Finally ! A med-spa that truly exemplifies quality care and customer service. From the moment you call, you’re acknowledged by friendly and knowledgeable staff (Vanessa and Veronica are Rockstars). The office visit Is equally as warm and inviting- offering beverages to feel welcomed and help relax before the appointment. Once a month facials included in my membership have made a major difference in my skin care. Thanks Melena! For more advanced skin care needs go see Karoline. My laser treatment felt virtually painless due to her technique and aftercare suggestions. Highly recommend. Also members get perks such as priority booking and weekly B12 shots.

Upon arriving at the beautiful office, Veronica was also the person to check me in. Again, she was very helpful and friendly , with a no nonsense approach.My appointment was with Caroline. For Dysport, as they have a new client promotion, $9 / unit!! She was very informative, efficient and gentle! I came here for an introduction on my first visit and ended up leaving signing up for the membership. I really love that they do a skin analysis and give you recommendations based on the analysis. I haven’t seen any other place do that. Hydrafacials were recommended and that’s what I got. I got the hour long one and I could see results as soon as I left. A day after my face was visibly different for the better. Excited to see how my skin improves over time.

So glad I found Amanda at OVME for Botox. She really takes the time to talk to you about your goals for your appointment.
