Here, I had the same experience as I did in Brazil, which was great. Went just last month for my fist wax, which was done by Sylvia. I am scheduled to go in for my next wax today. I can say I was very pleased with their services, and how clean the place is. I get the hard wax only service, which is less painful then the strip wax. Like most waxes, it can be a bit painful, but on a scale of 1-10 the pain is about a 3 at the most. Also after each wax pull she applied pressure to the area with her hand, which makes the pain go away instantly. When she was done, it did not feel like I just got a Brazilian wax. And I had on jeans! I did not get any ingrown hairs or irritated skin down there. Great business, I will definitely continue to come here for my Brazilian wax services with Sylvia.

I went to this place asking for a gift to my wife on mothers day, both girls on the front were looking at me with disgust the whole time I was there. Is like they have never seen a guy before. They dont offer gift cards or similar and did not mention that it was not acceptable at the location. I bought a visa gift card for her (this works like a regular credit card) they didnt accepted, my wife made and appointment as she wanted to try this place for a while now, but they call her shortly after telling her an excuse like the machine for cards doesnt work after talking to me we told them we had the cash. It was still a problem so they told her to reschedule, but my wife call right back saying she wanted to keep her appointment and pay with cash, first the lady say it was ok and two seconds later start telling her that she cant because she doesnt have time. Really?!Worst costumer service, she wanted to try it out and then refer friends and family members but after all this she decided to keep looking for another place.Update: After a friendly phone called from Megan (Manager) and an apology for all the misunderstanding my wife agreed on going for them to have the chance to change this bad experience. Karla (owner) took care of her and again apologized for the bad experience. After everything it was a good service and they are very friendly. They were just having a difficult day. Sadly my wifes skin had a bad reaction to the wax and she will not be able to go again, but is only because her skin is super sensitive. She will still recommend it to anyone that ask her. Thank you for going the extra mile to make sure that a costumer is happy. Best of luck in this new location!

This was my first time here & it was a good experience. Very happy front desk lady & the waxer was awesome to! Quick and (almost) painless. It’s very affordable, which is a great advantage. They use soft wax for the Brazilian & to me itfelt a lot better then hard wax, that I’ve gotten at other waxing places.

While this place is fairly new in the area, I have been going to the other Brazilian Beekini Wax (Dale Mabry) for some time...and its simply amazing! My technician moved location and I had to follow! ( You know how it is when you find someone GREAT!!!) Honestly, you cant beat the FULL BODY special(upper/lower legs, brazilian, underarms, and lip) all for $65!!! The place is always clean and the staff is always nice! I normally schedule my appointment but you have the option of walk-in! Definitely wont regret visiting this place!!!
