I can’t say enough good things about my experience so far with Dr. Castellano and his team. I recently had a breast augmentation and tummy tuck, and deciding to move forward with these procedures was not an easy choice for me. I’m naturally modest and have struggled with body insecurities for years, so finding the right doctor was extremely important. After doing extensive research, I decided to meet with Dr. Castellano, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff made me feel welcome, comfortable, and at ease. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, which meant the world to me. Feeling judged or uncomfortable was one of my biggest fears, but that never once happened here. When I finally met Dr. Castellano, I immediately knew he was the right choice. He is highly professional, compassionate, and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and Pam, his assistant, is absolutely amazing.Now, at 5 weeks post-op, I’m healing beautifully and already thrilled with the results. Dr. Castellano did an outstanding job and I am very happy with my surgical results. Furthermore, the office staff was very helpful answering any questions or concerns I had. I was also able to book my appointment within a couple of weeks. My surgery went well, I did not have a lot of pain and was thankful that I did not have to use any stronger pain medication. There were several follow up appointments to make sure everything is fine. I love my results and would absolutely recommend Dr. Castellano.

I had a Brest revision done a few weeks ago and from the start I was so impressed with the staff. I was nervous and had lots of questions, not once did any of them seem to be annoyed or frustrated with me! They are all just the kindest and most supportive staff! Even the nurses that you only meet the day of surgery were so sweet that I felt completely comfortable!! BUT, Pam, you my dear are a gem! You genuinely care about the patients and you remember all the little things that most wouldn’t when dealing with so many I’m grateful that you were the one to help ease my anxiety! I am one week post op from a breast lift with augmentation and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results so far! Recovery has been relatively easy after the first 2 days. Dr. Castellano heard my opinions and gave his own educated advice from what he saw during my consultation and exceeded my expectations after surgery! Castellano was my first consult of 4 located in Tampa and Clearwater. I took my time to research, consulted with other surgeons but ended up coming back to him in 2022. When I came back 2 years later they generously offered another consult, addressed all of my concerns and we did the surgery! During consultation, Dr. Castellano was the most honest with me, he didnt beat around the bush and he shared his plans on correction if they were any post-op issues. During pre-op and post-op appointments, the team was incredibly attentive and ensured I had everything for a smooth recovery. Post-op recovery was a breeze with little to no pain the day after surgery. Im almost 5 weeks post-op now and the results completely exceeded my expectations! The transformation has been truly life-changing and Im so glad I chose Dr. Castellano!My first experience with lip filler was with Nadine and she answered all my questions and led me through the entire process without a single worry. My lips were swollen for about a week but they look natural now - just like I asked! I got filler in January 2022 and theyre still perfectly plump 4 months later!I had a sun spot removal laser treatment with Carol in January 2022 to remove broken blood vessels on my face. After the first treatment some went down in redness dramatically and some were completely gone. My second treatment removed them all! She is the best!

My results have exceeded my expectations. I was nervous, as this was my first surgery. But, Pam, his patient coordinator, was so helpful and made me feel very comfortable. Ive since then been back to see his laser technician, Carol. Shes the best when it comes to lasers! Ive even been in for Botox and filler with both of Mary and Nadine. Both are very good! My experience with Dr. Castellano and his staff has been nothing but wonderful. I’ve had 3 babies in 5 years and was in desperate need of new breast!After my consultation and seeing the gallery, I felt confident enough in canceling all other appointments I had with other cosmetic surgery practices. I knew the procedure would be or pricey - but well worth the investment.During my consultation, Pam was really informative and answered every question I had. From the very beginning I felt comfortable. Dr. Castellano himself gave me his professional opinion on what I needed done (both breast lift and augmentation) and what size implants I should get. I was confident enough in agreeing with everything he recommended. Seeing his work on other patients in the gallery was already enough to convince me he definitely knew what he was talking about. My pre opt appointments went smooth as well. The staff has always treated me very kindly and I even brought my 1 year old daughter to an appointment and they gave us a room to sit in when she got fussy. That was much appreciated.The day of surgery went well. The anesthesiologist gave me a call the night before to introduce himself and the nurses on staff that day made me feel extremely comfortable before heading back. I am about 8 weeks post surgery and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My breast look beautiful and natural. I would recommend Castellano Cosmetic Surgery to anyone and I will definitely be back if I ever decide to have another procedure.

I want to give two big props here. First, I want to say that the office staff, the Practice Administrator (Pam), the surgical staff (Jeri and Dr. David) were fantastic to deal with. They were respectful, kind, thoughtful, caring, honest and forthright!!! They kept me informed and did not sugarcoat anything that I might or would have to deal with. Secondly, I have to say that Dr. Castellano does absolutely excellent work. Considering some of the issues that I had to deal with that were specific to my health and welfare, he did an amazing job and was very considerate of my concerns and in addressing those concerns!

Dr. Castellano and his office staff are fantastic! I got a tubinate reduction done as an in-office procedure and felt comfortable from the first consultation appointment. Dr. Castellano explained what was going on with my sinuses and why I was experiencing nasal valve collapse and what can be done about it, from in-office procedures and medications to surgery.I chose to do a turbinate reduction in the office. The process was simple and only mildly uncomfortable. A topical numbing medication was applied to my nostrils and once that took affect, he numbed me with more lidocaine. He talked to me the whole time and walked me through the procedure as he was doing it. I felt at ease the whole time and he answered any questions I had afterwards. There was mild bleeding for a couple hours and a congested feeling for a week but now I can take a deep breath through my nose without difficulty!Thank you to Dr. Castellano and all his office staff!

