Linda is the absolute best! My nail shape is always 10/10. I am as picking as they come and Linda never disappoints. On top of that Linda is amazing at nail art. I keep my nails a neutral nude with a little nail art here and there and there hasn’t been one thing she hasn’t been able to draw! She always will take the lead with creativity if I’m stump on what to do which I appreciate because she knows my style and taste now and I feel confident with her suggestions for my nails!I can go 5-6 weeks between appointments and my grow out is still acceptable (see photo)LOVE LINDA!

Tommy is the best! I have been a repeat customer since 2023. I met Tommy last year in October. And Ive been seeing him every 3-5 weeks ever since. I love Gloss, their customer service, their prices, I highly recommend. Ive also had my eyebrows waxed multiple times. My husband too, for a dare, but he ended up really liking how it looked. Lol. All in all, 10/10 recommend!

Booked with Kevin at Gloss Bartram & was not disappointed! Salon is beautiful, clean & peaceful. I opted for dip on my natural nails and Kevin was an expert and an incredible artist. I could come in with any design in mind or off Pinterest and he can make it happen! Kevin is professional, respectful and extremely talented and I will definitely be going back for my next dip mani & pedicure! Customer for life! 💅

I rarely leave reviews, but Heather @ Gloss was amazing so I wanted to show my appreciation to her! She listened to what I wanted, was meticulous and detail oriented which is hard to find. I was letting my nails breathe (no polish) after years of dip/gel etc and she suggested natural shine buffing WHICH I LOVE! It’s a few dollars as an add on but more than worth it… I will be back to see Heather on a regular basis!

I had Tina do my nails and she did more then an amazing job! It was so hard to find a nail artist that could actually do my nails the way I had asked. I have been to many that either refused to do coffin shaped because of my preferred nail length or simply left my nails uneven. She did even better then what I wanted and I’m so happy. She stayed after closing to finish my nails and did not rush it at all, she perfected my nails which was so kind of her. Definitely will come back again!

I have the best nail tech, Tony. He’s incredibly talented and does an amazing job. My nails last for Atleast 3 weeks and it’s the best experience. I have been going for 6 months now and I’m never going to go anywhere else.

I was gifted a gift card about a year ago and have been to Gloss several times. Each time, Ive had a good experience - the staff is friendly, youre attended to quickly and the pedicures are top notch. The only reason this isnt a 5-star review in my opinion is the price - particularly for the childrens manis. While I do expect to pay for the time the nail technicians spent on my littles who were with me, the services provided dont quite match what I paid. Would I return with them? Yes, but not likely a regular occurrence, rather a special occasion kind of thing.

Anny is my go-to nail lady here. She is friendly, professional and does such a clean job! Also, anytime I’ve done my nails anywhere else, the gel always lifts from my nails after 2 weeks and gets caught everywhere which ends up with me taking them off. Ever since I’ve been going here, Anny’s work leaves the gel on my nails for 4 weeks straight with no lifting whatsoever. Highly recommend, can’t say the same for many other nail spots around here, and I’ve tried many already before finding this gem!

5 star salon ~ I decided to pop in one day and have been coming back ever since ! . The Gloss Salon is what you expect when you want to pamper yourself . The salon is beautiful inside and cleanliness is top notch , the atmosphere is calming the music is never too loud . The staff are all professional and friendly and very welcoming their work is excellent I have never had a bad pedicure or manicure . They do it all from gel to dip ! I see Lin and Kim both are excellent manicurists . You will not be disappointed if you give Gloss a try trust me !

I came in to get my nails filled and get the color changed; I got a pink color with a matte topcoat and some rhinestones as an accent nail. Unfortunately there was something wrong with the polish and it looked weird (bubbled up/warped color). I came back in the same day and they quickly changed my color for no charge. Thank you Henry! Good prices, especially for the quality of work. I came with a group of 8 and made an appointment earlier in the morning. Very accommodating and half the group was kids. Everyone got pedicures and most also basic manicures. They handled the youngest girls (both five) wonderfully. I came back later in the day as my five year old walked on top of my foot immediately after leaving and they touched up my messed up toenail polish for free. The store is clean and tastefully decorated. I hope mom life lets me get back here soon.

Nails are beautiful & for the first time in a year & going to multiple nail salons in the area, I didnt end up with a broken nail or two (3 weeks out - going for a fill tomorrow). Linh at Gloss Nails in Durbin is awesome! I love coming to her. She takes her time and does a really good job with my gel pedicures. Linh does the best massage ever! She is so sweet and really cares about her customers. I was so happy I found her and I even brought my mom for a pedicure. My mom is very picky when it comes to her feet but she loved Linh! Ive been here a few times but the pedicure I just got from Jessie has made me a guest FOR LIFE. Jessie was so sweet and wasnt pushy about upgrading my services but let me know what they offered and would be good for me. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Im always on my feet for work so Im very experienced in foot/leg massages and when I say Jessie gave me the best massage of my life, I mean it!!! I feel so refreshed and I couldnt be happier with my pedicure.
