I recently got braided by Sierra. From the beginning she made me feel welcome and took time to understand what I really wanted. Very nice atmosphere, everyone is so friendly. Everyone working here is very experienced with their craft and you can tell that they truly care about their clients. They put the health of your hair above the dollar to earn. So if you are looking for a treatment that they feel your hair cannot handle they have no problem of letting you know. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. So if there is something that you are not pleased with, let them know as soon as possible. And they will do what they can to correct.

She didn’t take too much off. It was a perfect length. She added a little tinting to my eyebrows, which I had never done before, and I could’ve been more amazed at the transformation. 5 stars all around: customer service, atmosphere, hair care - all of it was done excellently. I went in to get my hair highlighted, and my hairstylist was so patient and pleasant. But after I left, I decided it wasn’t quite the look I was going for. I called the salon the next day and they got me in right away to fix it the way I had imagined at no extra cost. I don’t know much about hair or any of the right words to even describe what I wanted, but Sierra knew what I was looking for and found a solution immediately. She was so accommodating and kind and did a phenomenal job on my hair.

I moved into this area not too long ago. It has been very difficult trying to find a new hair salon. I have tried four…not happy with any! The last time I had my full highlights and lowlights done, I had to return for color correction. I have never had to do that before.In between cuts, I needed to have a blowout for an upcoming occasion, so with a bit of apathy, I called Master’s Touch Hair Studio and spoke with Melissa. At the time, I did not know she was the owner.She was helpful, extremely pleasant and very professional. She directed me to the right person for my service.When I entered the salon on the day of my appointment, the vibe was different than any other salon I had gone to around here. It was very warm and welcoming!I had my service done by Genevive. She was truly a breath of fresh air! I just wanna say Sierra Young went above and beyond. I have never had someone show me and cut the style before they actually did it on my hair and it gave me the biggest piece of mind ever when getting my haircut because unfortunately I do have hair trauma she helped me throughout the entire way. Sierra was absolutely amazing! I was in a hair “slump” if you will for many years. I always had a certain expectation and was satisfied but not overly happy with the cut or the color. I moved to Sebastian a month ago and hadn’t been to the salon for almost 11 months. I walked in looking like a stray dog lol and walked out feeling beautiful! She got everything right…more than just right, perfect! She did a full head of blonde foils and an absolutely perfect haircut! Her scalp massaging skills are the best I’ve ever had and the products she uses are organic and vegan made from coconut water making them safe for your hair and smelling phenomenal! I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Sierra!

Visit Sierra Young for braids! I’ve been wanting to braid my hair for the longest (which requires length) and several barbers don’t know what “keep the top” means. I went to Sierra and she listened. When she cut my hair she made sure it was enough to get rid of my dead ends, but kept my LENGTH. Not only that, I tried to go to some pretty known braiders around here and none of them would touch touch my hair because “it was too short”. Sierra did them without problems and they ended up looking amazing for more than a week.

This is my first time going to the salon based on suggestions from Facebook. I went in for a keratin treatment and a cut. GENEVIVE was my stylist and she was awesome. I have very curly frizzy hair and needed to use a heavy gel to contain it that would make it stiff and knotty. The keratin treatment has worked wonders. My hair is buttery soft, easily straightened and no more frizz or knots. I went back in over a week later just to get it cut a little shorter and a little more shape and GENEVIVE was awesome again. No extra charges. I would highly recommend this hair salon and GENEVIVE!!!
