    I am so happy I decided to check this place out. Getting a Brazilian wax can be painful, uncomfortable and embarrassing but NOT here. From the moment I walked in the door, Haley behind the front desk was so nice and me feel so comfortable. She was so pleasant and had no problem answering all my questions. Hannah who did my waxing was AMAZING! She did an outstanding job. She explained everything she was going to do so that there were no surprises. She was quick,. thorough, gentle and personable. I had to drive 45 minutes to come here and it was totally worth it. There is a reason they have 5 stars out of 5 with 200 plus reviews. Thanks again Haley and Hannah for a positive experience and I will you guys next month!

    Been here twice and the staff is super friendly Hannah did a great job and my hair is growing back way thinner, this is probably the most comfortable waxing place around they make you feel safe as they work on you and are amazingly receptive to feedback I highly recommend them!

    I have waxed and been waxed for years. I finally found MY wax place. The Wax House is so cute and clean. But my waxologist Paula is why I will be returning. She is the best.     Absolute hands down best Brazilian wax ever. Kelsey is AMAZING! She makes you feel comfortable and is an absolute perfectionist.     I just left my first appointment feeling absolutely amazing. I have been waxed over the years by multiple different studios and I am truly amazed at how amazing the team was over here at the Wax House. The receptionist was lovely and amazing and my waxer absolutely made me feel incredibly comfortable! We had great conversation and she did an amazing job waxing me. Not to mention she was so quick with it. I cannot wait to return in the future and I will be recommending all my friends and family to come get waxed here. The studio had great music, it was super duper clean, and overall had amazing vibes.

    Love, love, love. I havent been back since my first Brazilian Wax I got 6 months ago at a different place due to the fact I was left feeling iffy and unsatisfied. This experience left me feeling wayy different in the best way. Kelsey provided an amazing experience, she was informative, talkative (a good thing lol), was extremely comfortable, space was clean, and overall a 10/10. Unlike my last experience, she actually did her best to get my stubborn hairs. Along with the fact my redness and irritation (normal) has already gone down same day, unlike before being where I was left irritated for multiple days. You can tell she loves what she does and does it with care and intent! Ugh so happy I found a place Ill make my go to always, thank you.

    This is my third time waxing with Kelsey and I absolutely loved the results every time. Very quick but still very thorough. She’s a delight to work with and if I lived closer I’d make her my permanent waxer. She even goes in after the wax with tweezers to make sure all the hairs are removed. My skin is semi-sensitive but reacts well to her wax. She also takes the customers feedback into account and adjusts her wax accordingly. Absolutely in love with Kelsey and her shop.

The facility is impeccably sanitary and absolutely every saftey measure is taken making it easy to relax as soon as you arrive. Though i cant lie, its Ms. Kayla, the wax wielding goddess whos experience and caring energy really made the experience positively memorable. Her willingness to share her wealth of knowledge for the sole purpose of educating her clients is out of this world astonishing and dont even get me started on how at ease you feel knowing you have someone whos attention to detail and downright skill will make this otherwise shocking experience easier than you ever thought possible.     This was my first time doing this. A Brazilian. I dont know if it will be my one and only. It really hurt. Thank goodness Kelsey was so supportive and patient with me. I am a baby when it comes to pain!! Honestly though, the pain didnt last too long, and it was well worth it when I saw the results and how long they are lasting.I got this, along with a lower leg wax, on 11/16. Everything is still pretty much hairless almost a month later.Again, Kelsey is a sweetheart and knows her business. Her aftercare instructions were perfect. She explained everything (sometimes 2 times) so that I understood it very well.

    I was thrilled to find out Kelsey was opening her own wax salon in my little home town. Had been seeing her for over a year in tampa. She was always worth the drive. But WOW! This place is mind blowing. So clean and put together. And the wax she uses? It’s a brilliant gold in color, and I don’t know what’s in it, but my experience was almost completely painless!!
