    Anna always does my nails, she is extremely professional, very kind, and her work is impeccable. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her. This time, I chose color 009 for my nails with an almond shape. Without a doubt, this has been my favorite manicure!

    I have been coming to see G, Tracy and Ken for almost 2 years and I wouldnt see anyone else. G does my toes only and does the best job and no one else is ever doing them but him. Tracy is great with nails and designs when I get them. She also has done my daughters nails from time to time and she takes her time and makes sure she gets what she wants but also makes it a great experience for her. (She is 13 so doesnt get nails often) My friend always sees Ken and he is awesome as well. He always changes up her nails and when you ask for something he goes over and beyond. This group is not only a great team but the best set of nail techs you could ask for. Most places or people try to rush you and dont do a great job while these people make sure your getting your moneys worth. I will tell you I have never not had nails lift after 2 weeks but not with my team. I come every 4 weeks and they still look great like the day I got them just a little grown out.

    Suzy is amazing! I can bring an idea and she can always make it even better! She’s not heavy handed, my full set (and fill-in) that she did on me have a nice profile- not big and thick! I haven’t seen anyone in there leave with ugly nails. And the shop is clean and beautiful!! SO worth the drive from Arlington!!

    I love my experience at the Durban nail spa, It was my first time there and my first time getting my nails done, But Miss Jenny took good care of me, I was able to go in Without even setting an appointment. The people there are very warm and friendly. 5 stars will come back! 💗

    This is hands down the BEST nail salon around town! If you aren’t coming here you are surely missing out. The experience from walking in and being greeted by the front desk ladies to the whole feel of the clean salon, to getting the best fill for my nails. I highly recommend this place and will continue to keep coming back. My nail tech Andy is simply amazing and always does an outstanding job. I do hair for a living so I am rough in my nails. But no matter what I do my nails look like they were freshly done. I am constantly getting compliments on my nails and every time I tell them to go to durbin nails. Try this place out because trust me I refuse to go to any other nail salon.

    This Nail Spa is just amazing! I have been going here for three years, primarily for pedicures. However, sometimes I have them buff my fingernails and make them shiny. The shine lasts for weeks. The person that is an expert at this buffing is G. I highly recommend this place.

    I’ve been going to this salon for about a year now. I have had several different people do my set before, and it was okay, you win some you lose some. But then I found Janice..and now I wont see nobody else. Everytime I see her, my nails are better than the picture I brought her. See Janice, everytime. Lol If she leaves Im going to follow. Lol

    I go here very often and am always satisfied, this past time I went to a different place with my friends and my nails were way less that satisfactory. I booked it over to this salon and they got me in immediately to fix my nails and did such an amazing job!! Highly recommend this salon they do good work and staff is very nice! I attached a before and after photo between the two salons!

    I’m visiting Jacksonville and needed to get my nails done! They accepted to do my nails prior to the store closing. G and TRACY were AWESOME!!!! The amount of effort and detail they put into my nails was incomparable to other salons. I’m DEFINITELY coming back here when I visit again. I really recommend coming here to get your nails done regularly!

    I always make sure to see Tony or Angel. They’re both fantastic and do an amazing job. My nails regularly last 3-4 weeks and even then, I only come in because of grow out. I do gel every time and their selections are 10/10.

    I went to get my nails done last week on Thursday, at first I was skeptical on coming in because I heard mixed reviews. But I really needed to get my nails done, so I called ahead because I wanted to see if they were busy since I did not have an appointment (and it was when the storm Nicole was passing Jacksonville so I wanted to see if it was still open) and they said they werent so I went in. I showed the nail tech, Linda the picture of the nails I wanted and she did an AMAZING job ! The first photo is the photo of what I showed her, the rest is what I got ! The price was 95$ which in my opinion isnt bad since I asked for pearls on my nails plus the design. I gave a 18% tip so in total in was about 112$ ! I love love lovee them so much, I will definitely be coming back and asking for Linda again!

    I always have the best experience here. Tran does my nails and she’s so detailed and very clean. She always does an amazing job. For my toes it’s Nicole and honestly she’s the best. Not only at the job, but as a person. She always remembers me and what I get done. She’s always checking in and seeing if I like the job. As long as they are here I will always be back. Highly recommend. I have gotten my nails done by others and everyone is very good here, but I love my girls Tran and Nicole. If you decide to go please ask for them. You will not be disappointed.

