I see Claire every 5 or 6 weeks for a deep tissue massage and she is amazing!! She finds every sore spot on my body and it is gone when I leave. She also does lots of stretches. I have a crooked spine , but my posture is much better now. I am 1 or 2 inches taller!

Eve at Kneady By Nature is the best. She doesn’t just provide a great massage, she listens to her clients and when appropriate, does what needs to be done to help them with pain and mobility. Eve studies her craft and shares those learnings with the client so they can help themselves between appointments. My husband has severe mobility issues and I am always grateful for her personalized care when he returns from a treatment. I can see the improvement. I also enjoy going for a great massage. She works hard to get to the bottom of any issues causing discomfort. She also provides a great relaxing massage. Thank you Eve!

Eve is amazing! I had stalled out a bit at physical therapy with swelling and after 1 session of lymphatic draining with Eve, almost all of the swelling in my arm was gone and I was able to start strength training. She also does amazing neuromuscular and medical massages.

I have been to SO many massage therapists in Indian River County to help with chronic lower back pain that I’ve been dealing with for a decade.. Yesterday I had the BEST Deep Tissue massage I’ve had in my life and I’ve had 100’s. I cried in my car after lol. Claire did a outstanding job. She listened to my problematic areas and she treated them better than anyone ever has.. last night I had the best night sleep I’ve had in years. I’ve been to a couple of therapist so far at this location and both have been great! I also get chemical peels by Becky and she is amazing! I can’t wait to come back.

I had been looking for a new massage therapist and came across Kneady By Nature in Sebastian and so glad I did! The office is quaint, peaceful and relaxing. Everyone there is professional, skilled, compassionate and very friendly. I highly recommend them! I’ve been seeing Eve (Evangeline) for the last several months for neuromuscular massage therapy. I’ve gotten the best massages ever! Eve is awesome and very knowledgeable of the muscularsystem and the whole body overall. Her medicinal and yoga background along with her amazing technique gives myachy body such relief. She’s a very nice and caring person and always ready to offer advise and suggestions on exercises or stretches you can do thatcan help you. If you want a great massage I definitely recommend Eve, she’s the best!

Highly, highly recommend! I would give 10 stars if I could. My 2 hour massage with Evangeline was one of the best massages Ive ever had. She was very professional, asking lots of questions about my health, and what I was looking to get out of the massage. During our conversations, she mentioned that she had a background in pharmacology, and had studied a lot about human anatomy, etc. Its obvious she has done the work to become an exceptional massage therapist.I wish I lived in Sebastian, as I would go to see her regularly. Ill have to settle for vacations. See you in September, Eve!

I have been going to this spa for quite a while now. Due to an injury I needed to get right in but my usual therapist was booked so I had a massage with Claire, even tho she is new she is AMAZING!, you either have it or not. Don’t let the fact that she is new stop you from the best massage ever. I have serious problems and she is the first person to really help me. She is naturally skilled and so very sweet. Have never felt this good after a massage!!!! I highly recommend her.

I am so glad I found Kneady By Nature! They have a Class A team of top notch professionals who are all skilled, knowledgeable, and very friendly and compassionate. Evangeline is an absolute wizard with massage techniques. It feels like pure magic, but I know its stemming from her vast knowledge of the muscular system, massage, yoga, etc. - the list goes on! I love how she helps explain how I can stretch and treat myself at home to ease pain and prevent injury. IMAGE skincare line is incredible. I have been using for 2 months and seeing notable brightening, clearing, and moisturizing. Becky is also a wealth of knowledge and does the best brows ever!! Cant wait to schedule a facial with her.

I had a 60 min massage with the owner, Kristine & she provided a perfectly relaxing environment with the most astute attention to detail. I went into the massage with the goal of relaxing and didn’t point out specific areas of concern. She identified trouble areas without even needing me to tell her and she was able to work out some issues I had been having. Kris is an experienced, professional, personable therapist who I look forward to working with again soon. I also had a facial with Kelly and she was knowledgeable, gentle and professional throughout the facial. The spa itself is bright and airy but relaxing and warm lending to the most relaxing experience. Highly recommend!

Best massage ever! I’ve been to see Kris twice and both times, I’ve been so impressed. First, let me just say, Wow!. My experience coming to this place was amazing! First, I had an appointment with Becky Smith for a Manzillian. I was pretty nervous, but she was super professional and knew what she was doing! Mrs. Becky has a wealth of knowledge, not to mention she is very gentle. For any men or women curious or nervous about getting their business scaped, I would with the utmost confidence recommend Becky Smith!! Now, after all the scaping business was completed, I also received a manjacial, and it soothed the waxed areas and was very relaxing! She gave me lots of good home care instructions to use and was very caring throughout the whole appointment. Just when I thought the treatment I received couldnt get any better, for some lucky reason, the stars aligned and I was seen during one of her special promotions, of getting a complimentary 1 hour deep muscle massage after receiving a wax treatment. So I booked my massage and was scheduled with the lovely Leslie Vos! She was outstanding, I thought it may have been luck that my first appointment was with a professional, but I really hit the jackpot with both of these two competent young women! Mrs. Voss took care of all my pained muscle points and was very knowledgeable about her profession. She was kind and a joy to be around! I would recommend her to all my closest friends and family! To summarize my experience.... It was out of this world and significantly better than any spa or message therapist I have ever been to, so i will definitely be back! Which brings me to the conclusion that they only higher the finest professionals at this establishment!! 10/5 🌟 Stars!

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Kayla was very pleasant and helpful and tried to fit me in right away. I went in for pain in my lower back and hip area. I was in desperate need of a massage and came out with not just the best massage I have had in 20 yrs but also with an education on how to stretch and alleviate some trouble areas. I have to thank Jennifer for this experience. She was very professional and explained every question I had. I also received some very helpful methods for stretching from Eve on the way out. I cannot say enough about Kneady By Nature and my experience there. I was in Sebastian last week for vacation and had been seeing a chiropractor for 7 weeks prior to my trip. My chiro suggested I get an MRI when I return. Well thanks to Debbie and her magic hands, that is no longer necessary! I had a 60 minute massage with her and then the March facial special with Maura and both ladies were AMAZING! I actually dozed off for a few minutes during my facial......that has never happened before. My experience was so good, I went back before heading home for another massage with Debbie.....this time for 90 minutes, pure heaven! (Keep an eye out for a spa treatment massage to be added to their services - over the top!) If these ladies were in my town, Id be getting these services on a monthly basis. Kristine is the most knowledgeable and professional massage therapist I have ever been to. I’m a long distance runner and have gone to her with various running associated issues which she’s always been able to help with. I recently injured my rotator cuff during an exercise class. I called Kris after driving 1000 miles from Ohio in quite a lot of pain and she got me in the same day! Needless to say she did an amazing job. She helped reduce the knots in my back and shoulders and also used a technique called “ Active Release” to undo years of discomfort and loss of range of motion in my hands all within two visits. She helped me realize there is hope and for that I am very grateful. Go see her, you’ll be glad you did. I’m making sure I see her again next time I’m in Sebastian! 10/10
