My first time visiting this location. Absolutely loved my technician Adrianna! She was great to talk to and made the whole experience comfortable and painless. Prices were a little higher than similar places in the area but worth it for ease of booking and quality of service. Will definitely be booking with her again in the future.

I’ve been going to this location for about a year now, and the center is so clean and the ladies in the front are the sweetest and most understanding women ever, I feel super comfortable going there each time. I’ve had a couple waxers and they are all amazing ladies, but the last time I went in, I had gone in on the wrong day by accident so I asked if there were any openings for that day and sure enough there were, and I have found my favorite worker there. Jalen is the GOAT. She’s so much fun to talk to, which I always think makes the experience easier, and it was just like talking to a friend. She got me so good. Definitely see her if you’re interested in going here.

Laura was quick, attentive, and brought great energy to our session! I’ll definitely be scheduling with her again before I leave. The front desk staff was also very kind. This was my first time at this location, and everyone was welcoming. However, I arrived after work and hoped to freshen up, but I noticed there were no toiletries available in the restroom. It might vary by location, but having those amenities would have been appreciated

I had a great experience with Adrianna at European Wax Center! I went in for an underarm wax, and she made the process quick and easy. She never force me to get extra stuff as she knows exactly what services I will get & if I change up she be rooting for me. I’ve been serviced by many waxers, but I’ve never had an experience as amazing as this one.I went in for a Brazilian and a butt (full) wax. Usually after a wax my skin is irritated and sensitive. Hailey M. provided me with the best experience I’ve ever had. Her technique was quick and painless. She was so professional and it was clear that she is passionate about her job. She even recommended products to me for my skincare needs.The front desk receptionist was also extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable about their service offerings and promotions. She helped me sign up for a wax pass that best suited my needs and gave me tips for my next visit.Overall, my experience was positive and I will definitely be going back to this location in the future!

The first person to do my waxing there was Lisa, who become my regular waxer. When the Durbin Park location opened, Lisa began working there and I followed her to that location. Though I have mainly requested Lisa for my waxing, I have always experienced professional service from all the waxers. They make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Infact, everyone I have encountered, which includes those who work at the front desk, are extremely friendly and professional. If you are looking for a place to go for your first wax or your one thousandth wax, give European Wax a try. Dont think you will be disappointed.