    I can’t say enough about this salon. Everyone is super friendly from the moment you walk in to the time you leave.     I have been to Durbin, maybe about 2 time before, when they were towards the front of Durbin Pavilion. Today, I was feeling good, and decided to go in and get a pedicure and manicure. So so glad I did. Ms. Joanne did an outstanding job, and made me so comfortable. So, glad me and her connected, she definitely has a new customer. Thank you my friend for such a great experience.     First time coming here and I had a fabulous experience! Beautiful pedicure section and I had a wonderful pedicure. My husband joined me and did not have the same experience. He had the classic pedicure as he really just goes for the foot massage and has no nail polish of course. Everywhere we have ever gone, the pedicurist will just give him a longer foot massage using the allotted time. This was not the case, his pedicure was finished in less than 14 mins and 5 mins of that time was filling the bowl. She barely did anything and when he said no polish, she got up and left..for $32 that was really unacceptable and then she had someone ask for her tip…

    I came in today for my fill , and Jenny is the BEST. Everything I asked for and the picture I showed her I wanted my nails to look like she did EXACTLY that. Always goes above and beyond.     First time visiting this salon and it was a great experience! My mom and I got pedicures and I got a regular manicure/ my mom got dip with chrome. Our nails and toes look great!Their location is beautiful and can accommodate a lot of clients without a long wait. We did not have an appointment but they were able to get us in quickly!

    I’ve been using this salon for years. Initially because I found the most awesome woman for pedicures. Then I branched out to my hands. Tran has been the best nail tech I have ever experienced. I’m sure others compare but I won’t take the chance. Come on in! You will be happy when you leave.

    I’ve been going to Durbin Nail Spa for the past 4 months and I absolutely LOVE this salon. Aside from the salon being very pretty and clean, the service is always really great!! The young girls at the front desk are always really nice and friendly and ALL the technicians that have ever provided a service for me (whether pedicure, manicure or Acrylic/gel fill, have been really great!! Everyone is so nice, so friendly, so accommodating - it’s a pleasure to go there every single time. 5-Star service for sure!! :)

    I had a good experience, they had a huge wall of colors you could chose from whether you were getting acrylics, gel, sns or anything you needed color for. I would say there were atleast a hundred colors or more on the wall. It was also very bright and clean on the inside. I brought in a reference photo for the design I wanted and a reference photo for the shape I wanted and they turned out even better than I expected. I didn’t get his name but the man who did my nails when it came to the line work seemed to really pay close attention to it and made sure they came out perfect which I really appreciated and after every step through the whole process since the moment I had sat down he approved everything by me before moving on whether it was the shape of the nail, confirming again that I liked the shade of nail polish, and even confirming after each little line if I liked how they looked. The nails don’t feel bumpy or thick at all either, my biggest pet peeve when getting my nails done is when it feels like they are rushing your nails and it felt like he was taking his time with mine. There was a nail, my left middle finger, which you can probably see in the photo, that he did cut a little too close to the cuticle which caused some bleeding and did sting a little but it wasn’t too bad and didn’t bother me too much so I let him continue. Although, my only somewhat complaint is that I didn’t feel like there was a broad selection for shades of brown, it was either a super dark brown, very pale almost grey brown or one singular yellowish type lighter brown which could just be a me problem wanting a specific color. Overall I had a great experience and I absolutely love the nails I came out with and would definitely go again or recommend to a friend!

    This is the cleanest and nicest nail salon I’ve been to in a while. Everyone I’ve encountered, from receptionists to nail techs, has been nice, professional and welcoming. Q is who has done my nails every time I go, and he does a wonderful job with my nails, takes his time and makes sure everything is done right. I have always made appointments since I never know how busy they will be on any given day, so I cannot speak for walk-in times (though I’ve seen others walk in and not wait longer than just a few minutes). Overall, I recommend Durbin Nails and am happy with the services I’ve received.

