I was scheduled for 10:20 and I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork! I was greeted by a very nice and professional young nurse. The Doctor was great and saw me almost immediately! I was back home before 11:00 ! Great staff and very friendly atmosphere! I highly recommend them!

I’ve been a patient at Bay Dermatology for years. Every staff member there from the receptionist to the nurses to the physicians to the assistants are all absolutely wonderful. Everyone is extremely kind and patient. Whenever you need to get in to see a physician, they are extremely accommodating and do their utmost to schedule you an appointment as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this practice.

I never give out 5 stars unless it was excellent. I arrived 8:27 am my appointment 8:30 am. I had to wait, then once my name was called inside the office, I had to wait again. It seemed that there were only one doc.?Everyone was polite and knowledgeable. The doc, Clarice was throughly on her examination of me. She didn’t miss a spot and order some meds for me..I was very pleased with her.It seems that if annual exams should take less time. and should be scheduled early in the morning . Thank you.

I have to give five stars based on my most recent visit. Dr. Swerdloff is so detailed and really cares about his patients. On both occasions that I saw him, he asked questions to make sure he understood my concern thoroughly and didnt just jump to conclusions with diagnosis after hearing one minor detail. He made me feel valued, not just a number. I cant say the same about the NP Clarissa. I had a very rushed visit with her, she didnt address issues that I went over with her, and basically made me feel like she was too busy to really acknowledge my concerns. Instead of going into detail, I would just recommend waiting to see a dermatologist, not the NP, if you are to make an appointment, as my other experiences here have all been great.

No complaints on the side of the NP that I saw there, however be aware if you purchase any products there, even when recommended, they have a NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE policy that they dont feel is important information to share as you consider giving them your hard earned money. If all sales are final there should be a SIGN at checkout,that sign should be pointed out to all patients making a purchase along with that statement printed in bold on all receipts so there is no confusion.

I just had squamous cell carcinoma removed from my left index finger by Dr. Esguerra and his assistant Racheal and had a wonderful experience. I drove from Land O Lakes to have this procedure and I am so happy I did. Dr. Esguerra explained each step and his staff checked in on us while we waited. I highly recommend the Spring Hill location and wear your sunscreen because you never know where skin cancer will show up.

The doctors and the technicians are very thorough very kind and answered any questions and made sure we knew theyd be here for us if there were any problems. Beth Perry the PA in the office was great. I cant say enough about how she helped me with my problem. I would go back to her any time. You have to wait quite a while before you get taken care of but it is worth the wait.

I meet with Dr. Jason swerdloff for my initial consultation for a neck/jowl lift. He really listened to my concerns and understood what I was looking for. We scheduled surgery and filled prescriptions. I liked the fact that i would not need to be in the hospital, everything was done at the clinic with meds and local anesthesia. I took the drugs on the day of the surgery and felt pretty relaxed. Surgery went well and I went home and slept for a couple of days. There was a lot of bruises around my neck and jaw, but it got better every day. Im at one .month padt surgery and couldnt be happier ! Its exactly what I was looking for.

I have been going to Bay Dermatology for 21 years ..with the exception of a two year period when my then HMO closed up.As soon as I got a better HMO I went back to Bay Dermatology..this timewith Dr. Esguerra. My first couple of years I saw Dr. Dorton. I like boththese doctors, their assistants and front office staff. Wonderful warm/friendly people.Rarely have any wait time....perhaps due to my morning appointments.

Have had mohs skin cancer surgery from other doctors. First time seeing Dr. Esguerra. He and his asst. Josh were Excellent! Very kind, gentle, didnt rush. Made sure I didnt feel any pain during the procedure! Dr. Esguerra had to cut a pretty long section on my lower face to get it all. He explained in detail what to expect when I got home and Josh went over after care, etc. I highly recommend Dr. David Esguerra at Bay Dermatology!
