place is decorated so cute! Once taken back to a treatment room, I’m either treated by Racquel , Pilar, or Franki depending on my treatment for that day. I have gotten laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, hydrafacials, filler, Dysport, skin peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and laser resurfacing. Hello Smooth does it all! Racquel is my main provider for laser hair removal and tattoo removal. I’ve built such a great relationship with her over the years. She’s all around good vibes. Franki holds 2 roles; esthetician and therapist. Of course she’ll transform your skin and tailor your treatments to your skins needs, but she’s also such a great listener! Pilar has magical hands & precision! My lips, forehead, and eyes THANK YOU. She definitely listens to my vision and wants for injectables and executes 10/10 every time. My face looks so natural and not overdone. Once any treatment is done, if I have any questions about after care, anyone on the team is happy to answer as they are all knowledgeable. I found Hello Smooth on Instagram a few years ago and had been following them for a while when their annual sale came around in 2022. I am not an impulse buyer, but decided on a whim to purchase a laser hair removal package and I am SO glad that I did. I have never been a huge fan of med spas. I always feel awkward, intimidated, self conscious, and pressured to purchase things I did not intend. I have had such an opposite experience at Hello Smooth in the most positive way. The girls ALL make you feel so welcome and comfortable. My laser hair removal package has been going amazing (only regret is not pulling the trigger on it sooner) and now I am in the process of working on my skin care journey through micro needling, laser facials, and injectables. After a rough year, I needed something to kick start my confidence a little and my skin is already looking light years better and we are just getting started. The biggest plus for me is that there is absolutely no pressure by anyone when it comes to purchases. A lot of places will try to sell you on the most expensive services they offer and most expensive products they sell, but Hello Smooth showed me what would benefit me the most based on what I am trying to achieve instead of trying to upsell me on what they wanted me to buy. I had a consultation on May 3rd for laser hair removal. Being a woman of color, I did my research on Med spas that treated all skin types and tones. So being that I heard great things about Hello Smooth, I decided to give them a try.Walking into Hello Smooth, I must say the atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming. Ms. Hanna at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile, and helped me get signed in. I was then called back, and Ms. Natasha met with me. We went over all the services that I was interested in, and she was very informative. Next the Nurse practitioner Ms. Pilar met with me and assessed the areas that I wanted to treat. I love the fact that she was honest with me, and informed me on treatments that I could hold off on or didnt honestly need. That showed me the business integrity in wanting to honestly help people instead of up-charging them, which I can truly appreciate.After, I met with Natasha again and went over the cost of treatment. Low and behold I hit a special, which was awesome!. I was then given the option of having my first session right then and there. Which I did.Let me tell you it wasnt as bad as I thought, but I cant lie I had to get used to some areas being zapped lol. I appreciate that I was briefed on what I should expect during the treatment.And I was serenated during my session by Pilar jamming out to some nice tunes. Along with some shared laughs, it was a nice first experience. Ms. Hanna than helped me get scheduled for my next few appts. Over all It was an enjoyable first experience. Im happy I chose to try Hello Smooth.

I absolutely love Hello Smooth! I met with Pilar in December 2020 on my consultation visit for laser hair removal and she was very upfront that because I have natural red hair, there are some hairs that will not be affected by the laser. She did a test area and had me come back two weeks later. After dealing with unwanted chin/upper neck hair for the better part of 15 years, I could tell a major difference in the test area. I decided to proceed with the 9 sessions that Pilar recommended and I am so happy that I did!! I knew that not all my hairs would go away but the dark, unwanted ones have definitely decreased to almost none. Throughout my sessions, I worked with both Pilar and Racquel. They are both extremely knowledgeable and made me feel as comfortable as possible. The last of my 9 sessions will be in December 2021. Finding Hello Smooth has definitely been a saving grace for me over the past year. I feel so much more confident and comfortable in my own skin and I don’t worry that people are staring at my “beard” as I use to call it. I HIGHLY recommend Hello Smooth!

I really never wore bathing suits in public or even around friends because of my “ugly” bikini line. I had a lot of bumps, scarring, and dark marks covering it. Because of the way my hair grows in, I continuously would get ingrown hairs that caused most of the marks. Someone recommended laser in order to stop getting ingrown hairs and clear up my skin. I knew it was expensive, so I avoided the idea. However, seeing Hello Smooth results all over my Instagram, I was inspired to go in for a consultation.Natasha was my consultant and she made the entire process a smooth sail. I was honest about my financial concerns and she shared all possible options I had for paying for the sessions. After going home with all the information to think about it, I ended up going right back that same day for my first session!As my fourth session was coming up, I realized I haven’t even shaved since before my last session! Only a few sessions in and my hair has been growing much less and thinner. Also, with the laser I haven’t had any ingrown hairs! My bikini line is close to being completely scar free. I have already been to the beach three times and didn’t even hesitate putting a bikini on.On top of my great, quick results, the staff at this location is always super friendly, flexible, and welcoming. I was referred to Pilar for lip filler and after our intial appointment she expressed to me that I needed to dissolve my previous filler from the years as it migrated and gave me a very unnatural look, I had no idea this could have even been done! No more Ronald McDonald eyebrows for me!Ive gotten Botox done before by different people in the industry. Some injected too much, some injected too little, but everyone I went to always made my eyebrows look rounded (lifted towards the middle and going downwards at the outer corner). Pilar and her staff at Hello Smooth are so kind and welcoming. The spa itself is beautiful and they do a great job of making you feel relaxed and comfortable. I have seen Pilar in the past for Dysport in order to help with forehead wrinkles, which worked wonders. On a recent visit I was complaining that my hands had started to look very bony and aged. Pilar recommended filler and within minutes of the injections my hands looked 10 years younger! Accept for the tiny numbing shot it was pain free and no down time. Pilar is a perfectionist, and just like with the Dysport, she took the extra time to make sure everything looked natural and not overdone. I am thrilled at the fast and incredible results. I highly recommend Hello Smooth and cant wait to try out some of their other services.