You can tell all the employees respect and care for another along with customers that come to make you feel like family.     I had to leave feedback of my wonderful nail spa experience on my anniversary trip to Florida. My husband had his first pedicure here and I enjoyed the fabulous royal pedicure. I wanted to thank Ken for doing such a lovely job on my Aqua blue dipping powder nails. They’ve last a full month and I got so many compliments even as they grew out.     Durbin Nail Spa is a wonderful place to go to get your nails done and relax for a good price. The quality of their work is superb and never fails to amaze me. They have so many options and it can be overwhelming at times.They offer 222 OPI regular/gel colors, 309 DND regular/gel colors, 12 Cat Eye gel colors, 12 marble colors, and 12 mood colors. It doesnt end there, with over hundreds of options for dip powder (also known as SNS to many). They have 106 OPI dip powder colors that match with the regular/gel OPI colors, 66 SNS dip powder colors, 256 Nail Revolution dip powder colors, 12 glow dip powder colors and 12 chrome/glitter dip powder colors.This place is very spacious and never feels crowded, even on a busy Saturday afternoon. Theres 16 pedicure chairs, not including the 2 kid chairs and the 8 VIP chairs. They have 2 bathrooms that are clean. There are two rooms for waxing, with one also for getting eyelashes put on. Theres 20 tables to sit down at and get your nails done. You can also sit at the 10 chairs in the waiting section.They offer a complimentary soft drink or water, including Sprite, coke, diet Coke, and water. They also offer red or white wine with any pedicure excluding the classic one. They have a variety of magazines to read, with publishers such as Ok!, Star, Us, inTouch, Lifestyle, and People. They also play music that is calming and almost puts me to sleep when I get a pedicure!All the nail techs wear black and has a cohesive look even though they dont have a specific uniform. They do wear different color on Sundays though. The nail techs are all very friendly and I enjoy talking to them while they do my nails. Theyre all very talented and the designs that are offered here are so pretty!I definitely recommend coming here! Its near so many restaurants and shopping stores. I can get my nails done and show them off as I swipe my credit card at Ross or Burlington. It can be very busy on the weekends but the wait isnt too long at all. I cant wait to come back again!

    I walked in and was attended to immediately. I was over in a different part of town so this was my first visit. Front desk was friendly and polite. The manicurist who did my pedicure was very good. I did not like the chair at all. It was very uncomfortable and the massage didn’t work very well although it is obviously fairly new.     Looks beautiful, clean environment, friendly staff. Just felt a bit rushed in the massage portion of the pedicure and manicure. They are friendly and clean, just wish it was more an experience and felt the value of it in the money spent.

    Durbin has done it again! I love this place!! I never wait long to be seated even when I dont have an appointment. They are always able to accomplish the design I want no matter what picture I show them!! She even got it to look like water drops on my watermelon. I have not been disappointed one time with my nails here. I always get compliments from the nails I get done here. And it doesnt matter what tech does your nails everyone is good.

    I had Trish and can I just say she delivered !!! These nails are so perfect and I don’t know much about nails so I just came with a picture and lots of questions! As a novice nail goer she had me at complete ease answering every question and if I didn’t see sure she would always offer something similar for me to try! Really suggest this place!

    Durbin Nails is a stand out nail salon. Exceptional customer service, beautiful atmosphere, and warm courteous staff. Everyone has a story to share about their neighborhood nail salon, many change ownership on a regular basis, Durbin nails has expanded and grows to accommodate the clients and the staff as well. The prices at Durbin Nails are very good and they do everything they can to make the customers happy. I have been going there for four years and couldn’t be more pleased. Also, they have a comfy couch and a bar if you want to just chill or celebrate a special occasion. The nail spa is huge and fully staffed to accommodate large groups! Go have fun!

    Ive never been to such a great nail salon! Im traveling and couldnt use my normal salon so I tried Durbin. I am so glad I did! I was able to schedule an appt online which is always nice. The front desk team were so friendly and accommodating the salon is huge! I hardly had to wait. Janice was very sweet and friendly l. I showed her a photo of what Id like and she instantly assured me that she could most definitely do it for me. My experience at other salons would.be that the tech would.say they could do it, but in actuality, they couldnt. My nails came out exactly like the photo and it was obvious how talented and experienced Janice was from the second she began. And fast!     Jenny is a superstar! I just left a different salon so upset with acrylic nails that were too thick, uneven, and terribly painted. Heading out of the country tomorrow, so stopped in to get them taken off and reapplied. Jenny took them down to the studs, fixed them and 45 minutes later they look beautiful and fit for international travel!! And the salon is clean, modern, and beautiful. Go. There. See Jenny!
