    It is a major disappointment! I called this dermatology office and front desk told me what insurances they take. I changed my children’s insurance only so that they can go to this dermatologist. Since this is a rural area and there isn’t many providers nearby. This is not a want it is a need. Unfortunately, today I am told that they do not take that insurance the previously last week they told me they did. Not only is this frustrating, but I am told that the next available appointment would be June, mind you it’s February. This office is a joke. They clearly prefer Botox patients over medically needed patients. If you’re trying to find a dermatology office that will care about your health and well-being, look the other way. I kindly asked to speak to staff and the staff keeps picking up the phone and hanging up. Completely incompetent and unprofessional.EDIT: Mysteriously ended receiving a text and call for an appointment and I went. The doctor is very compassionate and understanding. I had such an amazing interaction with the doctor that I’m changing my review solely because it is not the doctors fault the staff at an earlier time were wrongful.

    I finally found a wonderful doctor & staff that made me feel confident I was not going to expire. The doctor & nurses explained what was going on with me, including the details of what they were going to do to diagnose the problem & what the treatment plan was going to be & what to expect after my results came back. They are the best!

    Best Deromatogist I ever met. She listened, took her time with me and really listened to me and cared about if I was on board with the form of treatment. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ADVANCE DEROMATOGIST. If I could give them 10 stars from receptionist to my nurse all the way to my Doctor.     Safe and comfortable environment. I made an appointment with Alexandra Pack to help get surgical clearance. She examined the surgical site on my hip and gave me a treatment plan to take care of my skin. Alexandra answered my questions and made me feel confident that I would be able to go ahead with my plans and that my condition was very common and easily treated.     I was very concerned about a growth on my thigh and was very lucky to get an appointment. The atmosphere was very nice and the staff was very friendly as was the doctor. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a compassionate doctor who listens to your concerns and puts you at ease.

    I have to say that I was extremely hesitant to utilize Advanced Dermatology’s services, as I had an extremely bad experience at the Winter Park location back in June of 2018, I never in my life experienced such poor customer service, nor have I ever been spoken to in such a condescending way as Brandon Nieves spoke to me! It was such a horrendous experience, and I will never forget it! On top of it all, I just noticed all these years later on the portal that he was extremely deceitful in his documentation in regards to the incident, and also must have intimidated the poor girl at the front desk to sign off as a witness… I’m so glad I didn’t see this prior to my appointment at the Spring Hill office yesterday on 11/11/21 with Dr. Lisa Nyanda-Manalo, as I would never had gone, and it sure would have been my loss, Dr. Lisa Nyanja-Manalo and her assistant Laura are both amazing, as well as the woman who greeted me when I first entered the building! The environment was unbelievably different than the Winter Park office!!!! I have been suffering from a rash for years, only to have it solved within the first five minutes by Dr. Myanda-Manalo, I left the office so happy and it made my day… so if anyone reads any of the negative reviews on this site, don’t judge all locations, they are all different, if I could give the Spring Hill office a hundred stars, I would have, as they are truly so professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly!!!!

    Dr. Nyanda and her staff are awesome! Ive been going here 2 years now, they are by far the best doctors office i go to. I am in and out within 30 to 45 min and the doctor is quick, efficient and will answer any questions or concerns you have. 10/10 best dermatologist and dermatology office!

    Dr. Nyanda is kind and caring and the best there is. My family will always go to her for our skin concerns. My daughter and I have had melanoma and she found and removed it just in time. Two other family members from Michigan have come to visit and went to her. Both had skin cancer removed.

    Nice but I dont think Neutragena is for everyone,Lol. (told my other daughter the same) My daughter is on Retina-A and a topical antibiotic. Things get worse then Better.     You will not find a better Dermatologist in Spring Hill than Lisa Nyanda⁠-⁠Manalo, MD. Dr Nyanda-Manalo has an incredibly welcoming & caring bedside manor. Her knowledge and expertise was quite impressive. I highly recommend her and am now a VERY loyal patient. She is hands down my favorite physician in FL now.     While they have been very helpful and took plenty of time to talk with me about my issues, at my last visit I was asked to use a skin care lotion twice a day on my arms and legs. However, it wasnt explained WHY I should do this since the issue is cancer on my scalp.
