I love Kayleigh so much. Im doing full body hair removal and I dont know that I would have kept going after the first session if it werent for how sweet, supportive and professional she is. Its difficult enough getting naked in a room with a stranger whos shooting you with painful lasers and shes nothing but patient and kind. She answers all of my questions and concerns fully, consicly and graciously. She genuinely seems as excited for me to get the results I want as I am! Ive only done a few sessions so Ill have to update this review when I see the final results but Im trusting Kayleigh to get me there in the mean time.

I feel the technicians are very knowledgeable and take time to listen to what you are wanting, answer questions & take your budget into account if that’s a factor. First time patient. So happy with my experience. I had cool jet plasma with biorepel procedure done and it was amazing. It was pretty much painless and fast. Tammy made me feel comfortable and talked to me about the whole procedure. I was in and out. My face looked like I was glowing. I’ve been going to this facility for over a year and each time the product they used gave me good results for almost 4 mths at a time. However, this last trip, the product started wearing off after 3 wks. I called to let them know, came in for an appointment and was told by the technician that she would reach back out to me after consulting with management to see if they could compensate me for only a partial outcome. She never got back to me so I called 4 times over the course of 3 weeks, left messages with the receptionist at the front desk asking for a call back and being told I would receive a call and the last time, I left a voicemail, no call back. It’s going on 5 wks and no one seems to care to address it. Just felt like they were ignoring me. All I wanted was a little compensation for a failed result, so just beware when they tell you how long a product will work, charge a good amount and you don’t get the results they say you’ll receive. For me, it wasn’t addressed, but ultimately ignored.After getting contacted by a nice gentleman in their office, I found out that there was a miscommunication between the front desk and the doctor. Returning this week for a correction. Updating my review from 2 to 5 stars!

I absolutely love this place! And I love all the girls there. I drive almost an hour away when I can go to a closer location. I do this just to go to the location on Kennedy. Virginia IS AWESOME with the best personality, and she makes you feel as if youre at your own home!! Tammy performed my chemical peel, and shes wonderful and just let me talk and made sure I was comfortable. So are all the other ladies. They all make you feel good and dont try to sell you things youre not interested in. Definitely highly recommend!!! And Im moving two hours away and I will still still be driving there! Where do I begin? My experience has been amazing with Premiere. I actually traveled across the country to be able to have my surgery done by Dr. Hess and the price was a bit lower the cost than the quotes I was getting from doctors of equivalent experience in my home state of Arizona. I searched extensively through doctors across the country to find somebody that has habitually good results and lots of evidence of it. That’s when I stumbled across Dr. Hess. During inquiry I spoke with Cynthia who I believe is the patient coordinator and she answered all of my questions in a prompt manner that also made me feel really comfortable making this big decision. I knew that results aren’t always guaranteed but I knew that Dr. Hess was going to give me the best results that were possible for me personally with how he asked me questions about what I want, explaining to me my options, and allowing me to be a part of that process of deciding what will be best to get the results I want. The process was so easy on my actual surgery day. The hardest part was the recovery, and I was given detailed instructions on my aftercare, and I am so glad that I listen to to them and followed all their specific instructions to get the best results after surgery. I literally cannot believe my results! I had no idea my body could look this good! I’m actually already thinking of what surgery I can get next because they have the dream team at Premiere Center!

I’ve had laser hair removal in the past that was much pricier. I get treatments from Ashley and she is so patient and kind. She makes me feel comfortable and talks me through the discomfort. Laser hair removal is painful but SO WORTH IT if you have lots of thick dark hair and shaving irritates your skin. I used to shave and you could still see all the hair in my skin and within an hour I’d have stubble. NOW I shave once a month and barely have anything to shave!!

I’m not going to be soft here. I was straight up terrified of having cosmetic surgery. It’s scary enough doing required surgery, but elective surgery is a real test of your convictions. I went to four cosmetic surgery centers for a consultation, one even cost me $100.Meeting Dr. Poser at my consultation with Premiere made me feel confident of his abilities. He’s straight forward and to the point. That’s what I needed. But it was Cynthia that sealed the deal for me. I could see in her eyes that she cared. My instinct proved 100% accurate. She was my rock through the entire process, from beginning to end. Anything that I needed, she stepped up and provided.I met Valerie the day of surgery. As my Anesthesiologist, she put my mind to ease. I recently had two procedures done and have two say that I am so satisfied and thrilled with my choice. The personal level of care and attention that I received from Cynthia made a world of difference. I have reached out to her on Saturday, after hours and after the surgery with some concerns and she’s always quick to respond. Dr Mendozawas was respectful, professional and friendly. So far I am supper happy with my results. The recovery nurse that was with me after the procedure was very comforting and the anesthesiologists was also very helpful and comforting. I had my surgery this past week at premier. I had to have reconstruction and a new breast augmentation. Dr Williams was very knowledgeable in how to properly fix my issues and did an amazing job with everything. Yolanda is a life saver. I couldn’t ask for a better nurse to have. She has been on it since day one. After surgery she remained available any time I felt like I needed her. She literally will answer at all hours of the night. Honestly I felt like she cared for me like her own family member. I can’t express just how thankful I am for her and all she did for me and continues to do through this healing process. The owner and anesthesiologist also did an amazing job making sure my 7 hour surgery went flawless. She told me it was happy hour and I said why limit it to one hour and then I was out.

But still feel like this place is a 5 star medical center.I’d give them a 5 star review had it not been for the ridiculous 8 month (October 2019) return appointment time for my required 4 month Xeomin Injection maintenance. If a procedure requires return every 3-6 months then how is anyone able to maintain the treatment with an 8 month out appointment time. How does the facility plan on maintaining and capturing return patients. I guess now I find another facility with favorable scheduling results. Also, when I called about scheduling both receptionists were very flat, dry, rude and matter of fact about the scheduling and said they didn’t have a cancellation call list. That I would have to call daily to see if they had any cancellations.I’ve worked in the medical field and always had to maintain a cancellation list as the administrative assistant. If office appointments for simple procedures are 8 months out, I’d hate to see the other schedules.I was considering discussing some other (more expensive) procedures when I came in but clearly they have no time for the existing patients.

Fast appointment for injectable’s, and a very limited medical paperwork to fill out. I can tell they do high volume, as the NP was very fast and the procedure was practically painless. Best price I found online. They did not try to upsell, which was appreciated.

This was my first experience ever getting dysport. The medical practitioner who serviced me was Patricia she was processional calming and put me at ease she provided excellent customer service. I have seen her twice & will continue to. We discussed another service Premiere offers that I will be looking into. I am picky & they serviced all my needs this far. I would definitely recommend Premiere.