I cannot say enough about this doctor and his wonderful staff. I had a very BAD breast augmentation done by another doctor. I went to Dr. Castellano in hopes that he could fix my botched surgery. I doubt I will need any future surgeries but if I do, I will be returning to him.

Dr. Castellano is very professional and caring with his patients. He and Pam, his PA, are wonderful!!! The entire staff does a great job with instructions and answering any questions or concerns you may have.I originally went to Dr. Castellano about 6 months ago for a breast lift/reduction and C02 Laser Resurfacing of my face. I was very nervous at my first visit, but Dr. Castellano and Pam were great! They made me feel very comfortable in what, to me, was a very awkward situation. As part of the pre-op procedure, I was required to have current mammogram results. I had just had one a few days before my initial consult, but had not received the results yet. The results turned out to be negative and I was not able to proceed with the breast lift/reduction surgery until that was resolved. I had a Lumpetcomy and Lymph node removal along with an Bilat Oncoplastic Lift/Reduction with an Oncologist. My Oncologist did a great job, but he is not a plastic surgeon, so I did not get the exact results I had planned to get with this surgery. I am still in the healing process, so we will see how that all turns out.In the meantime, I went ahead with Upper and Lower Lid Blepharoplasty surgery and Co2 Laser Resurfacing with Dr. Castellano. Again he and his staff were amazing, very accommodating and helpful with any question or concerns. Dr. Castellano personally called the evening of my surgery to make sure everything was going ok. I was pleasantly surprised that he took the time from a long day of surgeries to personally call. That is how dedicated he is to his patients. I am on day 6 of my recover and it looks amazing, so glad I did it!!! The Blepharoplasty part was virtually pain free, the laser recovery is a bit painful, but worth the results. I would recommend Dr. Castellano for any plastic surgery you would be considering. After I complete my recovery from the Bilat Oncoplastic Lift Reduction, I will definitely be going to Dr. Castellano if I need any touch up!!!

I’ve only seen her once, but she’s also great! I plan on going back to her for more Botox in a couple months.

Experience far exceeded our expectations!!!! I have wanted breast augmentation surgery for several years. More than many times, I have heard word of mouth of Dr. Castellanos talented breast augmentation work. I did my own thorough due diligence on Dr. Joseph Castellano and his team. I finally decided to take the first step with booking a consultation on a Monday in Feb at his office. I booked the appointment in late January for first available which was booked for two weeks later. It was great timing to truly consider my consultation and it allowed reality to set in. I invited my boyfriend to join me as his opinion mattered and he would be taking care of me if i moved forward with the procedure. Monday we went to my appointment. We were told the appointment would take no longer than an hour as Dr. Castellano is very respectful of others time and schedule. As promised, we were called right in and taken care of in the allotted time. Immediately, we were greeted. Once in the room, we were made very comfortable and given a lot of helpful information. I felt very comfortable in a possibly awkward situation. Dr. Castellano and Pam his nurse were wonderful! They never made my boyfriend or I feel rushed or ignorant for any question or concern. After, an hour with his office and a lot of one on one time to answer any questions we left the office with the intent to discuss our thoughts that evening and decide if I wanted to proceed with the desired dream of breast implants. Not even 4 hours later, I reached out to my boyfriend too excited to wait until that evening deciding to move forward with the augmentation. He supported my decision. Then the other kicker was I was looking to get the procedure like yesterday (aka as soon as possible). It happened to be a long weekend off of work due to a holiday so conveniently thought how perfect would it work if 3 days (Thursday) from my consultation I could go in for surgery to allow me extra time to recover without missing work. I contacted Pam at Dr. Catellanos office right away. She immediately took my call in private and walked me through the steps to make it happen! All parties working together i arrived to Dr. Cs office on Thursday morning for surgery. I was on my way home 2.5 hours later. I never took one pain medicine which i credit a lot towards Dr. Castellanos gentle talents. Friday, i had my post opp and was taught how to make it successfully on the road to recovery. By Friday of the following week, I had my second post opp and felt fantastic. 98% back to normal, small discomfort, but fully functioning on my own. I was back to work after the long Holiday weekend. Not missing work. It is now exactly two weeks since my consultation and I cant express my happiness. I look great, feel 100% and enjoyed every (every) step of the experience. My boyfriend and I have talked many times about how impressed we are from start to finish with Dr. Castellanos office, system and staff. This has been the best experience which has far exceeded any expectation. I am so happy! If youre considering this, I highly recommended to move forward with Dr. Castellano Cosmetic Surgery.

After deflating a breast implant and returning to my original surgeon for correction only to end up with two horrifically different sized breasts, I elected to have Dr. Joseph Castellano perform the corrective surgery needed so that the width, diameter, volume, nipple height, etc. matched from one breast to another. I knew going into surgery that I couldnt walk away with anything worse than I already had, but glory to all that is good!!!...Castellano artistically reconstructed my breasts, leaving me with the most beautifully perfect results I could have ever wished for. Having had two prior breast augmentations, I did not believe it was possible to achieve the cleavage, slope, etc. that I wanted. Where I twice had everything I hated about a boob job, Castellano gave me every single thing that I love about them. Please take it from someone whos made the mistake and go straight to Castellano.
